Abstract

Abstract: Improving the Learning Outcomes of Football Using Mini Football Games for Class V SDN 6 Selatpanjang Students Semester 1 Academic Year 2019/2020. This study aims to improve the results of learning football using mini football games in Class V SDN 6 Selatpanjang students Semester 1 in 2019. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. The procedure of this research includes planning, acting, observing and reflecting which are carried out in 2 cycles with two meetings in each cycle. The subject of this research is the fifth grade students of SDN 6 Selatpanjang in Semester 1 of the 2019/2020 Academic Year. The research subjects were 20 students. Data collection techniques were through tests and observations of cognitive, affective, psychomotor aspects and student activities. Data validation used 2 types of triangulation, namely triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive. . The results of the data analysis showed that the cognitive aspects of the initial condition were 7 students completed or 35.00%, in cycle I the percentage of student completeness reached 55.00% or 11 students and in cycle II the percentage of student completeness reached 95% or 19 students, with the acquisition of an average value of learning outcomes from 59.50 to 67.50 and 77.00 in the second cycle. The affective aspect in the initial conditions was 50% or 10 students, in the first cycle the average percentage of attitude observations reached 80% or 16 students and in cycle II, the average percentage of attitude observation reached 100% or 20 students. Psychomotor aspects in the initial condition of 4 students or 20% of students were declared complete, in cycle I, the percentage of completeness of students' psychomotor skills reached 75% or 15 students and in cycle II, the average percentage of psychomotor skills reached 95%. Observation of student activity in the initial condition was 50.00% or 10 students, in cycle I the average percentage of student behavior observations was 80% or 16 students and in cycle II the average percentage of student behavior was 95% or 19 students. Thus the action of learning football by implementing mini football games for fifth grade students of SDN 6 Selatpanjang is successful. And it is hoped that Physical Education teachers in elementary schools can apply mini-football games to students in learning Physical Education, Sports and Health. Keywords: Mini Football, Learning Outcomes Abstrak: Meningkatkan Hasil Pembelajaran Sepak Bola Menggunakan Permainan Sepak Bola Mini Pada Siswa Kelas V Sdn 6 Selatpanjang Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2019 / 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran sepakbola menggunakan permainan sepakbola mini pada siswa Kelas V SDN 6 Selatpanjang Semester 1 Tahun 2019/2020.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK).Prosedur penelitian ini meliputi planning, acting, observasi dan reflecting yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus dengan dua pertemuan pada masing-masing siklusnya.Subjek  penelitian  ini  adalah  siswa  kelas  V  SDN 6 Selatpanjang   pada Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran  2019/2020. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 20 siswa.Teknik pengumpulan data adalah melalui tes dan observasi aspek kognitif, afektif, psikomotorik dan aktivitas siswa.Validasi data menggunakan 2 jenis triangulasi, yaitu triangulasi sumber, dan triangulasi teknik.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah secara deskriptif. Hasil analisis data hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek kognitif dari kondisi awal terdapat 7 siswa tuntas atau 35,00%, pada siklus I persentase ketuntasan siswa mencapai 55,00%  atau 11 siswa dan pada siklus II persentase ketuntasan siswa mencapai 95% atau 19 siswa, dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar dari 59,50 menjadi 67,50 dan 77,00  pada siklus kedua.Aspek afektifpada kondisi awal sebesar 50% atau 10  siswa, pada siklus I persentase rata-rata pengamatan sikap mencapai 80% atau 16 siswa  dan pada siklus II, persentase rata-rata pengamatan sikap mencapai 100% atau 20  siswa. Aspek psikomotorik pada kondisi awal 4 siswa atau 20% siswa dinyatakan tuntas, pada siklus I, persentase ketuntasan  keterampilan psikomotor siswa mencapai 75%  atau  15 siswa serta pada siklus II, persentase rata-rata keterampilan psikomotor mencapai 95%. Pengamatan aktivitas siswa pada kondisi awal sebesar 50,00% atau 10 siswa, pada siklus I persentase rata-rata pengamatan perilaku siswa sebesar  80%  atau 16 siswa dan pada siklus II persentase rata-rata perilaku siswa sebesar 95% atau 19  siswa.   Dengan demikian tindakan pembelajaran sepakbola dengan menerapkan permainan sepakbola mini pada siswa Kelas V SD Negeri SDN 6 Selatpanjang dapat dikatakan berhasil.Dan diharapkan bagi guru Pendidikan Jasmani di Sekolah Dasar untuk dapat menerapkan permainan sepakbola mini pada siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga dan Kesehatan. Kata Kunci :Sepak Bola Mini, Hasil Pembelajaran

