Abstract

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the announcement of an Extraordinary Event (KLB) caused chaos, especially in the field of education, schools were closed, teaching and learning activities in schools were disrupted, learning that was initially carried out face-to-face to be carried out remotely. Teachers are required to prepare teaching materials that are able to support distance learning, therefore it is necessary to provide assistance in the development of learning videos for teachers of mathematics subjects. Of the 190 participants, 120 people collected the work of mentoring products in the form of learning videos that had been made by following the tutorials delivered by adjusting the subject matter that the participants were capable of. Participants stated that the mentoring program that had been implemented was very useful to improve the competence of participants. In addition, participants stated that they would always make learning videos to facilitate learning mathematics at school.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to provide knowledge and skills for KSU Sedana Graha employees in general, especially those who have attended training on the use of digital marketing media to be able to apply and apply it in expanding marketing. This activity was held on 1 – 2 November 2019 in the KSU Sedana Graha meeting room, this activity was attended by 19 employees. In an all-digital era, it is deemed necessary to increase employee knowledge in order to compete with competitors.

Abstract

The background of this training is because new students' knowledge of sports massage is still not optimal and there are still many mistakes made in handling sports injuries so that it will result in the recovery of these injuries. Factors that can be identified as the cause of the problem include the fact that students tend to have never received integrated massage skills training which consists of: sports massage, sports injury massage, and healing massage. The purpose of the training is to equip students with sports massage skills, sports injuries, and healing to reduce the risk from the effects of sports activities so as to make it easier to do first aid. The methods used are: demonstrations, exercises, and assignments combined with mentoring. The target of the training is all semester 1 students of the Penjaskesrek study program, Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia, for the odd academic year 2021/2022, totaling 56 people. The conclusions of this training are: (1) Semester 1 students of the PENJASKESREK study program at the University of PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia for the Odd Academic Year 2021/2022 have gained integrated massage knowledge and skills; (2) The results/scores achieved from 56 participants are: 33 or 57.78% getting an A or very good, 23 or 42.22% getting a B or good; (b) The average percentage of mastery of the training material is 82.24% or in good category.

Abstract

Classroom action research is a good solution that must be applied in the classroom to overcome various problems that occur in the classroom. The main objective of this activity is to help teachers develop classroom action research proposals that are appropriate to the learning and educational problems experienced by teachers both inside and outside the classroom. Assistance in writing classroom action research which was carried out at SMP Negeri 3 Abiansemal Badung on June 26, 2021. The steps for implementing the assistance were: workshop implementation, assistance in the preparation of CAR, assistance in implementing CAR, and evaluation and reflection stages. Targets and outcomes are in accordance with the objectives of mentoring which have an impact on: (1) Providing solutions to problems that occur in schools, (2) Increasing creativity and innovation in learning activities. The results of the PKM were at first the teachers did not know about the making of CAR. With this mentoring activity, the teacher became aware of and understood the CAR activities in the classroom. By applying classroom action research, you can overcome the problems that exist in the classroom with the support of theory and journals. After mentoring was held for 3 times there was significant progress in the teacher's ability to write CAR

Abstract

Classroom action research is research that can be done by teachers in order to improve the learning process in the classroom to achieve certain goals. This training is to provide solutions to teacher problems that occur in the classes they teach. Community service activities aimed at increasing the understanding of teachers regarding the preparation of CAR proposals in learning at Taman Rama Denpasar schools. Participants in the training activities were teachers from the Taman Rama School in Denpasar. Activities are carried out through training, question and answer and drill through several stages. The methods used in this service activity are (1) Socialization of the preparation of class action research proposals; (2) assistance in writing CAR proposals, (3) Giving assignments to make class action research proposals. In assisting the making of this class action research proposal, each participant is required to make an action research proposal accompanied by a service team from UPMI. Conclusions from the training (1) There is an increase in the skills of teachers at Taman Rama Denpasar School in preparing proposals for classroom action research, (2) In developing academic culture in the Taman Rama Denpasar school environment in improving the quality of education, there has been an increase in making proposals and implementing CAR.

