Abstract

Even though the government stipulates that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum is carried out in stages according to the readiness of each school, as one of the strategic national education policies, all schools are directed to be able to implement this curriculum. Based on initial observations, it was found that SMP Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah 3 Malang City needed training related to the Independent Curriculum as a form of preparation and to strengthen the competence of teachers. This is because even though they already know how to prepare teaching modules, they still find it difficult to design innovative teaching modules. To face this challenge, training and assistance are needed to strengthen understanding of the paradigm regarding the Independent Curriculum, which is integrated into the 21st-century learning paradigm and learning tools. This service aims to provide training and assistance in preparing the Independent Curriculum Teaching Module for teachers at Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah 3 Middle School, Malang City. The service uses a 4-stage creative process method: preparation, incubation, illumination, and verification. Based on the activities that have been carried out, one of the problems in the preparation was found, namely a knowledge deficit regarding various innovative learning designs and their implementation in the form of learning designs contained in teaching modules. Satisfying results were obtained through intensive training and mentoring. Teachers can create modules that meet minimum criteria and integrate innovative learning designs.

Abstract

Berikut adalah contoh penulisan Proposal KKN mahasiswa Teknik dari Universitas Mpu Tantular Jakarata. Proposal ini merinci rencana untuk kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata di Universitas MPU Tantular Jakarta, dengan fokus khusus pada perbaikan ruang dosen di Fakultas Teknik. Kuliah Kerja Nyata merupakan mata kuliah yang penting dan wajib bagi mahasiswa yang menempuh program Sarjana Teknik Sipil dan Arsitektur di universitas ini. Kegiatan ini memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk mempelajari kondisi lapangan, metode, dan proses implementasi dalam berbagai tahap proyek konstruksi, mulai dari perencanaan, konstruksi, hingga penyelesaian proyek. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah agar mahasiswa mampu mengintegrasikan pengetahuan teoritis yang diperoleh di dalam kelas dengan keterampilan praktis, serta berkontribusi pada efisiensi dan efektivitas pekerjaan di lapangan. Kuliah Kerja Nyata ini sejalan dengan visi Fakultas Teknik MPU Tantular yang bertujuan menjadi institusi pendidikan tinggi terkemuka di bidang teknik, menghasilkan lulusan yang kompetitif secara global. Misi fakultas meliputi penyediaan pendidikan teknik yang inovatif dan relevan, melakukan penelitian berkualitas dan berkelanjutan, serta menjalin kemitraan dengan industri dan masyarakat.

Abstract

The foreign trade or export sector has a significant impact on Indonesia's economic growth, especially East Java. One of the regencies that is considered to have contributed to increasing exports is Sidoarjo Regency with quite large potential for Gracilaria products. Based on the main issues and opportunities of Sidoarjo district, the research team focused on economic empowerment which was actualized through the Entrepreneurial Village action in the PPK Ormawa program. Based on the issues discovered by the people of Kupang Village, Jabon District, the PPK Ormawa UKM Penalaran team created various innovations in processed food products. The food products have high quality, high marketability, and compete on the market. The products are healthy noodles and meatballs. This has been realized through the "Grapovition" program hence the community is able to make processed seaweed products. Training was also provided in making attractive packaging and digital marketing or "Gracimarket". In addition, the community is also trained to sell and market the products at large local exhibitions directly, through the Marketing by Booth "Marboth" program. Lastly, the "Si Ruru" program is also provided to expand sales of seaweed and processed seaweed products. The innovation programs of community service and empowerment activities carried out in Kupang Village, Jabon Sidoarjo District aims to achieve and realize SDGs points 8, 9, 10 and 17. The PPK Ormawa team measures the program's sustainability at 95% from the benchmark of having a business house to produce processed red seaweed

Abstract

Menjadi calon entrepreneur yang mampu dan berwawasan global. Tidak hanya berwirausaha pada skup nasional tetapi meningkat hingga sampai ke skup internasional,mahasiswa dari hasil mengikuti perkuliahan mempelajari materi kewirausahaan 1(satu) sampai kewirausahaan 3 (tiga)sehingga mampu berdaya saing dalam dunia nasional dan gelobal dengan peningkatan kemampuan dan motivasi yang selalu diasah bagi seluruh mahasiswa universitas esa unggul sehingga wawasan mereka mampu bersaing baik secara teori dan praktek serta dapat terlaksananya kegiatan hasil dari seminar – seminar dan bahkan terjun langsung didalam berwirausaha yang diselenggaranakan hasil dari perkuliahan kewirausahaan 3 (Tiga) menghasilkan Festival Bazaar Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa Universitas ESa Unggul. Metode pelaksanakan program pengabdian masyarat dilakukan dengan memberikan kuliah umum dan terjun lagsung kelapangan bagaimana cara mengajarkan mahasiswa menjual produk yang mereka hasilkan dengan mengikuti bazar sebagai peserta dalam menjajakan/ menjual produk yang dihasilkan sehingga mereka mampu mempunyai visi dan misi kedepan sebagai jiwa entrepreneur yang bisa meningkatkan UMKM di Indonesia untuk saat ini dan yang akan datang kegiatan seminar dilaksanakan pada tanggal 08 Desember 2023 dan pelaksanaan Festival bazaar Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa UEU dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11 – 12 Janurai 2024 terlaksana selama 2 hari serta didampingi oleh dosen pengampu kewirausahan untuk menilain hasildan produk yang dijualsaat itu. Abstract