Abstract

Besides having to master the material, the teacher must also master the basic skills of teaching, so that they can carry out their role optimally. However, there are teachers who have difficulty in applying basic teaching skills in schools or there are still many obstacles that prevent teachers from developing their basic teaching skills. For this reason, this study aims to find out how to develop basic teaching skills for teachers in lower grade elementary schools that can be a source of reference and information for readers. Based on the author's observations in learning, it is known that knowledge about basic skills of teaching in lower grades is still very minimal, this is evidenced in the limited skill performance activities by researchers whose components in each skill are neglected. Practically, the provision of teaching skills can be trained through microteaching activities or micro teaching. The subject of this research is the teacher/prospective teacher in developing basic teaching skills. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods and literature study. The procedure carried out is by observing data from various sources related to the problem of teacher difficulties/obstacles in applying basic teaching skills in low-grade elementary schools, then the author develops an idea to raise a study on how to develop basic teaching skills of a teacher in elementary schools. low class.

Abstract

Abstract: Improving the Quality of Student's Thesis Toward the Application of Quality Culture in Prodi PLS FIP UNIMED.The type of this research is qualitative descriptive research in which the research is done with various stages which are done such as: preparation stage, implementation stage and reporting stage. The purpose of this study are: (1) to determine whether students need guidelines in the writing of thesis; (2) to find out whether the student code of ethics needs to be included in the guidelines; and (3) to find out whether the quality of thesis can be improved through thesis writing guidance and student code of ethics. Analysis of research results conducted by researchers is through a qualitative approach. This approach is done by asking the opinion of the experts and lecturers concerned to be able to produce a handbook of thesis writing of students of School of External Education-Faculty of Education Sciences based on the results of discussions with the committee team, experts and lecturers concerned.Keywords: Quality Improvement Thesis, Quality Culture.Abstrak : Peningkatan Kualitas Skripsi Mahasiswa Menuju Pengaplikasian Budaya Mutu di Prodi PLS FIP UNIMED. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang mana penelitian ini dilakukan dengan berbagai tahapan yang dilakukan diantaranya : tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap pelaporan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu : (1) untuk mengetahui apakah mahasiswa memerlukan pedoman dalam penulisan skripsi; (2) untuk mengetahui apakah kode etik mahasiswa perlu dicantumkan dalam pedoman.; dan (3)untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas skripsi dapat ditingkatkan melalui pedoman penulisan skripsi dan kode etik mahasiswa.Analisis hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti yaitu melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan ini dilakukan dengan cara meminta pendapat para pakar dan dosen yang bersangkutan untuk dapat menghasilkan suatu buku pedoman penulisan skripsi mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Luar Sekolah-Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan yang berdasarkan hasil diskusi dengan tim panitia, pakar dan dosen yang bersangkutan.Kata Kunci : Peningkatan Kualitas Skripsi, Budaya Mutu.

