Abstract

Sejak terbentuknya keluarga melalui pernikahan yang sah sesuai syariat dan negara, ada beberapa tanggung jawab orang tua terhadap anaknya dalam mengurus dan membimbing anak-anaknya, mengingat anak merupakan generasi penerus dan akan menjadi tulang punggung kemajuan bangsa dan negaranya dimasa yang akan datang, maka patutlah sedini mungkin anak-anak diberi bekal wawasan berpikir, keterampilan, kreatipitas, bertanggung jawab dan kesehatan jasmani maupun rohani agar kelak menjadi generasi yang kuat dan tangguh baik fisik maupun mental. Secara fisik maka orang tua wajib memberikan dan menyiapkan makanan, minuman, pakaian dan tempat tinggal. Sedangkan kebutuhan rohani yang mencakup identitas seperti orang tua wajib memberikan nama anak dan nasab dari orang orang tua. Selain itu, orang tua juga wajib memberikan pendidikan terhadap anak, agar anak mampu melakukan kewajibannya sebagai seorang hamba dan dan mampu melindungi dirinya dari kejahatan makhluk-Nya.

Abstract

Everyone has needs, both for themselves and for the fulfillment of the needs of others. This also applies to school principals, especially the head of the Playgroup. So the need for leadership strategies and good communication skills so that the fulfillment of one's own needs does not interfere with the fulfillment of the needs of others. This study aims to determine the leadership strategies and communication skills of the head of the Aisyiyah 13 Jepara Playgroup during the fulfillment of one's own needs during the postgraduate education level. The method used in this research is a qualitative case study to describe communication skills. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that there were various kinds of leadership strategies and communication skills of the playgroup heads during the educational study period. However, due to the limited time the head of the playing group had, the supervisory function did not work properly.

Abstract

Oral literature is a form of literature that is usually considered as a hereditary culture orally or by word of mouth. Oral literature can be in the form of folk tales, legends, fairy tales, myths, and others. Folklore is traditional literature because it is the result of works that were born from a group of people who still strongly adhere to traditional cultural values ??(Dharmojo, 1998:21). Traditional literature is sometimes referred to as folklore and is considered a common property. It grew from a strong collective consciousness in the old society. Danandjaja (1986:2) suggests that folklore is part of a collective culture that is spread and passed down from generation to generation, among any kind of collective, traditionally in different versions, both in oral form and examples accompanied by gestures or reminder aids. mnemonic devices). From this opinion, it can be concluded that folklore is an anonymous story or story from ancient times that lived among the community and was passed down orally or from generation to generation as a suggestion to convey a message or mandate.

Abstract

Tradition is one of the habits passed down from generation to generation by a group of people based on developing cultural values. The number of traditions that develop in each region is a culture that has been successfully preserved so that future generations will still know how the traditions and culture of certain tribes or ethnicities are. In this paper, the author aims to provide an understanding and description of the study of oral traditions owned by the Mandailing Tribe. The form of tradition discussed in this study is the Batak Mandailing Marhata-Hata Marriage Tradition: "Mulak Ari". The methodology used is descriptive qualitative approach and data analysis method using content analysis method. The conclusion of this research is that in the Mandailing Batak community, the Marhata-hata Marriage Customary tradition has until now been believed to have benefits and it is believed that if you carry out this tradition, it will bring blessings. Mulak Ari's oral literature in the wedding ceremony was spoken at Jorong Paroman Bondar. Marhata-hata is spoken by traditional leaders (hatobangon). Mulak Ari is the final part of a series of ceremonies held at the bride's house and attended by the bride and groom, the entire family who held the party, traditional leaders, and invitees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penguasaan teknologi mahasiswa dalam belajar daring secara mandiri dengan menggunakan media e-learning berbasis web dan meningkatkan efektifitas pembelajaran sistem e-learning. Penelitian bertempat di UM Tapsel, beralamat di Jl. Sutan Moh. Arief No.32, Batang Ayumi Julu, Padang Sidempuan Utara, Kota Padang Sidempuan, Sumatera Utara 2273. Adapaun kolaborator dalam penelitian adalah teknisi dibidang coding. Penelitian dilaksanankan pada September 2021 sampai dengan Januari 2022. Adapun hasil penelitian adalah Implementasi e-learning dalam hal ini penggunaaan perangkat lunak Learning Management System (LMS), kadang ada yang menyebutkan sebagai Course Management System (CMS) atau pun Virtual Learning Environment (VLW), memungkinkan pelajar membangun kegiatan pembelajaran selain kegiatan tatap muka (perkuliahan), yang dapat diintegrasikan dengan kegiatan tatap muka itu sendiri (bukan menggantikan aktivitas tatap muka).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the function and types of speech acts of communication of the Musala Arroudloh development committee, Belut Hamlet, Ngumpul Village, Jogoroto District, Jombang Regency. This research design is descriptive-qualitative. The subject of this research is the Musala Arroudloh development committee, Belut hamlet, Ngumpul Village, Jogoroto District, Jombang Regency. The object of research is the function and types of speech acts that were uttered by the development committee of Musala Arroudloh Belut Hamlet, Ngumpul Village, Jogoroto District, Jombang Regency. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis carried out by researchers are: (1) data reduction. This activity includes selecting data on the basis of its level of relevance and relation to data groups, compiling data in similar units, and creating codes. (2) displaying data by compiling relevant data, (3) drawing conclusions to get a meaning of scattered symptoms to have deep meaning. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the function of the speech act of the Musala Arroudloh development committee, includes the assertive function, directive function, commissive function, and expressive function. (2) types of speech acts of the Musala Arroudloh development committee, namely direct lateral speech acts and lateral indirect speech acts. The function of assertive and directive speech acts is a function that often appears in communication opportunities between the Musala Arroudloh development committee, while the type of direct lateral speech act is the type of speech act that is widely used in communication opportunities between committees because there is no difference between speech and meaning and delivery intent. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan coaching oleh Kepala Sekolah dan coaching model TIRTA (Tujuan, Identifikasi, Rencana Aksi, Tanggungjawab) pada pelaksanaan Supervisi di TK PL Don Bosko Semarang. Jenis peneitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain pendekatan fenomenologi. Dari hasil penelitian terungkap bahwa Pelaksanaan coaching di TK PL Don Bosko terjadi setelah Kepala Sekolah selesai melaksanakan supervisi. Supervisi dilaksanakan minimal dalam satu tahun ajaran sebanyak 2 kali dalam tiap semester. Para guru menentukan tanggal supervisi berdasarkan kesepakatan sesuai dengan kesiapan masing-masing guru. Persiapan supervisi dibagi menjadi dua yaitu supervisi pembelajaran dan supervisi administrasi. Coaching model TIRTA (Tujuan, Identifikasi, Rencana Aksi, Tanggungjawab) adalah model yang dikembangkan dengan semangat merdeka mengajar. Tujuan dilakukan coaching adalah untuk memmahami dan mendalami potensi guru agar lebih baik. Melalui praktik model TIRTA diharapkan Kepala Sekolah dapat melakukan komunikasi dengan guru lebih mudah sehingga potensi guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran dapat tergali dengan baik.

