Abstract

Digital transformation is becoming a global challenge for the workforce, where automation with machines and robots has the potential to replace the role of humans in companies. Nonetheless, the success of digital transformation still requires an adaptive workforce with technological skills, which apply in various sectors, including education. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of digital capability and job satisfaction on the performance of Islamic boarding school employees. This study is a descriptive quantitative research with a population of educators and educational staff of Islamic boarding schools with a total population of 420 employees and which can be used as a sample of 205 employees. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and then analyzed using WARP PLS 7.0 software. The researchers analyzed that digital skills have an effect on employee performance. Satisfaction has no effect on employee performance and job satisfaction moderates the influence of digital capabilities on employee performance. Recommendations in future studies could include gender differences, a clearer indicator of digital skills.Keyword: digital capability, job satisfaction, job performance, islamic boarding school

Abstract

The author's observations show that at Venus Depot, a drinking water refill business, there are frequent employment changes; within two months, two to three employees are replaced, and replacements are often taken by employees from outside the business area. Ini mengakibatkan kontribusi bisnis yang minimal untuk meningkatkan peluang kerja di lingkungan sekitar. Bisnis manajer masih belum memahami konsep sharia. The objective of this study is to determine the role of the Venus Ferill drinking water company in improving the economy of the people of the city of Padang Panjang from an Islamic economic point of view. Research is qualitative with a field approach, and it uses primary and secondary data. It uses data collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions as data analysis techniques. Menurut hasil penelitian, Venus refill drinking water company in Padang Panjang plays a significant role in providing affordable drinking water, reducing household costs. Affordable drinking water can reduce axpenses and improve a family's financial health. Bisnis penjualan air minum Venus adalah bisnis yang bagus dan halal untuk dikonsumsi. Owner dan karyawan Venus Refill Drinking Water Company bekerja sebagai traders. Dengan bekerja sebagai trader, Anda akan memiliki kemampuan untuk membuat barang yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pribadi dan keluarga Anda.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance in an organization. Motivation as an internal drive plays an important role in influencing morale and individual achievement, while work discipline reflects employee compliance with established rules and standards. Using a qualitative approach and literature review method, this study analyzed various relevant sources to understand the relationship between the two variables and their implications for employee performance. The results show that high motivation and good work discipline significantly contribute to improving employee performance. The combination of these two factors is key in creating a productive and effective work environment. Therefore, organizations need to formulate strategies that are able to increase motivation and work discipline to achieve long-term success.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover on profitability (ROA) in Food and Beverage companies listed on the IDX during the 2017-2022 period. The data collection method used is secondary data originating from financial reports of Food and Beverage companies registered on the IDX which has a population of 46 companies as research subjects. In this research, the sample was selected using the purposive sampling method and 12 companies were obtained. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 27 software application. Partial research results show that: 1) Cash turnover has a negative and significant effect on profitability, 2) Receivables turnover has a negative and significant effect on profitability, 3) Inventory turnover has a positive and significant effect on profitability. The research results simultaneously show that cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover simultaneously influence profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of content marketing and online customer reviews on TikTok Shop on purchasing decisions for MS Glow products. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample used was 100 students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. Data collection was carried out using observation, literature study, and survey methods using a questionnaire. The method of data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using two statistical test methods, namely the t test (partial test) and the f test (simultaneous test) using Statistical Product and service Solution (SPSS). Based on the research results, the results of the F test hypothesis show the value of F count (74.023) > F table (3.09) with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that the independent variables (content marketing X1, and online costumer review X2) simultaneously (together) have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y). Meanwhile, the t test results obtained the t value on the Content Marketing variable (3.232) > t table (1.660) with a significance level of 0.002 < 0.05, which means that the Content Marketing variable (variable X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (variable Y). The Online Customer Review variable has a t value (4.701) > t table (1.660), with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that the Online Customer Review variable (variable X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (variable Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze the influence of work discipline and work facilities on employee performance. The independent variables in this study were work discipline and work facilities. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. The population in this study is 84 employees at the Central Mamuju Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency office, consisting of 12 ASN employees and 72 contract employees. The sample determination method used in this study is total sampling, which is a method of taking the entire population as a sample. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample, namely the entire population of 84 employees The analysis method used in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis method using Statistical Product And Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study show that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance and work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance and simultaneously work discipline and work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Implementation of Human Resources Management in Improving Staff Performance at the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) Office, Marioriawa District, Soppeng Regency (supervised by Burhanuddin and Agung Widhi Kurniawan).Soppeng Regency is located in South Sulawesi Province and is divided into 8 sub-districts, namely Marioriwawo, Lalabata, Liliriaja, Ganra, Citta, Lilirilau, Donri-Donri and Marioriawa sub-districts. As part of the agricultural sector, the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) has an important role in providing counseling, training and guidance to farmers in increasing their productivity and welfare. The method used in this research is a quantitative method and primary data sources. Meanwhile, to analyze the data obtained, instrument tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests were used with the help of SPSS 24.Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the human resource management variable has a partial effect on employee performance. The statistical calculation results of the T test show that Tcount is 19.938, meanwhile the Ttable value = 2.04, so Tcount > Ttable and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. The results of this analysis accept the existing hypothesis. This finding also strengthens the respondents' answers which show that every statement related to human resource management was responded to with good answers. BPP sub-district office. Marioriawa district. Soppeng, in carrying out its main duties and functions, always strives to improve its capabilities in order to achieve its planned goals. Human resource management is the process of dealing with various kinds of problems within the scope of employees' work so that they can carry out their activities to achieve the goals that have been created.