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam perkembangannya teknologi memiliki banyak kemajuan khususnya dibidang pendidikan. Salah satunya pembelajaran secara daring atau e-learning. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana pembelajaran e-learning khususnya membahas bagaimana penerapan aplikasi google classroom dalam  pembelajaran di SD Kristen Eben Haezar 2 Manado lebih khusus pada siswa kelas 1 A. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain penelitian fenomologis. Guru dan siswa menjadi subjek penelitian ini atau informan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa google classroom digunakan guru dalam mendistribusikan tugas, materi pembelajaran, membuat pengumuman dan berkomunikasi dengan siswa atau orang tua. Kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan aplikasi dinilai cukup dan untuk lebih mengoptimalkan dibantu dengan operator sekolah. Adapun siswa menggunakan aplikasi ini untuk mengumpulkan tugas kepada guru, mempelajari kembali materi yang diberikan guru, menerima pengumuman dan berkomunikasi dengan guru namun selama proses pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi ini harus didampingi orangtua. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi google classroom membantu dalam proses pembelajaran di SD Kristen Eben Haezar 2 Manado khususnya siswa kelas 1A.Kata Kunci: E-learning, Google Classroom, Siswa

Abstract

Abstract : Improving Student Competency Understanding Simple Electric Circuits Through Cooperative Learning Model Type of Investigation Group in Class IX-J SMPN 1 Sidikalang. This study aims to improve students' learning activity by applying the Group Investigative Group (GI) learning model during teaching and learning activities and improve student learning outcomes. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) using two cycles. Subjects in this study were students of class IX-J SMP Negeri 1 Sidikalang with the number of students as much as 36 people. The results of research after the implementation of cooperative learning model type Investigation Group is: Mastery of students' competence in the material range of simple electrical output increased from cycle I to cycle II is marked by the increase of student learning outcomes.Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model Type Group Investigation, Learning Activity, Learning Outcomes.Abstrak : Meningkatkan Kompetensi Siswa Memahami Rangkaian Listrik Sederhana Melalui Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Grup Investigasi di Kelas IX-J SMPN 1 Sidikalang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa dengan diterapkannya model pembelajarankooperatif tipe Grup Investigasi (GI) selama kegiatan belajar mengajar dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Jenis peneltian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan dua siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX-J SMP Negeri 1 Sidikalang dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 36 orang. Adapun hasil penelitian setelah diterapkannnya model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Grup Investigasi adalah: Penguasaan kompetensi siswa pada materi rangakaian listrik sederhana meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II ditandai dengan meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa.Kata Kunci : Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Grup Investigasi, Aktivitas Belajar, Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

Abstract: The Effect Of Hybrid Learning Method on Teacher College Students’ Reading Skill.The aims of this study is to find the effect of hybrid online learning in English course, especially on the teacher college students’ reading skills.  The experimental pretest – postest control group design method was used, where the sample of this research was taken by using cluster random sampling method. This research was focusing on teacher college students who enrolled in an Integrated English course, which divided into nine classes with total of 311 students. The selected sample consists of two classes; each class has 35 students. The experimental class was conducted using a hybrid online learning method and the control class was conducted in a conventional way. The average pretest result for the experimental class was 35.50 and 36.07 for the control class. Based on the pretest t-test result, it was known that the reading skills of the two classes was not significantly different, but after the hybrid online learning was conducted and the t-test resulted on the very significant gap between the experimental class and the control class, where the average test result was 75.07 and 65.29, consecutively. Thus, the application of hybrid online learning method was affected the reading skills of the teacher college students.Keywords: Reading skills, hybrid online learning, English, language, courseAbstrak: Pengaruh Metode Pembelajaran Hibrid pada Keterampilan Membaca Siswa Sekolah Guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan pengaruh pembelajaran online hybrid dalam kursus bahasa Inggris, terutama pada kemampuan membaca siswa guru. Metode desain eksperimen pretest-postest control group digunakan, dimana sampel penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan metode cluster random sampling. Penelitian ini berfokus pada siswa perguruan tinggi guru yang mendaftar dalam kursus Bahasa Inggris Terpadu, yang dibagi menjadi sembilan kelas dengan total 311 siswa. Sampel yang dipilih terdiri dari dua kelas; setiap kelas memiliki 35 siswa. Kelas eksperimen dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran online hybrid dan kelas kontrol dilakukan dengan cara konvensional. Hasil pretest rata-rata untuk kelas eksperimen adalah 35,50 dan 36,07 untuk kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t pretest, diketahui bahwa keterampilan membaca kedua kelas tidak berbeda nyata, tetapi setelah pembelajaran online hybrid dilakukan dan uji-t menghasilkan kesenjangan yang sangat signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas. kelas kontrol, di mana hasil tes rata-rata adalah 75,07 dan 65,29, berturut-turut. Abstract

