Abstract

Menarche defined as the first menstrual period in adolescent girls. Research shows that as many as 100% of female students are not ready to face menarche. This community service focuses to increase the knowledge and readiness of adolescents regarding reproductive health starting from the early stages, menarche. The activity was carried out using the online zoom meeting method to convey information related to menarche to adolescents aged 10-12 years who had not yet menstruated. The participation of adolescents in online Health Education is accompanied by students from the midwifery study program at Universitas Indonesia Maju. Measuring teenagers' knowledge and readiness using pretest and posttest. A total of 35 teenagers took part in activities, in the pretest 5 (14.3%) teenagers had good knowledge, in the posttest 20 (57.2%) teenagers had good knowledge. For readiness, in the pretest there were 2 (5.7%) teenagers who had high readiness and in the post-test there were 17 (48.6%) teenagers who had high readiness. Health education through online media can help increase teenagers' knowledge and readiness to face menarche. Keywords: Menarche; Knowledge; Readiness; Adolescents

Abstract

Fish-balls Processing businesses in Korumba Subdistrict, Kendari City, are generally home industry that are conducted to fill leisure time and in form household scale. This product can be enriched with Moringa leaves and chopped carrots, which are the source of vegetable protein and fiber. The target of community service is Dasawisma Kemuning which has 10 members. The objective of these community service efforts is to enhance the knowledge and abilities of Dasawisma Kemuning members in terms of (1) the production process of fish balls in healthy way and nutritious; (2) principles of making hygienic functional fish balls (3) business implementation of processed functional fish ball products that enriched with Moringa leaves and chopped carrots on a household scale; (4) the benefits of processed fish ball products as functional food that is cheap, healthy and nutritious. Derived from the entirety of training activities, not only in discussions, but also in demonstrations of making functional fish balls. The findings indicated that participants' understanding of the training content improved significantly, rising from an average score of 27.55% before the training to 98.25% in the final evaluation. Based on field implementation from the functional fish ball business shows that a raw material requirement of 2 kg/day, 295 fish balls were obtained. Based price per item of IDR 1100,- a profit/month of IDR is obtained. 3,135.00,-. Calculations of the financial aspects of functional fish balls have been resulting in a BEP value (product units sold) of 746. If in one month you can sell 746 fish balls, all costs incurred in a month are covered.

Abstract

Stunting is a health problem in Indonesia. In Indonesia, the prevalence of stunted toddlers has decreased from 2021, namely 24.4% to 21.6% in 2022. In Indonesia, stunting is called stunting, meaning there is a disruption in physical growth and brain growth in children. Based on the results of the Status Monitoring survey, stunting in toddlers in the Tanimbar Islands Regency in 2022 was recorded at 31.5%, where in one village, namely Lat Dalam village, 29.41% of 221 babies and toddlers were stunted. where in one of the villages the aim of this service activity is to prevent the incidence of stunting in babies and toddlers in Lat Dalam Village. The approach used is providing health education about stunting as well as providing additional food to mothers who have babies and toddlers. As a result of the implementation of community service, it was found that 30 mothers with babies and toddlers in Lat Dalam village took part in health education regarding stunting and providing additional food. The conclusion of community service in Lat Dalam village is that mothers who have babies and toddlers are able to explain again about stunting and providing additional food.

Abstract

Virus selalu mengalami perkembangan dari waktu ke waktu, sehingga bisa dibilang sulit sekali mati atau hilang.Virus yang sangat cepat kena ke orang lain,  salah satunya melalui tangan dan ini akan berdampak dan akan menular. Hand sanitizer yang merupakan antiseptik pembersih tangan hadir sebagai jalan keluar dari permasalahan tersebut. Lidah buaya adalah salah satu tumbuhan sehat yang dapat di olah menjadi ramuan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian, untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk mengolah lidah buaya sebagai hand sanitizer atau di sebut sebagai pensanitasi tangan  yaitu  cairan atau gel, umumnya digunakan untuk mengurangi patogen pada tangan. Pemakaian penantiasi tangan berbasis alkohol lebih disukai daripada mencuci tangan menggunakan sabun dan air pada berbagai situasi di tempat pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian menggunakan metodelogi kualitatif dengan pengumpulan  data dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini melalui berapa tahap pengenalan, tahap pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan tahap pelaksanaan tindakan nyata. adanya pemberdayaan ini, maka dapat memberikan pembekalan dalam membuat hand sanitizer dari lidah buaya dengan harapan penjaringan sumberdaya manusia bisa menjadi peluang penghasilan.

