Abstract

Leadership is the process of getting other people to understand and agree on what needs to be done and how to do the task effectively. In a company, of course, company leaders apply different leadership styles. Type of leadership style used by PT. Garindo Sejahtera Abadi is democratic leadership. This article discusses the implementation of a democratic leadership style in PT. Garindo Sejahtera Abadi, this article aims to provide comprehensive and detailed insight into the implementation of democratic leadership implemented at PT. Garindo Sejahtera Abadi. The research method used is theoretical studies, previous literature, interviews and field observations. The discussion uses theory according to Gouzali Syadan in (Suradji & Martono, 2014). Abstract

The short story entitled Ingan by Heri Sucipto is special, namely that it describes the beauty and noble values ​​of the island of Kalimantan, as well as a person's struggle to achieve their dreams. Therefore, this short story needs to be studied, especially the signs that provide meaning in the short story. The aim of this research is to describe the Index, Icons and Symbols in the short story Ingan by Heri Sucipto through semiotic studies. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Based on the research results, there are semiotic elements, namely indices, icons, symbols and indexes. There are five data icons, namely the words wilderness, virgin, slender, berhanyut larung, and inner struggle. The index is 15, namely the words awesome, graduation, leaving, respected, seriously ill, surprised, made me realize, dislike, accept, marriage, emotion, sobbing, limiting, crowding, and crying. Abstract

One of the rights as a worker is getting a wage based on the City Minimum Wage standard which is not available to household assistants. This research aims to determine the implementation of the payment of the city minimum wage and the factors that influence the non-payment of the city minimum wage for household assistants in Kuanino Village, Kota Raja District, Kupang City. This research uses empirical legal methods. The results of the research show that the implementation of the payment of the city minimum wage has not been implemented for household assistants because its determination and implementation cannot yet be aimed at household assistants and the factors that influence its non-implementation consist of internal factors in the form of economic conditions/paying ability of the employer, the amount of work done by workers, lack of family finances from job seekers, self-competence of workers, bargaining power of workers and age of workers and external factors in the form of government regulations, lack of data collection and lack of supervision/monitoring

Abstract

This writing aims to examine the inheritance law system in Indonesia based on its regional nature which is closely related to the scope of human life. This writing uses a qualitative approach method with data collection measuring tools using observation and structured interviews. The sampling technique used in this writing is a saturated sample. The data source used is primary data from interviews with 17 informants who are Traditional Elders, Prospective Heirs and Heirs in one of the villages in Rote Ndao district. The results of the research concluded that the application of customary inheritance law in the patrilineal kinship system in Rote Ndao Regency has changed due to economic development. Obstacles to inheritance division disputes have experienced a change in the method of resolution, from a negotiation system to a deliberation/consensus system to reconcile the disputing parties implemented by the Village Traditional Institution and the Village Government

Abstract

Social media has become a crucial platform for supporting and developing online learning communities for Islamic education. This platform provides easy access for individuals and groups to share knowledge, experiences, and perspectives related to Islam globally. In online learning communities, social media acts as a bridge connecting students with educators, scholars, and fellow learners from various backgrounds and geographic regions. Interactive features such as discussion forums, study groups, and Q&A sessions enable active and collaborative participation in the learning process. Additionally, social media provides a space for sharing educational content such as articles, videos, and podcasts that enrich the understanding of Islamic region. However, it is important to maintain the quality of content and ensure the accuracy of the information shared. By utilizing social media wisely, online learning communities for Islamic education can grow and contribute positively to the enhancement of religious understanding and practices in the digital age

Abstract

The Holistic Marketing Communication Strategy at PT. Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur Prambanan and Ratu Boko aims to introduce the company as the manager of world heritage sites and also to raise public awareness of the importance of preserving Borobudur, Prambanan, and Ratu Boko temples as educational tourist destinations. This study aims to analyze how the promotional strategy of PT. Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur Prambanan and Ratu Boko promotes these world heritage sites and links them with action theory. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive with an approach highlighting the quality, value, and meaning behind the facts. Based on the research results, it is shown that the marketing strategy of PT. Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur has gradually succeeded in improving service quality, facilities, and promotion, and has gained recognition from the community in managing these temples. Although visitor numbers have not increased significantly, these changes are reflected in various national and international awards received by the company. This enhances the company's confidence as part of national pride in the global competition in the tourism industry

Abstract

The judge's considerations are one of the most important aspects in determining the realization of the value of a judge's decision which contains justice and legal certainty, besides that it also contains benefits for the parties concerned so that the judge's considerations must be addressed carefully, well and carefully. The formulation of the problem in this research is, How does the Judge's Decision Compare with the Crime of Murder? This research uses normative juridical legal research methods. The data collection technique is based on the type of approach in this paper, namely the statutory approach and the conceptual approach. Analyzed using descriptive methods. The results of the research show that the comparison of the judge's decision regarding the crime of murder from the three decisions can be seen from two aspects, juridical and non-juridical. Apart from that, the judge has the authority to update the law and find the law, so that the judge is able to see the weight of the crime and the suitability of the evidence. decide decisions that make each decision different, with the same type of crime, but a different panel of judges. This is what makes this research interesting compared to others

Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of the internet and technology has an impact on the lack of literacy culture in schools. Students spend more of their free time playing with cellphones or gadgets. Islamic religious education (PAI) teachers are an important milestone in developing the character and morals of students to become better. Building good character and morals can start by cultivating literacy in schools. This research aims to explore the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Teachers in building a literacy culture in schools. PAI teachers have a strategic position in instilling religious and moral values ​​in students, as well as guiding them in understanding and practicing religious teachings. It is hoped that this research will be able to provide an impact and alternative solutions to the development of PAI teacher competency, especially in improving literacy culture in schools.
