Abstract

Sugih Alamanugroho is a company engaged in limestone mining located in Bedoyo Village, Ponjong District, Gunung Kidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. the impact of mining activities as a form of corporate responsibility PT. Sugih Alamanugroho runs a community development and empowerment program that is implemented in 3 villages, in Ponjong District, Gunungkidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The results of the distribution of questionnaires (random sampling) of 135 respondents. The purpose of this research is to examine the community development and empowerment programs that have been carried out by the company related to the guidelines for implementing community development and empowerment referring to KEPMEN ESDM No 1824/K/30/MEM 2018 which includes 8 aspects, namely, education, health, real income, economic independence, social culture, environmental management, institutional formation, infrastructure and knowing the success rate of community development and empowerment programs that have been carried out by the company by measuring the level of community knowledge, the level of community satisfaction with the improvement of the company's image. Based on the survey results, public knowledge of the PPM program carried out by PT. Sugih Alamanugroho got the "Good" category with an average of 3.09 or equivalent to 61.8%, for community satisfaction it was in the "Good" category with an average of 3.52 or equivalent to 70.4% while corporate image is in the “Good” category with an average of 3.50 or equivalent to 70%. Based on the results of The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using AMOS software the results of community knowledge on community development and empowerment programs have an influence on increasing community satisfaction with a value of 0.07 and the level of satisfaction of community knowledge on community development and empowerment programs does not affect improving company image because it has the value of -0.05 and the level of community satisfaction with community development and empowerment programs influence improving the company's image with a value of 0.76 Keywords: Mining, Development and Empowerment Program, Perception, Satisfaction, Image

Abstract

The Serang watershed includes the main river (Kali Serang) and its tributaries, which flow into the Indian Ocean from the Menoreh Hills and estuary. The Serang River downstream has a flat topography and has the potential to be developed as a tourist destination. Furthermore, it is ideal for the development of public service facilities. Sediment deposits (alluvium) of gravel, sand, silt, and sand surround the Serang River. Clay and fine sand are the most common deposits. The purpose of the study was to determine the type of sediment surrounding the Serang River downstream and whether it was expansive or not. A hand borehole was used to collect sediment samples at a depth of 4 meters. The X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) method for sample analysis The sediment was dark brown to black in color, wet, not compacted, sticky, and sized with clay mixed with fine sand and large foraminifera shells, as per megascopic observations. XRD analysis with glycol oriented revealed the presence of Nantronit-15A and Nakrite-2 clay types. The presence of Nantronit-15A is greater than Nakrit-2. Nantronite-15A is a part of the smectite (montmorillonite) group, which can absorb water and has a high swelling-shrinkage proportion (expansive). Nakrit-2 has a monoclinic crystal system, is a part of the kaolinite group, and has a low swelling-shrink capacity (not expansive). Because the distribution of Nantronite-15A is greater than that of Nakrit-2, the sample has a more expansive character. Extensive deposits will be at risk if a building is constructed. As a consequence, efforts must be made to enhance (stabilize) the soil.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The dangers of cigarette smoke are not only harmful to smokers themselves but also to others. Cigarette smoke released from the mouth of smokers has a bad effect on the health of the person who inhales it, in this case, passive smokers. The research tool is a prototype monitoring and neutralizing cigarette smoke based on IoT using the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller as a control center, using the MQ-2 sensor, DHT-11 sensor, DC fan, dot matrix P10, speakers and other materials used in the prototype for neutralizing cigarette smoke. This prototype is designed with the layout and components used to function as much as possible with a suitable place in the room. This research begins by reading the state of the room sending data from the ESP sender to the ESP receiver with the Blynk application communication to be processed from reading to neutralization. Abstract

Activities in andesite mining carried out by PT.X using the Quarry system and one of the main activities in andesite mining is blasting. The success of a blast is usually measured by the size of the blasting fragmentation carried out. The size of the fragmentation is expected not to cause much difficulty, batik in loading, transporting, and in crushing activities. The methodology of this research is to use a theoretical method by comparing the two Kuz-Ram methods and the theoretical Rock Engineering System to find out the theoretical percentage results of each method from the actual geometric data obtained in the field, then relate the average size of the fragmentation determined based on the capabilities of the tool. crushers. The average rock escape rate of the Kuz-ram method is 76.369 percent with 23.631 percent retained rock still has rock size that does not pass the sieve above 20 percent. The rock pass rate of the Rock Engineering system method on average is 76.369 percent with 23.631 percent retained rock, there is still rock size that does not pass the sieve above 20 percent. The results of the comparison of the Kuz-Ram method and the Rock Engineering System obtained that the average rock escape value was greater than Kuz-ram with a value of 76,369 percent compared to the Rock Engineering System of 61,139 with an average pass value of below 80 percent.

