The research results show that seblak MSME entrepreneurs are generally individuals or families with relatively small This research aims to analyze the profile of seblak MSME entrepreneurs, the marketing strategies implemented, the challenges faced, and the contribution of this business to the local economy. This study also aims to identify the key factors that influence the success and sustainability of seblak MSMEs. The research method used is a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with seblak business owners in several regions and surveys of seblak consumers. Secondary data were collected from related business capital. Effective marketing strategies include the use of social media, product innovation, and word-of-mouth promotion. The main challenges faced are intense competition, fluctuations in raw material prices, and limited access to capital. Nevertheless, seblak MSMEs make a positive contribution to the local economy, especially in creating jobs and increasing community income. The key factors influencing the success of seblak MSMEs include product quality, customer service, business location, and the ability to adapt to market changes. This research suggests the need for support from the government and related parties in the form of training, access to capital, and marketing facilitation to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of seblak MSMEs. Abstract

This research examines the role of social media influencers in shaping product values ​​that encourage a sustainable green lifestyle. With increasing attention to environmental issues, social media influencers have significant potential in influencing consumer behavior through the promotion of environmentally friendly products. A quantitative approach was used to collect data through an online questionnaire. A total of 190 samples were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS. Participants in this research were selected using a purposive sampling approach based on certain criteria such as having experience purchasing environmentally friendly products. The research results show that social media influencers and product value have a significant effect on Sustainable Green. In addition, influencers play a role in educating consumers about the environmental and social benefits of the product, which in turn increases the value of the product in the eyes of consumers. By promoting products that support sustainability, influencers help encourage the adoption of green lifestyles among the wider community. This research concludes that strategic collaboration between brands and influencers is critical to creating strong product value and contributing to global sustainability efforts.

Abstract

Golden Sumatra Bandar Lampung is a service company that operates in the transportation sector. The company in carrying out operational activities definitely requires costs, if there are no costs it is impossible for these activities to be carried out. Operational costs are related to company income, so operational costs are interrelated, where if income is greater than operational costs, the company will get greater profits. The population and sample in this study were 36 months. So there are results that there is an influence of operational costs on net profit at PT Golden Sumatra Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

The Bakpia Wirda Karanganyar Company is a business that operates in the food sector, especially bakpia products, in the production process it requires a lot of raw materials which must be maintained so that the production process can run smoothly. Inventory of raw materials is the main factor in a company to support the smooth production process, both in large and small companies. The key to the production process being able to run smoothly is by controlling optimal and sufficient raw material supplies. A company needs inventory, without inventory the company will run the risk of not being able to meet consumer needs. The aim of this research is to analyze the efficiency of controlling supplies of raw materials for wheat flour and green beans using the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method, which consists of the Lot For Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and Period Order Quantity (POQ) methods. ). The results of the research show that the total cost of raw material inventory according to the policy of the Bakpia Wirda Karanganyar business owner is IDR 1,735,000.35 greater than the calculation using the MRP method. The total cost of raw material inventory using the Lot For Lot (LFL) method is IDR 348,705.84, EOQ is IDR 309,203.31 and using the POQ method is IDR 348,705.84. From the results of calculating the total cost of raw material inventory, the MRP method can streamline raw material inventory costs, especially the EOQ method.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of Current Ratio (CR) and Return On Asset (ROA) on the share price of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. The data used is the financial statements of a certain period. The regression analysis method is used to assess the relationship between CR, ROA, and stock price variables. The results of the study show that these two factors have a significant influence on the company's stock price. The implication of these findings is the importance of liquidity management and asset efficiency in influencing stock market value.

