Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the promotional strategy undertaken by SRB HIK Insan Cita and its influence on the customer's decision in choosing financing. This research uses quantitative methods that are descriptive in nature. Data sources used are primary and secondary data. The population used was 300 customers and solvin formula used to be 67 sample respondents. Data collection techniques used by researchers are using respondents (questionnaires) and interviews. The method of data analysis in this study uses simple linear regression analysis. Promotional mix variables consisting of advertising (advertising), personal selling (personal selling), sales promotion (seles promotion), publicity (publicity) by conducting a t test shows each variable has a significant influence on the purchase decision variable. Judging from the significant advertising variable 0.038, personal selling 0.001, selles promotion 0.039, and publicity 0.002, which means it is smaller than the significant level used that is 0.05. And can also be seen by t count of 2,126, 3,366, 2,108, 3,248 which means t count 0,224. From the results of the analysis examined that the promotion mix strategy significantly influences customer decisions.

Abstract

The relation between teacher strategies and the ability to read the qur’an in High School of Dwiwarna Boarding School of Parung Bogor.. Skripsi. Major of  Islamic Religious Education. Islamic Religious Faculty of Ibn Khaldun University. The Mentors : Gunawan Ikhtiono, Kholil Nawawi.The teacher strategy is a learning activity that must be used by teachers and students so that learning objectives can be achieved effectively and efficiently. The learning strategy is an action plan (a series of activities) including the use of methods and the use of various resources or strengths in learning. Therefore, it is reason for PAI teachers to be able to facilitate their students by teaching the al-qur’an in accordance with the teaching strategy. Because the information will be well received by students and learning can achieve optimal results. Therefore, this study aims to determine how the relationship between teacher strategies and the ability to read the qur’an at SMA Dwiwarna Boarding School Parung Bogor. This study uses a quantitative approach. Technique school Parung Bogor, amounting to 95 students. The data analysis technique in this research is SPSS 23.0 for windows.Based on the result of above analysis can be summarized that variable correlation value X and Y are 0,90, if observed from interpretation table the value that is gotten is 0,90 which is located between 0,70-0,90. Viewed from data interpretation it is included to strong  correlation. Then by viewing table value on “r” with its significant value obtained “r” table is 0,2272. Therefore, on significant degree 5% “r” counting + 0,90> from “r” table = 0,2272, it means alternate hypotheses (Ha) is received and (Ho) is rejected. So, there is significant relation between teacher strategies and the ability to read the qur’an in High School of Dwiwarna Boarding School of Parung Bogor.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The decline in the character of the nation's children is a form of failure in the process of implementing education. This is proven, that the mandate of Law No. 20 of 2003 Article 3 and character values ​​as a national culture that must be developed in accordance with the Ministry of National Education (Ministry of National Education) are not implemented. Then it needs a real effort to integrate Islamic values ​​on subjects. Integration of Islamic values ​​can be carried out on various subjects, one of which is science. Given the purpose of science, among others, is to increase human piety towards the greatness of God, as well as increase human awareness to respect nature as one of God's creations. The manifestation of integration is by compiling teaching materials in the form of modules to support the learning process in schools in order to improve the religious character of students. The purpose of this study was to determine the procedure for preparing modules as a tool in improving the religious character of students, knowing the feasibility level of teaching materials in the form of modules, and knowing the increase in religious character that occurred in students after learning to use the module. This study uses the Research and Development (R & D) method which was modified by Nana Syaodih Sukmadinata into three stages, namely the introduction, development, and testing stages. at the development stage, the results of the study showed a number of material experts 96.25%, design experts 80.88% and linguists 67.85%. At the testing stage, the results are 95.39% for the limited test, namely in the 5-C class and the broad test 1 in the 5-A class is 95.85% and 88.80% in the broad test II, namely class 5-B. The final test results show sig. 0.00 <0.05 with differences in the results in the experimental class 56,337 and the control class 52,959 which is 3,378 larger experimental classes. Thus, the development of modules as effective teaching materials is used to improve the religious character of students based on the preparation process and the level of feasibility. ABSTRAK Merosotnya karakter anak bangsa merupakan bentuk kegagalan dalam proses pelaksanaan pendidikan. Hal ini dibuktikan, bahwa