Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus is a global health problem and is one of the top 10 causes of death globally. One of the main complications of diabetes mellitus is diabetic ulcers. In Indonesia, the incidence of diabetic ulcers is reported to be around 12% and the risk of diabetic ulcers is around 55.4%. Incidence Infection is very common (40-80%) so it is a major cause of morbidity and mortality. Microbes in diabetic foot wounds can be monomicrobial and polymicrobial. This study aims to determine the bacterial pattern in diabetic ulcers. This study was conducted in vitro on isolates of third grade diabetic ulcers from 15 samples. Antimicrobial tests were carried out by inoculation on PCA (Plate Count Agar) and MSA (Mannitol Salt Agar) media. The results showed that the bacterial patterns seen were Staphylococcus haemolyticus, Staphylococcus aureus, Proteus Mirabilis, and Acinetobacter baumanii. In conclusion, the most common bacteria found in this study was Proteus mirabilis. Keywords: Diabetic ulcer, diabetes mellitus, bacterial pattern

Abstract

This research is based on the current era of globalization, there are many various life problems that occur. All events that continue to occur both in terms of social problems related to religion, ethnicity, and culture. The emergence of public issues including radicalism, secularism, liberalism, terrorism, and other public issues is no longer a new challenge for Muslims to answer. However, these issues continue to grow, especially in the international arena. The objectives of this study were (1) to determine the response of BKsPPI to public issues, (2) to determine the method of BKsPPI's da'wah in responding to public issues. This research method is a type of qualitative research method with a conceptual analysis approach and theoretical analysis. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, analysis and documentation. The findings of this study are the BKsPPI's response to five contemporary issues that exist in society, the next finding is the da'wah method used by BKsPPI in responding to contemporary ummah issues. Conclusion BKsPPI's response to contemporary public issues is to provide a response to straighten and provide solutions or solutions related to secularism, liberalism, pluralism, terrorism, and radicalism. The da'wah methods used by BKsPPI in responding to contemporary issues are the syamilah (comprehensive) method, the wasathiyah method, the direct method, the indirect method, the wisdom method, the method of socializing the five cultures, the method of da'wah code of ethics, the method of establishing friendship and fostering ukhuwah, the tafaqquh fiddin method, and the iqomatuddin method. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the efforts of teenagers from the Nurul Ummah Mosque in increasing religious awareness for adolescents in Kp. Cikarang. To find out the influencing factors in increasing religious awareness for adolescents in Kp. Cikarang. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research method, which is based on postpositivism or entrepreneurial philosophy, is used to examine the condition of natural objects, where the researcher is the key instrument, the data collection technique is done by triangulation (combined observation, interviews, documentation), the data obtained tend to be qualitative data, analysis the data is inductive/qualitative, and the results of qualitative research can be in the form of finding potential and problems, uniqueness of objects, meaning of an event, processes and social interactions, certainty of data truth, construction of phenomena, findings of hypotheses. The findings of this study indicate that in increasing religious awareness, the youth of the Nurul Ummah mosque try to provide an interesting forum or study to increase religious awareness for youth in Kp. Cikarawang so that the teenager can uphold Islamic sciences properly and correctly. The importance of the role of the environment can also affect religious awareness for adolescents. Even if it all comes back to you. However, the encouragement and motivation from parents is also important. Therefore, the efforts made by mosque youth are to communicate with each other and invite youth to follow every existing program. Keywords: Role, Mosque Youth, Religious Awareness.

Abstract

Memorizing the Qur'an is a very commendable and noble act. People who study, read or memorize the Qur'an are the chosen people who were chosen by Allah to receive the inheritance of the holy book of the Qur'an. Pesantren as an institution that is trusted by the community with prestige moral teaching, is actually able to survive in producing superior generations who have good morals and are capable in various fields. People who have a humble nature will admit mistakes and feel their knowledge is still lacking so they are open to receiving new ideas and wise advice from others. This trait is important for those who memorize the Qur'an. This study aims to determine how the effect of the implementation of the tahfidz program on the tawadhu attitude of students at the Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School Kemang Bogor. This research methodology uses a correlational quantitative approach, because this study aims to obtain answers to specific statements. Data collection techniques were carried out by filling out questionnaires, interviews and documentation. From the results of the research that the author has done, the tahfidz program variable has an influence on the attitude of tawadhu. The results of the linearity test showed that there was no significant linear relationship between the tahfidz program variable and the tawadhu attitude variable. While the correlation value of the influence of the tahfidz program on the tawadhu attitude of the santri at the Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School Kemang Bogor is 47.38%, which means that there is a moderate correlation between the tahfidz program variable and the tawadhu attitude variable. So, the effect of the tahfidz program on the attitude of tawadhu of students at Pesantren Al-Hikmah Kemang Bogor is only 21.39%, and 78.61% is influenced by other factors. Abstract

The background of the problem in this research is the process of learning and teaching at MAN 2 Padang Panjang City on the subjects of Al-Qur'an Hadith still tends to use the lecture method. In the teaching and learning process, students often only listen and take notes on the material presented by the teacher, resulting in students being less active and involved in the teaching and learning process. To overcome this problem, the researcher developed a video media for learning Al-Qur'an Hadith on halal and good food materials in Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects. The purpose of this research is to develop valid, practical and effective video-based learning media. The research method used in this study is the Research And Development (R&D) method using the 4D version approach, namely Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. The product test used in this study is the validity test, namely content, construct and language using the Aiken's V formula. The practicality test by the Al-Qur'an Hadith teacher using the Moment Kappa formula and the effectiveness test by students using the N-Gain formula. The results of the study indicate that the learning media of the Qur'an Hadith on halal and good food materials can be used by teachers and students of class XI IPA 2 at MAN 2 Padang Panjang City. For product validity test of 0.87 which is declared valid, product practicality test results of 0.95 which are declared very practical and for product effectiveness test results of 0.82 which are stated to be very effective. So it can be concluded that the learning media of the Qur'an Hadith on halal and good food materials as learning media is valid, practical and effective. Abstract