Abstract

Learning vocabulary is one of the most important thing in learning English. Most of students still get the difficulties in learning vocabulary. They felt hard in memorizing vocabulary and they felt bored when learning vocabulary. The objective is to increase the learners’ vocabulary in mastering English language. Fly swatter game is one of the game that can use in learning English and can make the students creative and active in getting the new vocabulary by teacher instruction. Therefore, the students can implement the words that they have gotten in their speaking, writing, reading and listening. They can express their own idea when they want to speak with other, they can write their idea in writing, they can understand the meaning from the text and they can listen the speakers say something. Abstract

Dalam mewujudkan karyanya, pengarang menampilkan tokoh dengan nilai-nilai keagamaan yang paling menonjol. Dengan gaya bahasa yang digunakan pengarang dapat menggugah emosionalnya untuk berperilaku dalam kehidupan sesuai dengan amanat penulis. Oleh karena itu, sebuah novel dapat dianalisis secara mikro yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis nilai-nilai filosofis. Di samping itu, novel dibangun oleh komunikasi antar tokoh dalam menampilkan nilai-nilai tersebut, sehingga dengan kondisi ini memungkinkan muncul nilai filosofi di antara tokoh-tokoh tersebut. Kedua hal di atas yang mendasari peneliti mendekati novel dengan pendekatan pos modern dengan menekankan analisis metafora novel Rantau I Muara karya A. Fuadi.Penelitian dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif ini memperoleh hasil sebagai berikut. Pertama, bentuk dan elemen-elemen kontekstual wacana antara tokoh wacana yang dituangkan dalam wacana antar tokoh dalam novel Rantau 1 Muara karya Ahmad Fuadi merupakan wacana yang berbentuk pilihandiksi khusus dan berbagai gaya atau majas metaforis yang berupa ungkapan ketidaklangsungan dan bentuk lain dari yang pengarang katakan sebenarnya dapat dipilah atas tiga elemen konteks menurut perspektif Halliday, yaitu Tennor yang terdiridaripelaku atau tokoh sebagai subjek maupun tokoh tambahan sebagai objek ataupun subjeks. Adapun mode atau cara terkait dengan pilihan diksi dan ungkapan metaforis tersebut untuk menyampiakan amanah dengan cara menyampaikan rangkaian ungkapan. Kedua, secara garis besar amanat yang diemban sang tokoh dalam memberikan nilai-nilai filosofis sebagai amanat yang hendak disampaikan kepada pembaca anatara lain: Petuaalangan dan perjuangan hidup menuju kesuksesan serta kaya makna filosofis tentang kesuksesan berawal dari kerja keras, penderitaan dan konsistensi. Adapun yang terjadi sang tokoh mencoba mengambil hatinya tetap tabah dan damai, bersyukur, tangguh dalam menghadapi petualangan hidup yang menderanya. Amanat merupakan implentasi nyata perjuangan mental yang telah dinukilkan dalam wacana sosiologis kehidupan sang tokoh, tokoh termasuk sosok yang tergolong suri tauladan.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) To determine the effect of advertorial advertising media; 2) To determine the students' ability to write persuasive texts; 3) To determine the effect of advertorial advertising media on students' ability to write persuasive texts. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative type. The sample used was 26 students. data collection techniques using tests and then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the alternative hypothesis upheld in this study was acceptable. That is, there is a significant relationship between the influence of advertorial advertising media on the ability to write persuasive texts by class VIII Mts. Muhammadiyah 22 Padangsidimpuan. This can be seen from the value of the variable X obtained 1890, the variable Y obtained 1820 and the price "r" obtained from the calculation of the product moment correlation of 0.423 categorized as "fair/moderate".Keywords: Advertorials, writing skills, persuasive text