amanah UU No. 20 Tahun 2003 Pasal 3 dan nilai karakter sebagai budaya bangsa yang harus dikembangkan sesuai Kemendiknas (Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional) tidak terlaksana. Maka perlu usaha nyata untuk melakukan integrasi nilai-nilai Islam pada mata pelajaran. Integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dapat dilakukan pada berbagai mata pelajaran, salah satunya adalah sains. Mengingat tujuan sains antara lain adalah untuk meningkatkan ketakwaan manusia terhadap kebesaran Tuhan, serta meningkatkan kesadaran manusia untuk menghargai alam sebagai salah satu ciptaan Tuhan. Wujud dari pengintegrasian tersebut yaitu dengan menyusun bahan ajar berupa modul untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran di sekolah dalam rangka meningkatkan karakter religius siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prosedur penyusunan modul sebagai alat dalam meningkatkan karakter religius siswa, mengetahui tingkat kelayakan bahan ajar berupa modul, dan mengetahui peningkatan karakter religius yang terjadi pada siswa setelah belajar menggunakan modul. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R & D) yang dimodifikasi oleh Nana Syaodih Sukmadinata menjadi tiga tahap yaitu tahap pendahuluan, pengembangan, dan pengujian. pada tahap pengembangan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan angka angka ahli materi 96.25%, ahli desain 80.88% dan ahli bahasa 67.85%. Pada tahap pengujian, hasilnya yaitu 95.39% untuk uji terbatas yaitu pada kelas 5-C dan uji luas 1 pada kelas 5-A hasilnya 95.85% serta 88.80% pada uji luas II yaitu kelas 5-B. Hasil akhir pengujian menunjukkan sig. 0.00 < 0.05 dengan perbedaan hasil pada kelas eksperimen 56.337 dan kelas kontrol 52.959 yaitu 3.378 lebih besar kelas eksperimen. Dengan demikian, pengembangan modul sebagai bahan ajar efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan karakter religius siswa berdasarkan proses penyusunan dan tingkat kelayakannya.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted changes in education, causing various problems in learning. Because of these problems, there are certain responses from students as a picture of their satisfaction with the learning carried out. This response will determine students' attitudes in learning, thus affecting the achievement of learning objectives. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the problems and student satisfaction in distance learning. The research was conducted using qualitative methods with a field research approach. Data were collected using the observation method, questionnaires given to students via google form, and documentation. Then the data were analyzed through reduction activities, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the problem of distance learning that occurred in SMP Negeri 1 Pamijahan obtained a percentage of 58%, so it was classified as quite good, which inferred that the problem that occurred was not quite serious. The student satisfaction in distance learning obtained a percentage of 67%, thus it was classified as quite satisfactory. The aspects that need improvement because they resulted in bad category were aspects of understanding material and interaction, and less satisfied with aspects of material and learning methods.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang hubungan antara interaksi sosial dengan motivasi berprestasi kelas VII mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak di MTsN 03 Bogor. Tujuan dari penelititian ini yaitu: 1). Untuk mengetahui interaksi sosial siswa kelas VII MTsN 03 Bogor, 2). Untuk mengetahui motivasi berprestasi siswa kelas VII pada mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak, 3). Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara interaksi sosial dengan motivasi berprestasi siswa kelas VII mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak MTsN 03 Bogor. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di MTsN 03 Bogor pada tanggal 06 Februari 2019 sampai dengan 11 Maret 2019. Adapun populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kela VII MTsN 03 Bogor. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan secara random. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1). Interaksi sosial di MTsN 03 Bogor mendapatka rata-rata nilai 54,95%, 2). Motivasi berprestasi di MTsN 03 Bogor mendapatkan rata-rata nilai 49,56%, Terdapat hubungan atara interaksi sosial dengan motivasi berprestasi di MTsN 03 Bogor mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak sebesar 0,622. Keeratan hubungan termasuk pada tahapan cukup karena berada pada rentang 0,40-0,70.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penerapan model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division  terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas 3 pada mata pelajaran IPS di SDIT Al-Madinah Cibinong, serta mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran STAD  terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas 3 pada mata pelajaran IPS di SDIT Al-Madinah Cibinong. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu, pada penelitian ini pemilihan sampel pada quasi experimental tipe Non Equivalent Control Group Design tidak dilakukan pemilihan sampel secara random melainkan dipilih dengan sengaja oleh peneliti yaitu dengan masing-masing sampel kelas eksperimen 28 siswa dan kelas kontrol 28 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu: tes dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh secara signifikan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas III antara kelompok eksperimen dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran STAD dan kelompok kontrol dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari hasil t-test pada taraf signifikan 5% sebesar 2,01 sedangkan taraf signifikan 1% sebesar 2,68 dan t hasil 9,144 maka dapat ditulis 2,01< 9,144 >2,68.Jadi penerapan model pembelajaran STAD dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS dikatakan efektif dan terdapat perubahan atau peningkatan yang signifikan. Model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division ini bisa menjadi salah satu alternatif model pembelajaran yang bisa diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The ability to read the Qur'an at this time is very concerning because there are so many students who have not been able to read hijaiyah letters which is the basis for being able to read the Qur'an. Therefore, the Master should strive to provide the learning of the Qur'an with the proper methods. The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of the Ottoman rasm method on the smooth and understanding of reading the Qur'an of students. The methods in this study use an ex-Postfactoquantitative research approach. The results of this study are the ottoman rasm method is quite good towards the smooth reading of the Qur'an with statistical results obtained in 2023, while the ottoman rasm method of understanding falls into the moderate category with an overall average of 59%. There is a significant influence between the ottoman rasm method on the smooth reading of the Qur'an students at SDN Kedung Badak 3 Bogor City which includes a strong correlation between the ottoman rasm method and the smooth reading of the Qur'an students with statistical results obtained 0.721 which ranged from 0.60-0.799 and there was no significant influence between the ottoman rasm method on the understanding of reading the Qur'an students in SDN Kedung Badak 3 Bogor City including a very low correlation between the correlation between the ottoman rasm methods on the understanding of reading the Qur'an students in SDN Kedung Badak 3 Bogor City including a very low correlation between the Ottoman rasm method towards the understanding of reading Al-Qyour'an students with statistical results obtained 0.111 which ranges from 0.00-0.199 Keywords: Ottoman Rasm Method; smoothness; understanding

Abstract

Murabahah akad transaksi jual beli di mana bank menyebut jumlah keuntungannya. Bank bertindak sebagai penjual, sementara nasabah sebagai pembeli. Harga jual adalah harga beli dari pemasok ditambah keuntungan. Laba usaha merupakan pendapatan yang dihasilkan dari usaha dalam satu periode tertentu kemudian dikurangi oleh beban yang digunakan dalam menghasilkan pendapatan dalam periode tertentu. Adapun pengertian lainnya mengatakan bahwa yang dimaksud dengan laba usaha (profit) adalah suatu penghasilan sebuah perusahaan yang terbentuk dari selisih total pendapatan (revenue) dikurangi biaya-biaya (expanses) pada periode tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pembiayaan murabahah terhadap laba bersih. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh piutang murabahah dan laba bersih di Bank Syariah Indonesia namun sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 36 bulan atau 3 tahun. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan data sekunder. Adapun variabel yang diteliti meliputi pembiayaan murabahah sebagai variabel bebas dan laba bersih sebagai variabel terikat. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung masing-masing variabel bebas adalah (6,079) untuk pembiayaan murabahah. Sedangkan nilai t tabel adalah 1,691 (t hiung > t tabel) artinya bahwa variabel pembiayaan murabahah berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap laba bersih. Sedangkan dari hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,521 atau 52,1%, yang artinya pengaruh variabel independen (pembiayaan murabahah) terhadap variabel dependen (laba bersih) sebesar 0,521, ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi variabel independen adalah sebesar 52,1%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This study aims to determine effectivenees of magic board on FPB and KPK learning in the Kuttab Qanuni class one, where the class is the second level in Kuttab Al Kahfi Indonesia, Kuttab Qanuni one is equivalent to the fourth grade in elementary school. Kuttab Al Kahfi Indonesia has the advantage of adab, where in Kuttab Al Kahfi Indonesia instills in students adab before science. Because adab is more important than knowledge, civilized people must be knowledgeable, but people who are knowledgeable are not necessarily civilizet. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method. This research was conducted in the Kuttab Qanuni class one Kuttab Al Kahfi Indonesia, which consisted of eight people. The method of colleting data of obtain the results of this study is by conductng observations, documentation, and interviews. The results of motivate students by using learning media, increasing students’ curiosity by using learning media, and increasing student communication with teachers in creating a learning atmosphere.