The background of the problem in this study is the learning process at MAN 2 Payakumbuh in the Akidah Akhlak lesson seen still using the lecture method. This can be seen from the low learning outcomes of students. This is due to various factors, one of which is teacher-centered learning. In the teaching and learning process students often only listen and take notes on the material presented by the teacher. This results in students being less active and less involved in the learning process. To overcome this problem, the author applies the learning strategy of Active Learning Type Guided Teaching in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Guided Teaching Type Active Learning learning strategy on the learning outcomes of Akidah Akhlak students of class XI IPK at MAN 2 Payakumbuh. The method used in this research is quantitative with the type of Quasy Experimental Design. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPK at MAN 2 Payakumbuh as many as three classes, all of which were normally distributed and had homogeneous variants. Because all of them are normally distributed and have homogeneous variants, the authors took the initiative to choose XI IPK 1 and XI IPK 3 as samples. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the research data, the hypothesis results obtained by t-test, t count = 9,399 and t table = 1,998, then t count > t table so that Ho is rejected. Based on these results, it can be concluded that, there is an effect of the application of Active Learning type guided teaching on the learning outcomes of Akidah Akhlak at MAN 2 Payakumbuh. The teacher has made efforts or methods in the learning process even though not all of them have been implemented by the teacher, the goal is that students are motivated in learning, but in fact there are still some things that researchers found, it can be seen from the lack of student interest in learning fiqh, students do not do the tasks given by the teacher , and students pay less attention when the teacher explains the material when learning takes place, some talk to their classmates, or do other things that can interfere with learning concentration. Therefore, to achieve success they need the spirit and motivation of a teacher. As for the author's goal in this study is to determine the efforts of teachers in increasing student motivation in learning Fiqh Class VII. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research, which is a method that describes the situation that occurs in the field systematically. Sources of data in this study were teachers who taught Fiqh in class VII as key informants, while the supporting informants in this study were class VII students of MTsN 3 Agam Balingka. To collect data, the authors conducted observations, interviews and documentation, as well as to measure the validity of the data using something else by comparing the data obtained from the observation data and the results of interviews with the research object. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the teacher's efforts in increasing student learning motivation in class VII Fiqh learning at MTsN 3 Agam Balingka are less than optimal due to the teacher's efforts to increase students' motivation in learning Fiqh Class VII is only by giving numbers, giving tests, know learning outcomes, and praise. Abstract

This research is motivated by the many learning models proposed by education experts to realize the achievement of learning objectives. One of the learning models is the Mind Mapping learning model. Learning Akidah Akhlak at MAN 2 Payakumbuh, especially in class XI, uses a conventional learning model, namely a learning model that refers to the teacher in delivering learning, but it is not optimal. This can be seen from the low student learning outcomes. The average daily test scores of students have not reached the predetermined Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). The hypothesis in this study is that the learning outcomes of Akidah Akhlak using the Mind Mapping learning model are better than the learning outcomes of Akidah Akhlak using the conventional model at MAN 2 Payakumbuh. The type of this research is Quasy Experiment with pretest-post test control group design. The population in this study were students of class XI MIA totaling 138 people, consisting of 4 normal and homogeneous locales. The sample in this study was class XI MIA 3 as the experimental class and class XI MIA 1 as the control class. The data obtained from the results of this study were processed using the t-test, after the analysis obtained tcount = 5.7529 and ttable = 1.671093. Thus, it is obtained that tcount > ttable is 5.7529 and > 1.671093 at the real level = 0.05, meaning that the hypothesis is accepted. So it can be concluded that student learning outcomes using the Mind Mapping learning model are better than student learning outcomes using conventional learning models. Abstract

Islam has regulated human behavior in meeting the needs of life, namely not deviating from the teachings of Islam. Religious maturity towards the community is seen in the ability of community members to understand, appreciate and apply the noble values ​​of their religion in their daily lives. One way that can be used to help people who deviate from the teachings of Islam is the existence of a group of people or organizations that hold religious community activities such as weekly recitations. Through this religious activity, it is expected to be able to improve the understanding of the community's Islamic religion correctly in accordance with the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad. This study aims to determine the influence of the organization on the religious understanding of the people of Gunung Mulya Village, Bogor Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey techniques. The variables in this study are the prigma organization as the independent variable and the religious understanding of the community as the dependent variable. The population is the people of Gunung Mulya Village, Bogor Regency, which consists of 30 people. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out, it is obtained a simple linear regression equation model Y = 26.602 + 0.415X, which means that the prigma organization has a positive effect on the religious understanding of the people of Gunung Mulya Village. In the t-test obtained a significant value of 0.002 <significant level 0.05, thus the hypothesis is declared accepted. The result of the coefficient of determination R2 = 0.295 which indicates that the prigma organization affects the religious understanding of the community by 29.5%, while the remaining 70.5% is influenced by factors other than the prigma organization.
