Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has reshaped the global workforce, propelling remote work from a niche practice to a ubiquitous reality for many organizations. This shift has underscored the need to understand its implications on employee performance and well-being. This research investigates the impact of remote work on employee performance indicators like productivity and task completion rates, as well as its influence on well-being factors such as work-life balance and job satisfaction. Through a synthesis of literature, theoretical frameworks, and empirical data, the study provides insights into the multifaceted dynamics of remote work. Theoretical lenses such as self-determination theory and social identity theory offer valuable perspectives on employee motivations and group dynamics in remote work settings. The research culminates in practical recommendations for organizations, advocating for flexible policies, investment in remote work infrastructure, and support for employee well-being. By bridging theory and practice, this study equips organizations with evidence-based insights to navigate the evolving landscape of remote work and cultivate environments conducive to individual and organizational success in the post-pandemic era.

Abstract

A strong nation refers to a nation that has large national resources, whether human, natural or artificial resources. Indonesia's human resources are the country's most important defense assets in protecting sovereignty, territorial integrity and the safety of the Indonesian nation and state. In this case, youth organizations can actually grow as a reserve component to overcome military and non-military threats, both in times of war and peace. Considering that the reserve component will play an important role in supporting national defense, the government must make every effort to build this component based on the national defense posture which includes military and non-military defense. Therefore, it is necessary to create a legal umbrella so that reserve components originating from youth organizations can be mobilized and demobilized as needed.

Abstract

History education has an important role in forming nationalism and love for the homeland. After Indonesian independence, history education was transformed into a tool for building nationalism. The focus of history teaching now includes the struggle for independence, important events in Indonesian history, and the values โ€‹โ€‹of togetherness and national unity. Through tracing the course of history, one can understand the struggles and achievements that shaped their homeland. The study of history also encourages active participation in efforts to advance the country and fosters love for the homeland. The spirit of nationalism is a sense of pride in one's identity as an Indonesian citizen, which is reflected in the priority given to the collective interests of the nation above all else. The history of Indonesian independence inspired this attitude, with heroes who fought with a nationalist spirit. It is hoped that history education will be able to teach students that in the current context, the expression of nationalism is no longer shown through resistance to colonialism or efforts to achieve independence, but rather on how we can maintain and express love for our homeland.

Abstract

Along with the development of information and communication technology, apart from having a positive impact with ease of communication and transactions, there are also negative impacts such as the emergence of crimes in cyberspace or cybercrime. Law enforcement regarding various types of cyber crime turns out to be problematic in practice, especially regarding purchasing problems. This research aims to determine and analyze law enforcement and secret regulations for hacking crimes as well as legal policies regarding the implementation of cyber law in hacking crimes in Indonesia. The author employs a statutory approach and a conceptual approach as part of a normative juridical research methodology. This research results show that cyber crime fraud is regulated in Article 2 of the ITE Law which applies the principle of extra-territorial fraud. Indonesia can implement this through international cooperation which includes extradition, mutual legal assistance, and collaboration between law enforcers. Handling problems that occur internationally and nationally related to cross-border activities and extraterritorial consequences, is carried out with a global approach in a universal regulatory mechanism, there may be a single legal framework and depends on regional mechanisms and on national legal systems that provide effective handling of digital threats.
