Abstract

The Internet is an electronic communication network that connects computer networks with computer facilities around the world. The use of data packages is an option to have access in cyberspace or the internet. One of the most popular brands of internet data package products today is the Telkomsel brand. Telkomsel internet data packages have a good brand image among the public with the prices offered vary according to the number of quotas. This study aims to determine how the influence of brand image, price, and product quality on students' decision to purchase Telkomsel internet data packages. The population in this study were Padang State Polytechnic students who had purchased and used Telkomsel internet data packages with a sample of 129 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is accidental sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument which was distributed online to Padang State Polytechnic students. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression models. The results of this study partially indicate that the price and product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Telkomsel internet data packages, while brand image variables have a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions for Telkomsel internet data packages. Meanwhile, it simultaneously shows that the variables of brand image, price, and product quality have a significant effect on the decision to purchase Telkomsel's internet data package.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how capital expenditure factors and government size can affect the realization of the 2018-2020 government budget. This study uses a saturated sample, which is a sample consisting of the entire population, namely all provinces in Indonesia for the 2018-2020 period with a total of 34 provinces obtained from the official website of the local government of each province and also from the BPK website, namely https://www.bpk.go .id/ihps. The number of samples used in this study were 102 samples. The data analysis method in this study is the multiple linear analysis method of panel data. In this study, the data were analyzed using STATA 16 software. Based on the test results, the research results obtained that capital expenditure variables and the size of local government negatively affected the level of local government budget realization.

Abstract

A schedule is crucial to the success of a project so that it is completed within the specifiedtimeframe. Construction of a block on a tugboat is one of the projects used as a case study. The aim of timeestimation is to determine the length of time required to complete a block with the stages of work involved. Inorder to ensure the work process runs on a schedule, a time estimation is done before the work is performed.This data is processed via a computer program. Microsoft Project is a familiar application used in projectmanagement or to assist in the processing of a project. The purpose of this study is to estimate the constructiontime of Block 1 and the work in the critical path on the 35-meter ASD tug ship. In this study, researchersobserve and participate in the construction of a ship block using the observation method. The results obtainedfrom this study are the estimated construction time of one ship block which is built in stages from marking,cutting, fitting, quality assurance, welding and grinding, to the final inspection by the Quality Controldepartment.

Abstract

Regional Revenue Agency Batam City has the task of carrying out regional authority in the management of regional original income, regional tax revenues, regional levies, BUMD profits and other legitimate income. In order to achieve the objectives of the Batam City Bapenda, which is to realize accountable and transparent financial and regional wealth management, the Batam City Bapenda has prepared a strategy that is to perfect tax regulations or regulations, especially to increase local tax revenues, improve local revenue management facilities, and fulfill a tax system that accountable and transparent. A structured tax system and good service help Batam City Bapenda in carrying out its duties and authorities. In the service flow, the running of a file takes a long time, because it requires confirmation from several fields in the Batam City Bapenda. The services that enter the Batam City Bapenda are approximately 20 files a day, this happens periodically, so that the tax authorities often find out about the existence of a service file and many files are lost due to not running one service flow. So, we need a PBB-P2 Service File Tracking System which is implemented with a web-based computer. The application is built using the Prototyping research method, and produces applications that can be used by the Batam City Bapenda to overcome various existing problems.

Abstract

Digital transformation is one of the triggers for online learning. One of these technologies is the Learning Management System (LMS). Learning Management System (LMS) is an application that is used to carry out the online learning process. Learning Management System can not only be used as a curriculum learning media, but can also cover broader fields such as learning in the career field. According to Germeijs and Verschueren, career decision making is a complex process, where various difficulties experienced by individuals are found when making career decisions. From this statement, it can be concluded that high school graduates and equivalent are individuals who have difficulty in determining a career, which will have a negative impact on the future of current high school graduates. From the problems above, it is proposed to design a Learning Management System (LMS) for Career Development for Upper Middle Level Students. With this system, it is hoped that it can educate upper secondary students in choosing a career or competency of interest. The trial and evaluation of the system design has been carried out on 10 respondents consisting of 1 admin, 3 teachers, and 6 students. From the results of the trials that have been carried out, it shows that the average percentage results are 85.65% which are in the very feasible category.