Abstract: Implementation of Principal Leadership in the Implementation of Education Quality with School-Based Management Concepts at Parulian 2 Private Elementary School, Tegal Sari Mandala II District. This study aims to find out (1) How is the principal's leadership in improving the quality of education with the concept of school-based management in SD Swasta Parulian 2, (2) How are the results of implementing school-based management in SD Swasta Parulian 2, and (3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by the principal in implementing school-based management at the Parulian Private Elementary School 2. Data collection techniques in this study used interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative analysis through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The principal's leadership in improving the quality of education with the concept of school-based management at the Parulian Private Elementary School by carrying out activities such as: (a) School independence in meeting the availability of educators and education staff, facilities and infrastructure, ( b) School partnerships/cooperation with school internal and external parties, (c) School participation, (d) school transparency, and (e) school accountability. These 5 activities are effective in improving the quality of education in schools by means of school-based management. (2) the results of the implementation of school-based management at the Parulian 2 Private Elementary School can be seen from the principal's follow-up on: (a) school management, (b) student counseling guidance activities, (c) student extracurricular activities, (d) central management learning resources and (e) conducting relationship management to the school community. (3) the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by school principals in implementing school-based management at the Parulian 2 Private Elementary School, namely: (a) the high willingness of school residents, both teachers and educators, who expect good management in the future, but that willingness is not in line with knowledge school residents, namely teachers and educators about the concept of school-based management. Keywords:        Implementation of School-Based Management, School-Based   Management, Barriers to School-Based Management Abstrak: Implementasi Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dalam Pelaksanaan Mutu Pendidikan Dengan Konsep Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah Di Sd Swasta Parulian 2 Kecamatan Tegal Sari Mandala II. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Cara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkaatkan mutu pendidikan dengan konsep manajemen berbasis sekolah di SD Swasta Parulian 2, (2) Hasil implementasi pelaksanaan manajemen berbasis sekolah di SD Swasta Parulian 2, dan (3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan manajemen berbasis sekolah di SD Swasta Parulian 2. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatf melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Cara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkaatkan mutu pendidikan dengan konsep manajemen berbasis sekolah di SD Swasta Parulian dengan melakukan kegiatan seperti : (a) Kemandirian sekolah dalam memenuhi ketersediaan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, sarana dan prasarana, (b) Kemitraan/kerjasama sekolah dengan pihak internal dan eksternal sekolah, (c) Partisipasi sekolah, (d) transparansi sekolah, dan (e) akuntabilitas sekolah. 5 kegiatan tersebut efektif dalam meninkatkan mutu pendidikan disekolah dengan cara manajemen berbasis sekolah. (2) hasil implementasi pelaksanaan manajemen berbasis sekolah di SD Swasta Parulian 2 ini dapat dilihat dari tindak lanjut kepala sekolah tentang : (a) manajemen sekolah, (b) kegiatan bimbingan konseling siswa, (c) penyelenggaraan ekstrakulikuler siswa, (d) pengelolaan pusat sumber belajar dan (e) melakukan manajemen hubungan ke masyarakat sekolah. (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan manajemen berbasis sekolah di SD Swasta Parulian 2 yakni : (a) banyaknya kemauan warga sekolah baik guru dan tenaga pendidik yang mengharapkan pengelolaan manajemen yang baik kedepannya, namun kemauan itu belum sejalan dengan pengetahuan warga sekolah yakni guru dan tenaga pendidik tentang konsep manajemen berbasis sekolah tersebut. Kata Kunci          :        Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah, Berbasis Sekolah, Hambatan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah

Abstrak : Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT)Berbantu Permainan Tradisional “Bakiak” Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA SiswaKelas V SD Negeri Mlilir 02. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh model TGT berbantu Permainan Tradisional “Bakiak” terhadap hasil belajar IPA Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri Mlilir 02. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dan desain Pre-Experimental Designs. Bentuk desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one-group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SDN Mlilir 02 dengan jumlah 24 siswa. Perhitunganhasil analisis uji-t diperoleh thitung> ttabel yaitu 3,43> 2,06 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa model TGT berbantu permainan tradisional “bakiak” berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SDN Mlilir 02.

Abstract

Abstract: Implications of the Covid-19 Discourse on Instagram. This study aims to (1) Identify and explain the types of implicatures contained in the Covid-19 discourse on Instagram. (2) Identify and explain the function and purpose of the implications contained in the Covid-19 discourse on Instagram. This type of research is qualitative research. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The data sources of this research are words, clauses, or sentences in disciplined photos on Instagram. Based on the data, it can be concluded that there are two types of implicatures on Instagram accounts, namely, conventional implicatures and conversational implicatures. Based on the data, there are three functions of implicature, namely: assertive, directive, and expressive.Key Word : Covid-19, Implication, Instagram.Abstrak : Implikatur Pada Wacana Covid-19 di Instagram. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengidentifikasi dan menjelaskan jenis implikatur yang terdapat dalam wacana Covid-19 di Instagram. (2) Mengidentifikasi dan menjelaskan fungsi dan maksud implikatur yang terdapat dalam wacana Covid-19 di Instagram. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu kata, klausa, atau kalimat pada foto yang berilmplikatur di Instagram. Berdasarkan data disimpulkan bahwa jenis implikatur yang terdapat pada akun Instagram ada dua jenis yaitu, implikatur konvensional dan implikatur percakapan. Berdasarkan data terdapat tiga fungsi implikatur, yaitu : asertif, direktif, dan ekspresif.Kata Kunci : Covid-19, Implikatur, Instagram.

Abstract

Abstract : Development of Domino Minus and Plus Learning Media Based on It Operation Material Counting Integers Grade IV Elementary School Students. The problems in this study are the lack of use of learning media in the teaching and learning process, the lack of teacher skills in making IT-based learning media, the learning methods used in the learning process are still conventional, the students' mathematics learning outcomes in the arithmetic operations material of integer addition and subtraction are still is low. The purpose of this research is to develop learning media for IT-based domino Minus and Plus Media Operations Material for Counting Integers in the mathematics learning process so that student learning outcomes increase, especially in learning mathematics in the material for counting operations on integers, adding and subtracting for grade IV Elementary School. The type of research used is research and development (Research and Development) with the Borg and Gall model which consists of 10 stages, but in this study the researchers only reached stage 7, namely: 1). Potential and Problems, 2). Data Collection, 3). Product Design, 4). Design Validation, 5). Design Revision, 6). Product Trial, 7). Product Revision. Data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. Qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The research subjects were the fourth grade students of SDN 050616 Tanjung Karo as many as 24 students. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of the IT-Based Domino Minus and Plus learning media can be seen from the results of the pretest, namely students who complete as many as 33.33% or only 8 students whose scores are above KKM 70 while students who are incomplete or below KKM 70 are 66.67% or 16 students. The results of the posttest were 83.3% of students who completed or 20 students with scores above KKM 70 while students who did not complete or below KKM 70 were 16.7% or 4 students. From the results of the pretest and posttest showed an increase in student learning outcomes seen from the number of students who completed as many as 83.3% or 20 students. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of IT-based Domino Minus and Plus media in learning is feasible and effective in improving student learning outcomes.Keywords: Development Research, IT-Based Domino Minus and Plus Media, Integer Counting Operations, Student Learning Outcomes.