Abstract

Mengwi is a village/kelurahan located in Mengwi sub-district, Badung Regency, Bali Region. This village is one of 20 villages and sub-districts in Mengwi sub-district. Mengwi Village is a village that grows in the middle of the city in the Badung Regency area, making agricultural land has the potential for environmentally friendly agricultural development because it is close to water sources and there is almost no contamination on the land. The use of organic fertilizers has begun to be applied by farmers, but the use of pesticides is still applying chemical pesticides. The impact of the use of chemical pesticides is not only harmful to plants and the environment, but can lead to more and more new types of pests and diseases that attack plants. Farmers in Mengwi Village do not use organic pesticides due to their lack of understanding of the application of effective and efficient use of organic pesticides. So that the Farmer Groups in Mengwi Village need to be given knowledge and management skills in Agro- Entrepreneurship towards environmentally friendly and sustainable agriculture. The method used in this community service activity is through counseling, training and assistance to farmer groups for 3 months month. The results of community service activities showed that after training and counseling, farmers were able to know the pests that attacked their agricultural land and their control techniques. Farmers can also carry out post-harvest handling which provides higher economic value than before being given training. In general, farmers who participated in the training showed a good response and were active during this activity. At the end of the training and extension, farmers know the costs and marketing efficiency of the Cabbage commodity on their farm.

Abstract

UMKM are one of the strengths of the national economy. During the Covid-19 pandemic, UMKM are the sector most vulnerable to being affected, especially in terms of product marketing and sales. MSME Pande Urip Wesi (PAUWE) is a business engaged in iron equipment. This service activity aims to help the problems faced by Pande Urip Wesi. The solution offered in this activity is to implement digital marketing using the Google My Business application. This application can help UMKM actors so that their business can be found by potential customers on Google searches and maps. The method used in this activity consists of forming an activity team, conducting analysis, implementing activities and evaluating. The result of this service activity is the Google My Business application as a tool for online marketing and sales as well as providing training to business owners to have the ability to operate the Google My Business application.

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic is clear evidence that the transmission of disease is so rapid that the whole world is spared from the viral outbreak while on the one hand everyone has the right to health as a rule that health isa healthy physical, mental, spiritual, and social state that makes it possible for each person to be productive socially as well as economically. Based on preliminary asesses and in pinge village get the following images of problems: 1) there are 22 members of society affected by the pandemic and the return to the village through psychological issues such as being prone to anxiety over the unprecedented conditions, confusion of nothing to do because they are accustomed to working with other people, and some people are concerned about the continued education of their children and the psychological welfare resources typically derived from local wisdom values 2) the general public is unaware of mental health issues.It needs to be psychoeducation on mental health issues to increase understanding or skill in the prevention of psychological disorders and to increase understanding for communities especially families about psychological disorders. The average pretest baseline of public mental health knowledge falls in a medium category with an average of 61%. By psychoeducation of mental health, people's understanding increased with post-test scores averaged 84%. And the conclusion reached by pinge village visitors' knowledge and understanding on mental health has been increased.

Abstract

As an educator, the teacher is obligated to enhance the consistency of the learning process, which has a direct effect on their students' abilities. As a result, teachers are expected to maintain their competencies, one of which is professional competence. This community service activity (PKM) aims to add insight and improve the competence of junior high school teachers, through training in question developing and online assessment. The new period of digitalization has seen an explosion in the use of information technology (IT) across multiple sectors/fields, including education. Educational institutions are required to be able to use computer technology to carry out all aspects of the learning process, from instruction to evaluation. Particularly during the pandemic conditions, it is required to introduce the online learning and evaluation method. This PKM operation involves three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. This PKM activity makes use of teaching, mentoring, and discussion. The training is conducted by presenting information on how to develop questions and administer online tests. The material presented includes policies for implementing online assessments before and during the pandemic as well as making online questions and assessments using the google form. The outcomes of this PKM activity include the following: 1) increased teacher awareness and comprehension of the use of Google Forms as a tool for conducting online assessments; and 2) increased teacher enthusiasm for improving pedagogic competence. Additionally, the results of this PKM indicate a high level of satisfaction among trainee teachers, with a very satisfied percentage of 82% and a satisfied percentage of 18%

Abstract

Online learning is a learning activity carried out using an internet connection. By learning online, students are expected to gain the same knowledge as face-to-face learning, but more relaxed because teaching and learning activities are carried out at home. Counseling and mentoring in interesting technology-based teaching aims to improve teacher competence in classroom learning activities for students in a comfortable and fun way. This activity facilitates economics/accounting teachers to be able to improve their professionalism in the management of distance learning. The learning process that integrates technology using several digital media will continue to be used not only in online learning but offline learning. The implementation of the training went well and the participants were enthusiastic in the process of delivering material and practice. The results of the activity evaluation show that teachers have an open mind to online learning, especially the use of virtual (zoom meetings) and Google Classroom which can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Training activities can also support the development of professionalism in online-based learning (online).