Abstract

The development of the times in terms of technology and economics is now increasingly rapid. Likewise the beauty industry. This makes brands increasingly aggressive in improving and introducing their brand image. Scarlett whitening is one of the most popular beauty products currently. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions among students from the class of 2020 and 2021 majoring in sharia economics at IAIN Metro. This research uses quantitative methods and the technique used in sampling is a probability sampling technique using proportional random sampling. The sample in this research consisted of 66 students. The data analysis tools in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, t test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the research show that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so it can be said that brand image has a positive influence on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products among students from the class of 2020 and 2021, majoring in sharia economics at IAIN Metro.

Abstract

In-depth research on the influence of leadership styles and work motivation on employee performance is essential for understanding how these factors interact and can be optimized. In an organizational context, this understanding can assist leaders and management in improving employee performance and achieving established business objectives. This study aims to identify and analyze the relationships between variables, specifically those affecting employee performance, leadership styles, and work motivation. Data collection was conducted using a non-probability sampling method, involving 50 respondents. Data was gathered through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. This research is quantitative in nature. The results indicate that leadership style has a significant impact on employee performance, while work motivation does not show a significant effect. Simultaneously, the variables of leadership style and work motivation significantly influence employee performance, as indicated by an Adjusted R Square value of 45.4%, which suggests that these variables together can explain 45.4% of employee performance, with the remainder explained by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of lifestyle, marketing effect, individual modernity, and self-control on the online shopping consumptive behavior of students at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. The phenomenon of online shopping has been increasingly prevalent in today's era, in line with the rapid development of digital technology and the internet, especially among students. As part of the digital generation, students have easy access to the internet, where nearly every activity is intertwined with internet usage, particularly on online shopping platforms. This research is a field study using a quantitative approach. A questionnaire was distributed to 96 respondents, students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. The sample size was determined using purposive sampling based on predetermined criteria. The analysis methods used include instrument testing (validity and reliability tests), multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests (normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity tests), and hypothesis testing (T-test, F-test, coefficient of determination test). The data were processed using SPSS Statistics 29. The results of the study indicate that: 1) The lifestyle variable does not have a significant effect on online shopping consumptive behavior, with a t-value of (1.563) < t-table (1.986). 2) The marketing effect variable significantly influences online shopping consumptive behavior, with a t-value of (4.495) > t-table (1.986). 3) The individual modernity variable significantly influences online shopping consumptive behavior, with a t-value of (2.111) > t-table (1.986). 4) The self-control variable significantly influences online shopping consumptive behavior, with a t-value of (3.173) > t-table (1.986). Simultaneously, lifestyle, marketing effect, individual modernity, and self-control all significantly influence online shopping consumptive behavior, with an F-value greater than the F-table (F-value 37.079 > F-table 2.47).