Abstract

Distribution is an activity of distributing or distributing goods or services to several people or groups to facilitate the flow of marketing channels, both physical and non-physical. Zakat has a very strategic role in efforts to eradicate poverty and zakat plays a role in the economic development of Muslims. In contrast to other financial sources for development, zakat does not have any return impact except the pleasure and hope of Allah alone. If combined with zakat, the distribution of zakat is the distribution of zakat to people who are entitled to receive it (mustahik) either consumptive or productive with the aim of increasing the welfare of the mustahik. Based on several definitions that have been explained previously, what is meant by Effectiveness of Distribution of Zakat, Infaq and Alms Funds is the process of thinking and analyzing with the aim of measuring the accuracy of the implementation of the distribution of zakat, infaq and alms funds during the Covid-19 pandemic. So the purpose of the title: Effectiveness of distribution of zakat, infaq and alms funds during the Covid-19 pandemic is a way to understand the process and examine the activities of distributing zakat, infaq and alms funds which is useful for knowing the extent to which these funds can be realized. Abstract

Kindergarten is a form of preschool education that provides early education programs for children aged four years until they enter primary education. At this stage, students are still focused on playing. For this reason, teachers must have the ability to design a learning process that suits the students' conditions, but problems are found. Where teachers still experience difficulties in making appropriate central media, with central media teachers can make the learning process like playing but there is a process of transferring knowledge to students. Because of the importance of central media at the Kindergarten Level, the service TEAM carries out training in making central-based media in Kindergarten TK IT Az-Zahra. The service method uses the ABCD method. The results obtained from this activity are that teachers are able to create center-based media well and center-based learning media has advantages such as being able to build children's knowledge which is explored by the children themselves. By playing they gain knowledge.

Di era digitalisasi kita dituntut untuk melakukan aktivitas perusahaan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada.  setiap perusahaan tidak akan terlepas dari pemasaran untuk memasarkan produknya, salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menerapkan digital marketing. Naval Cargo bergerak dibidang freight forwading dan relocation, dan saat ini masih menerapkan sistem pemasaran konvensional. Abstract

Bullying behavior is a crime committed by children, so this behavior cannot be considered normal, because it will have a negative impact on the victim. Victims of bullying will feel depressed, insecure, afraid, worried and stressed when they come to school. The solution offered to the problem is by offering anti-bullying workshops at Moin Feu Elementary School, Manulai 2 Village, Kupang City. So the aim and expected benefits of this workshop are that teachers and students in grades IV and V have knowledge about bullying and can avoid bullying practices at Moin Feu Elementary School, Manulai 2 Village, Kupang City. The service methods applied in the activities are 1) lecture method, 2) presentations and small group discussions, 3) modeling and role play. The lecture method was chosen because this method will open up the understanding of activity participants to better understand the meaning of bullying, the types of bullying, the impact of bullying, as well as the forms of bullying prevention measures that can be taken. Furthermore, the presentation method and small group discussion is a combination method chosen with the consideration that these two methods can stimulate the activeness of PKM activity participants in discussing several bullying problems that occur at school, as well as finding solutions to solving these cases.

Kegiatan pengabdian bertema Pendampingan Peningkatan Santripreneur Melalui Literasi Marketing Mix Di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendikia (MAN IC) Sorong. Pelatihan santripreneur di MAN IC Sorong dilaksanakan untuk membantu habibie dan ainun memahami konsep pemasaran dan bauran pemasaran (produk, harga, tempat, promosi). Pemateri menjelaskan konsep pemasaran dan bauran pemasaran, diskusi dan penguatan materi oleh dosen pendamping. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan sistem koordinasi, penentuan waktu, pembagian materi, penjelasan oleh pemateri, diskusi, penguatan materi, dan sesi foto. Hasil kegiatan meliputi perizinan, penjelasan materi, tanya jawab, penguatan materi, dan sesi foto. Santri diberikan pemahaman dalam pengembangan produk dan pemasaran, dengan fokus pada produk Sistik Daun Kelor. Dalam mengemas produk, label dan kemasan dipertimbangkan untuk mendukung branding. Harga ditentukan melalui perhitungan biaya produksi dan laba, per pcs dijual seharga Rp. 15.000,00. Penjualan produk dilakukan melalui sosial media seperti Facebook, Instagram, dan TikTok dengan promosi menarik.

Abstract

Pelatihan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tema Perancangan Desain Label, Kemasan & Penetapan Bauran Pemasaran Untuk Meningkatkan OmsetPelaku Usaha Mikro. Mitra pengabdian yaitu anggota Majelis Ta'lim Annisa Baitul Ilmi Kelurahan Matamalagi dan kegiatan dihadiri 13 ibu-ibu. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan pelatihan di lakukan melalui beberapa tahapan sebagai berikut: 1). observasi & identifikasi; 2). penetapan pelaksanaan; 3). persiapan oleh tim; 4). terlaksananya kegiatan; 5). peserta dapat mengaplikasikan pemasaran ke bisnisnya; 6). Evaluasi; 7). laporan hasil. Pelaksanaan diuraikan sebagai berikut: 1). pemaparan materi mengenai bauran pemasarn (marketing mix); 2). pemaparan cara penentuan harga ke sebuah produk; 3). pemaparan kemasan poduk; 4). Memaparkan desain logo pada produk. Hasil pelatihan mencakup pemahaman peserta tentang penentuan harga, strategi promosi melalui media sosial, serta pentingnya kemasan dan label pada produk. Diskusi dan tanya jawab memberikan kesempatan peserta untuk memahami dan menerapkan bauran pemasaran dalam bisnis yang dijalankan selama ini.
