<![CDATA[The background of this research is the lack of development of good character values in the environment of Giriwangi State Elementary School. This research aims to find out and analyze the planning, implementation, and development of character values through extracurricular pencak silat activities. The method used in this research is Descriptive Qualitative Research, in accordance with Sugiono's opinion, this research is a research method based on the philosophy of postpositivism, which is used to research on natural object conditions, with data collection techniques in triangulation and research results emphasizing meaning rather than generalization. The subject of this study uses TGR movements and stances and at the end of the training students are tested on the material that has been learned. The results of the study state that as a result of Pencak Silat Extracurricular activities at SD Negeri Giriwangi, students can develop the main character values of PPK including Religion (Tolerance and honesty), Independence (Hard work), Gotongroyong (Cooperation and help), Nationalism (Love for the country), and Integrity (Social Care).]]>

<![CDATA[Pedagogical competence is the ability to manage student learning, including understanding, designing and implementing, evaluating learning outcomes and developing various student potentials. This study aims to describe the pedagogic competence of Indonesian teachers at MTs Negeri 2 Medan and MTs Laboratory of the University of Indonesia. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. This research was conducted in several Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Medan City. The data sources in this study were school principals and Indonesian language teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and open questionnaires. The research instrument consisted of researchers and supporting instruments in the form of observation guidelines, interviews and data analysis guidelines. The results of the study revealed that school principals and teachers have an in-depth understanding of educational insights and foundations, teachers are able to understand the characteristics of students by taking various approaches, principals provide assessments of teacher pedagogical competence in schools they lead, teachers are able to understand students and the difficulties they face in learning, the teacher is able to design and carry out educational learning by carrying out various methods and strategies in learning, the teacher utilizes the technology provided in learning, the teacher evaluates students in several ways to see the abilities of students, the teacher develops students to actualize their potential by providing support and direction to students to develop their interests and talents.]]>

<![CDATA[The objectives of this study are to: (1) Describe the improvement of student learning outcomes through the application of the TPS cooperative learning model in grade IX SMP Negeri 1 Babalan. (2) Improve student learning outcomes through the application of the TPS cooperative learning model with a minimum of classical completion. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) or action research which consists of 2 cycles, where each cycle consists of 1 meeting. The subjects in this study were grade IX-5 students of SMPN 1 Babalan consisting of 32 students. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the following things are: (1) There is an increase in student mathematics learning outcomes. The percentage of completeness classically increased from the initial test of 21.87% then during cycle I which was 62.5% to 87.5% in cycle II, so based on the results of the analysis it was obtained that this study had reached the specified success indicators. (2) After the implementation of the Think Pair Share type cooperative learning model, students' mathematics learning outcomes have been classically completed, namely 87.5%.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem in this study is the lack of teaching materials in SDN 066664 Medan which supports the learning process in addition to reading books from Ministry of Education and Culture where this will have an impact on students and also teachers. Teacher will experience difficulties in increasing the effectiveness of learning and students will having difficulty learning. The purpose of this research is to determine the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of developing book teaching materials reading on Theme 7 sub-theme 2 in Class VI SD Negeri 066664 Medan. This research using research methods R & D (Research and Development) which will produce a particular product and see the effectiveness of the product. This research using the ADDIE development model according to A.Personal (2014), namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation (Implementation), and Evaluation (Evaluation). The subjects of this study were students of class VI SD Negeri 066664 Medan has a total of 27 students with 13 male students and 14 female students. Woman. The data analysis technique in this study is quantitative data obtained from the average score of the questionnaire from material experts, validation experts, and practicing experts adjusted to the guidelines for scoring each aspect and then converted into qualitative criteria. The results of the research show the feasibility of obtaining the material assessment with a percentage of 91.6% and is in the "very decent" category. The percentage score obtained for design feasibility validation is 92.8% with the category of "very feasible". It can be concluded that the teaching material products that have validated for use. In the practicality test obtained a percentage of 96% which means it is already in the category "Very Practical" which means reading book material that has been developed for practical use in class VI students of public elementary schools 066664 Medan. In the effectiveness test, tests were used, namely the pre-test and the final test (post-test). The results of the pre-test pre-test obtained an average of 63.33% of students then carried out post-test obtained an average student score of 96.66%. From these results it can be concluded that student learning outcomes have increased from the pre-test to post-test and teaching materials that have been developed are effective in learning Theme VII Sub-theme 2 Class VI at SDN 066664 Medan.]]>

Technological developments have had a huge impact on everyone's lives regardless of age, from children to adults. With the development of technology, it makes it easier for everything that is needed, starting from accessing jobs, easily getting information, being able to help long-distance communication and entertainment. There are also examples of very rapid technological developments experienced by children, such as online games. With online games, it will affect students' attitudes in the form of positive and negative impacts. Everything that is created must have positive and negative sides, therefore online games also have both sides.]]>

<![CDATA[The curriculum is structured in such a way as to perfect the learning process. The Islamic education curriculum is more emphasized on the concentration of devotion to God, so that in principle it is very closely related to the goals of Islam itself. This paper aims to unravel the nature of the curriculum in the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy itself. This study uses the library study method by collecting data from analyzing sources from related books and journals. Researchers found that the nature of the curriculum in the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy requires various components, namely; the principles of the educational curriculum, the characteristics of the Islamic education curriculum, and the scope of the Islamic education curriculum.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to describe the development of BK and Counseling Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) into Islamic-based SFBT guidance and counseling theory and practice. The type of research used in this research is library research on literature review objects by exploring data sources from books and digital or manual journals related to the theory and practice of Islamic-based SFBT guidance and counseling. The result of this research is the development of guidance and counseling services using the Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) approach to becoming guidance and counseling services with an Islamic-based SFBT approach and the practice of Islamic-based guidance and counseling services. The practice of Islamic-based SFBT guidance and counseling can be divided into four stages, namely: pre-session therapy, guidance, intervention, and closing of the session.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the impact of customer confidence and health protocols on purchasing decisions at three, four, and five-star hotel restaurants in Surabaya. The results indicate that higher customer confidence leads to increased purchasing decisions, higher adherence to health protocols boosts customer confidence, and greater adherence to health protocols results in increased purchasing decisions at Surabaya's restaurants. Data was collected through structured questionnaires using a combination of open and closed-ended questions, employing the Likert scale, and distributed through social media platforms such as Line, Whatsapp, and Instagram, with 100 respondents sampled using the accidental sampling method. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. This research provides insights into the crucial role of customer confidence and health protocols in influencing purchasing decisions at star-rated hotel restaurants in Surabaya, offering valuable guidance to restaurant businesses in understanding customer behavior during the pandemic and improving their strategies to attract more patrons while ensuring their safety and satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[Parents as the first educators in the main fund in the family must find information and knowledge on their own about how to grow and support their children's education in positive conditions. The purpose of this study is to find out how to raise children in Islam for children aged 10-12 years. The method used is to use a qualitative descriptive research method with reference sources derived from field observations and using references from the web such as Google Scholar and also other sources from the internet. The results of this study are that the responsibility of parents to care for children does not only apply at the age of 0-3 years, but also until he is an adult, where he still needs support for his education and so on. It is also important for every family to carry out religious practices in accordance with their beliefs and culture, while taking into account the underlying religious values and teaching.]]>