Abstract

This study aims to research consumer purchase decisions on used clothes (thrift) in Bima City. Thrifting is an activity of shopping for used products, which is considered to have a cheaper price and is considered more economical, so that many people tend to buy these thrift clothes, by spending minimal cost a person can get goods with various models and even quality branded goods can be found. This research was conducted in the city of Bima. This study uses associative research and research instruments using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population of this study is all thrift users in Bima City. The number of respondents in this study was 100 respondents. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaire, and literature review. The data obtained was processed using SPSS data processing tools. From the results of the research, it is known that brands have a significant effect on the decision to buy used clothes (thrift), price does not have a significant effect on the decision to buy used clothes (thrift). Product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (thrift). Simultaneously, the brand, price and quality of the product have a significant effect on the decision to buy used clothes (thrift).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of the influence of work family conflict, workload, and work stress on the performance of female teachers of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Sragen. This study used a survey method conducted on female teachers of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Sragen. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The population in this study, namely all female teachers of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Sragen which amounted to 31 teachers. The sample in this study amounted to 31 female teachers using the census method. The study used instrument tests and classical assumption tests. Data analysis techniques used in this study used descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The validity and reliability test results show that the variables of work family conflict, workload, work stress, and teacher performance are valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test show that all classical assumption tests pass. The results of this study obtained a regression equation, namely Y = 19.239 - 0.071 X1 + 0.596 X2 - 0.199 X3. The results of the t test show that the variables of work family conflict and work stress do not have a significant effect on the performance of female teachers of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Sragen. The results of the F test indicate that the model used to test the effect of work family conflict variables, workload, work stress, and teacher performance is appropriate. The coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.300, meaning that the magnitude of the contribution of the independent influence of work family conflict, workload and work stress on teacher performance is 30%.

Abstract

Managerial performance determines the success of an organization in achieving its goals. Managerial performance can be achieved if it is carried out according to each authority and responsibility without violating applicable rules (yogi, 2018). In the public sector, especially government, managerial performance has an important impact on the welfare of society. This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of budget participation, organizational climate, leadership style, and organizational commitment. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research, the data source used is primary data. The boyolali regency regional government from 31 regional apparatus organizations (opd) totaling 476 people. The sample selected was echelon ii, echelon iii and echelon iv structural officials from 31 boyolali regency opds with 93 respondents. The sample was determined using a non-probability sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire instrument which goes through the validity and reliability testing stage first. Test the regression requirements using the classic assumption test. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that budget participation, organizational climate, and organizational commitment have a significant effect on managerial performance, while leadership style has no effect on managerial performance

Abstract

In the 5.0 revolution era, entrepreneurs use social media as part of a marketing strategy to increase sales turnover. The level of competition in the snack and souvenir products business is quite high. Other similar businesses have utilized e-marketing strategies in terms of marketing. However, not all social media content created by business actors is effective in increasing their business turnover. The amount of sales turnover is often used as an indicator to assess the development of a business. Sales turnover is the total number of sales of goods or services within a certain period of time, which is calculated based on the amount of money earned. Packaged in simple and attractive packaging and easy to carry anywhere. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of marketing content on halal food business turnover. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaire questions via Google Form. The results obtained in this research show that there is an influence on the effectiveness of marketing content in increasing the turnover of halal food businesses in the Sang Dewa banana chips business, as shown in the results of the simple linear regression test on the T Test, with a calculated t of 6,506 which is greater than the t table with a value of 1,654. then there is a significant influence of 0.200 > 0.05, therefore the influence of marketing content on increasing the turnover of halal food businesses in Sang Dewa banana chips.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of workload and work stress on employee performance at PT. FIFGroup Cabang Central Remedial Jawa Barat 2. The population and sample amounted to 41 people or all employees of the billing division at PT. FIFGroup Cabang Central Remedial Jawa Barat 2. The sampling technique used in this research used saturated samples. The data collection tool in this research used a questionnaire with 41 respondents. The design used in this research is testing using SPSS for Windows version 26. The results of this research show that: (1) Workload has a significant effect on Employee Performance, (2) Work Stress has not effect and is not significant on Employee Performance, (3) Workload and Work Stress has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. FIFGroup Cabang Central Remedial Jawa Barat 2. This research provides advice to PT. FIFGroup Cabang Central Remedial Jawa Barat 2 to be able to pay more attention to carrying out busy work every day and pay close attention to and maintain work stress conditions experienced by employees so that employee performance increases.