Abstract

This study is made based on the development of e-commerce use in Batam accompanied by a digital marketing strategy of celebrity endorsement to be able to attract people to repurchase intention with perceived value as a mediation. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of celebrity endorsement on repurchase intention through perceived value. The research method is a cross sectional design with a quantitative approach. The object in this research is the people of Batam city of e-commerce users who repurchase services or products in e-commerce. Non-probability sampling was selected with a purposive sampling approach. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires containing closed questions to 400 respondents. The use of descriptive statistics in the form of percentage analysis and index analysis, as well as inferential statistics in the form of classical assumption test analysis, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using IBM AMOS version 23 data processing applications and analysis of VAF mediation effects as data analysis. The results showed that celebrity endorsement affects repurchase intention through perceived value as a mediating variable with a VAF value of .90147 or equivalent to 90% which acts as a full mediator, so it can be concluded that celebrity endorsement affects repurchase intention through perceived value as a mediating variable in e-commerce user community in Batam City, where perceived value as a mediating variable acts as a full mediator on the effect of celebrity endorsement on repurchase intention in e-commerce user community in Batam city.

Abstract

The ability of managements to manage finances will affect the quality of financial reports and cooperative performance. However, the problem is that the management's understanding and skills in preparing cooperative financial reports are generally still weak. The purpose of implementing this community service activity is to provide an understanding of financial literacy and support Amanah Cooperative partners in compiling books and financial reports through the use of digital applications. Implementation methods include training and application simulation. The results of the implementation show that the training is able to increase understanding and new skills for partners that are useful in preparing financial reports.

Information disclosure in the digital era is now very important for government institutions, includingNagari whose communities are diverse, so that all public information from Nagari can be known by the public.Therefore, the existence of the nagari website can be optimized for its function as a nagari promotion media.Service activities are carried out in 4 stages, namely the preparation, implementation, mentoring and evaluationstages at Nagari Koto Tinggi Kuranji Hilir, Sungai Limau District, Padang Pariaman Regency which previouslydid not have a nagari website. The purpose of this service is to help provide nagari profiles website, nagariwebsite governance training and digital promotions, as well as provide ongoing assistance after service activities.After conducting an evaluation at the end of the activity in the form of a questionnaire, it was concluded that thetraining participants had understood how to manage the nagari website and for digital promotion purposes, thiswas proven by the updating of the nagari website content at the address www.kototinggikuranjihilir.org.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitudes and Personality on Financial Management Behavior on UMKM Actors fostered by PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan and Bengkalis Regency. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes and personality on financial management behavior. The total population is 15,409 UMKM entrepreneurs in Bengkalis Regency. By using the Slovin formula and a margin of error of 5%, a sample of 390 respondents was obtained. By using SPSS 22, the results obtained that financial knowledge has a positive effect on financial management behavior, financial attitudes have a positive effect on financial management behavior, and personality also has a positive effect on financial management behavior. These results can be used as the basis for the Bengkalis State Polytechnic to continue to work together with the Regional Government to provide motivation and teach how to manage finances well for UMKM entrepreneurs so that the regional economy continues to improve in the future.

Abstract

Orientasi pasar adalah budaya yang ada dalam suatu usaha dimana seluruh komponen usaha berkeyakinan bahwa peningkatan nilai pelanggan akan menggerakkan kinerja usaha. Komponen untuk mengukur apakah sebuah usaha berorientasi pasar salah satunya dikemukan oleh Narver dan Slater (1990) yakni: orientasi pesaing, orientasi pelanggan dan koordinasi antar fungsi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah pengusaha coffe shop di Kota Padang sudah berorientasi pasar dan jika sudah berorientasi pasar adakah hubungannya dengan kinerja usaha mereka. Diketahui coffe shop menjadi salah satu bentuk usaha yang mengalami pertumbuhan dari segi jumlah di Kota Padang, hampir disetiap sudut kota berdiri coffe shop dengan berbagai skala usaha. Untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian disebarkan kuesioner secara online maupun offline pada 103 responden secara accidental sampling. Kuesioner didesain berdasarkan komponen orientasi pasar Narver dan Slater meliputi: orientasi pelanggan dan orientasi pesaing. Untuk komponen koordinasi antar fungsi tidak diukur sebab dalam usaha coffe shop di Kota Padang tidak ada fungsi-fungsi kerja yang jelas, pada umumnya pemilik sekaligus sebagai karyawan dan antar karyawan juga tidak ada unit kerja khusus. Kuesioner juga memuat pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan kinerja usaha. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasilnya pemilik coffe shop di kota Padang sudah mempunyai orientasi pada pasar. Orientasi yang mereka miliki tersebut mempunyai dampak terhadap kinerja usahanya. Dampak yang ditimbulkan masih kecil yakni 9%. Dampak yang kecil tersebut dapat saja disebabkan oleh masih rendahnya pengimplementasian orientasi pasar dalam menjalankan usaha atau disebabkan oleh factor-faktor lain yang tidak terdeteksi dalam variable penelitian.
