Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of Indonesia Realistic Mathematics Education approach on students’ learning outcome on the learning materials of GCD and LCM for fourth grade students in primary school Gugus I Kenagarian Tanjung Sani Maninjau. This reasarch uses quasi experiment design with non equivalent control design. The research samples are fourth grade students in primary school 17 Pandan and primary school 13 Tanjung Sani. From the data analysis using t-tes, the findings reveal that tobtained > ttable (2.97 > 1.684) on the level of α 0.05. Hence, it can concluded that Indonesia Realistic Mathematics Education approach has an effect on students’ learning outcome on the learning material of GCD and LCM for fourth grade students in primary school Gugus I Kenagarian Tanjung Sani Maninjau.

Abstract

This study originated from the reality in which learning Civics still using expository approach, teachers focus on the business of planting various kinds of goodness through examples,advice, warnings, and less emphasis on the development of reasoning. To overcome the action with the use of cognitive moral development approach to the discussion of moral dilemmas. That research use approach qualitative and quantitative, while this type is Research Action Class (PTK) with device research cover, (1)Planning, (2)Execution, (3) Perception/observation, and (4) Refleksi. Result of research be grow up result of RPP, execution, and result learn student. Become can be concluded that study PKn by using cognitive moral development approach to the discussion of moral dilemmas can improve result learn IV class student 18 Tarok Dipo Bukittinggi. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in social studies learning using the Role Playing method in class V SD. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. Subjects in this study were students and class V teachers totaling 16 people. This research was carried out in 2 cycles consisting of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Research results from cyclulus I to Cycle II. (a) Cycle 1 learning planning is 80.32% increased to 92.85% in cycle 2. (b) Implementation of learning from the aspect of teacher in cycle 1 with an average of 80.20,% increased to 91.5%. in cycle 2, from the aspect of students in cycle 1 with an average of 77.62% increased to 89.58% in cycle 2. (c) Learning outcomes obtained by students in cycle 1 obtained an average grade of 78.42 increased to 85 , 02% in cycle 2. Thus, the Role Playing method can improve student learning outcomes in social studies learning in class V SD. Keywords: IPS, role playing method.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the improvement of students’ learning result in the civic subject by using the STAD Model for 5th grade students. The subjects of this research were the researcher herself and 20 students. This classroom action research used qualitative and quantitative approaches. The result shows that in planning phases there is improvement from 76,12 in cycle I to 93,5 in cycle II. Teachers’ aspect improves from 68,74 in cycle I to 91,66 in cycle II. students’ aspect improves from 68,74 in cycle I to 91,66 in cycle II. furthermore, the improvement also can be seen from students’ learning result that improves from 76,12 in cycle I to 93,5 in cycle II. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the STAD Model can improve students’ learning result.    Keywords: PKn; Learning Outcomes; STAD Model

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of integrated thematic learning outcomes using the Cooperative type Think Pair Share (TPS) model at 4thA grade of SDN 03 Pakan Kurai, Bukittinggi City. This type of research is classroom action research and uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subject of this study were the 4thA grade teacher as observers, researchers as pactitioners and 29 students. The research result shows some improvements. In term of lesson plans, the score increased from 86,37% in cycle I to 95,45% in cycle II. In term of teacher’s aspect, the score enhanced from 82,82% in cycle I to 93,75% in cycle II. Meanwhile, in term of the student’s aspect, the score increased from 82,82% in cycle I to 93,75% in cycle II. Finally, the student’s learning outcomes enhanced from 75 in cycle I to 83 in cycle II.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to describe the improvement of learning outcomes IPA model community learning in class V SD N 09 Kampung Melayu The approach is a quantitative and qualitative approach. Data were analyzed with qualitative data analysis model. Observations Learning Implementation Plan in the first cycle, the average values ​​obtained 80.36% (excellent), the second cycleis obtained average value of 91.08% (excellent). Implementation of learning in the first cycle, in terms of teachers achieved an average 70.00% (average), second cycle average values ​​obtained 90.00% (excellent). Implementation in terms of student learning in the first cycleat an average of 70.00% (average), second cycle at an average of 87.50% (excellent).Student learning outcomes in the first cycle average values ​​obtained 71.28% and in the second cycle the average values ​​obtained 84.56%. Keyword: result learn, IPA, learning community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning using the Discovery Learning Model. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The place of the study was the 13 Batu Gadang State Elementary School, Padang City. The results of this study indicate: a) RPP cycle 1 meeting 1 obtained an average of 77,77%, cycle 1 meeting 2 obtained an average of 86.11% (good) and cycle II 94% (very good), b) Implementation on the teacher aspect the first cycle meeting 1 obtained an average of 79.68% (good) and the second cycle 90.6% (very good), while the implementation of aspects of the first cycle students with an average of 79.68% (good), and the second cycle 90 , 6% (very good), c) Assessment of students in improving learning outcomes in the first cycle obtained with an average of 81.2 and the second cycle with an average of 86.6. Based on these results it can be concluded that the Discovery Learning model can improve student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning.

Abstract

AbstractThe background of this research study low yields Elementary School fourth grade students. The purpose of this study is to describe the application STAD type Cooperative Learning learning model to improve learning outcomes of students of class IV SDN 13 Cingkariang Banuhampu. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. Subjects were practitioner and teacher Elementary School fifth grade students numbered 21 people. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes of the first cycle that 77 (enough) to the second cycle is 90 (very good). Thus, the application of STAD type Cooperative Learning learning model to improve learning outcomes fourth  grade students of SDN 13 Cingkariang Kecamatan Banuhampu.Key Word: Learning outcomes, STAD type Cooperative Learning learning model

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe an increase in student learning outcomes in science learning using the Cooperative Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model. This research is a classroom action research (PTK), using a qualitative and quantitative approach. The results showed an increase in: (a) Learning Planning in the first cycle obtained an average of 98.2% (SB) increased in the second cycle to 100% (SB), (b) Learning Implementation aspects of the teacher the first cycle obtained an average the average is 83.5% (B) increased in the second cycle to 100% (SB) and the Learning Implementation aspects of the first cycle students get an average of 85.5% (B) increased in the second cycle to 100% (SB), (c) Learning outcomes of students in cycle I obtained an average of 76.3 (B) increased in the second cycle to 81.2 (B). From the results of the study it can be concluded that the Cooperative Type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model improves the science learning outcomes of the fifth grade students of 02 Mungka Elementary School Kabupaten 50 Kota.Keywords : learning outcomes, TGT models

Abstract

This research aim to to increase learning outcomey of class student of IV SDN 15 Taratak Baru Kecamatan Tanjung Gadang Kabupaten Sijunjung in learning sum of integers. This research was covered because the theacher didn’t give the real problem so the student’s achievement is low. Class action research using Pendekatan Matematika Realistik (PMRI). This Approach PMRI use 4 stages (1) introduction stage, (2) model symbolic development stage, (3) explanation and reason stage (4) closing stage. The result of this research can improve student’s learning outcomes in summing the integers. Kata kunci: Penjumlahan, bilangan bulat, pendekatan PMRI