Abstract

Seaweed as one of the leading commodities of the Gunungkidul Regency Government, is currently partly processed into crispy seaweed processed food by MSMEs ORA FOOD. To produce industrial-scale seaweed quality, proper handling is needed from the harvesting process to post-harvest processing. One of the processes that needs to be improved is the washing method, harvesting drying, the process of slicing processed seaweed, the process of processing waste into biogas fuel, as well as the marketing process. Washing technology using sustainable washing equipment is the right choice for MSMEs ora food. The seaweed washer uses a drive motor instead of a manual washing tool. This joint activity with partners is the framework of the PKM Grant program from the Ministry of Education and Culture for the 2022 funding year. In this activity, partners were given assistance in solutions to their problems in the form of seaweed washing machines with simple technology, seaweed slicer racks, seaweed drying machines, and biomirue digesters as a means of processing seaweed waste, as well as promotional media through the Shopee e-commerse account. In this activity, 10 MBKM students were included who were recognized for 10 credits in one year of implementing the Community Partnership Program. Abstract

Over the last few years, arificial neural network (ANN) have been used successfully for modeling almost all aspect of geotechnical engineering problems especially in slope stability. Based on the comparison in this paper, that ANN has many advantages if the problem cannot be solved by mathematically and handle large data set. There are various intelligent algorithms available, therefore ANN is not a new concept. However, ANN's ability to solve complex geotechnical engineering problems (such as, which is found within the slope stability analysis) is its main advantage. So, this paper to provide an overview of ANN modeling in slope stability analysis as part of geotechnical engineering problems and research direction of ANN that needs further attention in the future.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This paper describes the design analyses of a lightning protection system for direct lightning stroke. The design was done on the contour of the land of small hills, with the distribution of several small hills that fill the surface space of the land. The location was determined based on the discourse of the community of Sengir hamlet, Kalirejo village, Kokap sub-district, Kulon Progo – Special District of Yogyakarta during a Real Work Lecture for students of the Yogyakarta National Institute of Technology, December 2021, with a letter of the village head.of Kalirejo number: 289/2004/XII/2021. The Rolling Sphare Method was carried out at several points of the installation of the lightning on the top of the triangle tower which having four levels/stages. The Model of design of the lightning protection system at Embung-Jokaton was obtained by using an electrogeometric model. The result of the design analyses for mitigating show that the zoning of protection were formed by a conicals space that cover the surface of the Embung Jokaton with magnitude of areas were 29 865 m2. and at the same time, the six arcs of shield of the lightning stroke was formed by the six lightning rods (splitzen) that located at the top of the triangle tower as apparatus for mitigating of disaster due to the lightning stroke in outdoor.. Abstract

ABSTRAK Sektor pariwisata dan peternakan merupakan salah satu sektor yang sangat potensial dan perlu mendapat perhatian yang baik dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Sehingga akan sangat menarik jika menghadirkan wisata edukasi industri peternakan sapi di Kota Kalianda, Lampung Selatan. Hadirnya wisata edukasi industri peternakan sapi di Kalianda ini diharapkan selain menambah destinasi wisata baru di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, juga dapat menjadi wadah bagi peternak sapi guna meningkatkan pembudidayaan bibit ternak sapi yang ungggul, mensosialisasikan produk-produk yang dihasilkan peternak sapi, serta membantu mengangkat pamor dan perekonomian warga sekitar. Sehingga ke depannya dapat memberikan hasil yang positif dengan banyaknya investor yang berinvestasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.

Abstract

Semin District is located in the eastern part of the Gunung Kidul mountains, precisely on the eastern slope of Gunung Kidul. This area slopes up to the foot of Mount Stage, is located on a fairly steep slope area making this area has a large potential for landslides, especially during the rainy season. In the past few years, from 2016-2020, the Gunung Kidul BMKG station in this area also often occurs landslides during the rainy season. The purpose of this paper is to map ground motion using the STORIE method. The purpose of writing the final report of this seminar are: To create a landslide susceptibility zoning map in Sirau Village using the STORIE method on a scale of 1:25,000. The research area is included in the "Wonosari Plateau" zone. Southern Mountain Zone of Java. The ground motion zoning mapping was carried out based on the STORIE method using the weighted values ​​of four parameters. The parameters used are slope, lithology, land use and rainfall. The results of STORIE processing using ArcGIS software produce a landslide susceptibility zoning map which is divided into 4 classes (very low, low, medium, high). Based on the results of ground motion mapping using the STORIE method, the most vulnerable area is Pundungsari Village which is composed of Tuff lithology from the Semilir Formation, Andesite Breccia from the Mandalika Formation, and Limestone from the Wungkal Gamping Formation.\ Keyword : Semin, Gunungkidul, STORIE, mass movement

Abstract

Kota Purwokerto selain dikenal sebagai Kota Pariwisata juga dikenal sebagai kota kebudayaan termasuk kesenian. Pertunjukkan atau konser kesenian di Kota Purwokerto biasanya diadakan pada bangunan serbaguna yang tidak dirancang secara spesifik sebagai bangunan gedung konser yang diperuntukkan untuk sebuah pertunjukkan atau konser kesenian. Oleh karena itu Concert hall ini merupakan sebuah bangunan yang didesain untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut sekaligus sebagai salah satu tempat hiburan dalam mengembangkan kreatifitas masyarakat yang bertujuan menghasilkan rancangan suatu bangunan yang memenuhi kuantitas dan kualitas suatu pagelaran seni di Kota Purwokerto serta mendukung jalannya pertujukan sehingga memiliki kondisi akustik ruang yang baik dan mampu menghasilkan kualitas akustik yang maksimal.Dalam perancangan bangunan concert hall pada setiap pertunjukannya dibutuhkan akustik ruang yang tepat untuk menghasilkan kualitas bunyi yang optimal. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan kajian Pustaka. Setelah data diolah kemudian dianalis dengan menggunakan metode korelatif yaitu menghubungkan data yang satu dengan lainnya dan secara deskriptif. Hasil analisis berupa suatu konsep akustik meliputi konsep akustik sebagai persyaratan ruang, akustik sebagai pembentuk ruang dan akustik ruang pertunjukan, disamping itu ada beberapa jenis material pendukung akustik.