Tulisan ini merupakan hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat mengenai Kampanye Pemilihan Umum Damai Tanpa Hoax pelaksanaannya di Kabupaten Konawe Sulawesi Tenggara. Metode pelaksanaanya dengan ceramah dan tanya jawab kepada Masyarakat komunitas Petani Makmur bersama Tim PKM Universitas Halu Oleo dan Universitas Lakidende dalam prosesnya Tim PKM, melakukan proses tanya jawab dan bertukar informasi, memberi kesempatan untuk mencurahkan pendapat bersama kepada para peserta mengenai kampanye pemilu damai Hoax, dan pemaparan materi oleh pihak Universitas Tim PKM. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini yakni peserta atau komunitas petani makmur memiliki kesadaran tentang pentingnya mengantisipasi maraknya berita Hoax yang berdampak negatif, dan untuk mengantisipasinya, maka hindari informasi yang mengandung Hoax yaitu dapat memahami pencegahan peyebaran berita hoaks dan memahami solusi untuk melawan Hoax. Tahap berikutnya peserta diharapkan dapat mensosialisasikan kembali bahaya Hoax ditengah-tengah masyarakat dan bagiamana solusi untuk menghindarinya agar tidak terpengaruh berita Hoax

Abstract

Stunting merupakan permasalahan gizi yang timbul akibat kurangnya asupan nutrisi sehingga mengakibatkan gangguan pertumbuhan pada anak. Hasil Studi Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) tahun 2022 menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi balita stunting di Kota Palangka Raya sebesar 27,8% dimana angka ini belum mencapai target pemerintah yaitu <20%. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu mengenai stunting beserta upaya pencegahannya. Metode edukasi yang digunakan yaitu melalui penyuluhan. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan tahapan pre-test, pemberian edukasi melalui penyuluhan tentang stunting beserta pecegahannya, dan terakhir adalah post-test. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Paired Samples T-Test dengan subjek yaitu ibu-ibu yang memiliki balita usia 6-24 bulan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan nilai rata-rata pengetahuan para ibu setelah mendapatkan edukasi yaitu sebesar 11,19 poin (nilai rata-rata pre-test=70,27 dan nilai rata-rata post-tes=81,46). Hasil analisis statistik menunjukan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian edukasi melalui penyuluhan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan ibu terkait stunting beserta upaya pencegahannya.

Abstract

PT. Pegadaian (Persero) is a non-bank financial institution that has the legal authority to finance loans on a pawn basis. The aim of this research is to analyze the role of agents in increasing the number of customers and expanding market share at PT. Pegadian (Persero) UPC Tongas, Probolinggo Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach of case studies at pawnshops. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, secondary data and documentation. Findings show that pawnshops are business partners of the company, this is one of Pegadian's marketing strategies. Pegadian agents play an important role in increasing the customer base by expanding market reach and increasing sales volume through distribution channels. Research also shows that pawnshop agents' performance improves when their own income increases. Therefore, Pegadian must provide ongoing training to keep agents motivated and maintain the quality of their sales channels. Therefore, the role of agents in the financial industry has a significant impact on whether companies can achieve higher profits through effective distribution channels. Abstract

Surface drainage is the regular diversion or disposal of excess water from the land surface through improved natural channels or constructed water channels, if necessary, equipped with the formation and assessment of the land surface for these channels. Campus 1 of Pancasakti University Tegal is located in the coastal area of ​​Tegal City. In some cases, the land surface of Pancasakti Tegal University is shaped or graded to create a slope towards the channel. The different types of surface drainage systems are open channels, humps and depressions, embankments, and building edge drains. Drainage is the natural or artificial removal of surface and subsurface water from an area that has excess water. Internal drainage on most educational sites can prevent severe waterlogging, but many soils require artificial drainage to improve management of excess water. The first step in installing a drainage system is to survey the area and determine the type of system needed. During high tides and high rainfall, water intrusion occurs into the grounds of Pancasakti University Tegal. This involves assessing the amount of rainfall and sea tides in waterlogged areas, the slope of the land, and the type of soil. This will tell us what type and material of drainage system is best for the structure. The drainage problem that often arises is the lack of coordination and synchronization with other infrastructure development. In general, the handling of the drainage system is still partial, so it does not solve the problem of flooding and inundation completely. The purpose of this paper is to review several factors that cause water intrusion in drainage due to high tides causing water flow to be obstructed so that when it rains, water overflows and puddles occur.

Abstract

Hypnosis, self-hypnosis, and hypnobirthing are techniques to overcome childbirth anxiety. Expectant mothers are taught to trust their bodies, regain confidence in their ability to give birth, and release tension and pain through deep relaxation, breathing, and visualization techniques. Despite the many relevant studies cited, hypnobirthing has not been an institutionally preferred option offered by childbirth service providers such as government health centers and hospitals, possibly due to a lack of written policy support. This option is available through private childbirth service providers or hypnobirthing practitioners who provide complementary therapies. The lack of comprehensive childbirth preparation (physical, mental, and social) among young mothers in Taraweang Village, Labbakkang Sub-district, Pangkep District This prompted us to present a new approach to childbirth by introducing the concept, benefits, and how to do self-hypnosis independently to increase awareness and readiness before birth. This activity was implemented on April 5, 2023, after a socialization process with the partners in March 2023. The activity, which involved 15 pregnant women from Taraweang Village, began with a screening process for labor readiness and the mother's mental health condition using a distress scale form. Then followed socialization and training, as well as a 60-minute hypnosis simulation using reclusiveness techniques to increase awareness and readiness for dealing with pain. The activity ended with a pre-test to assess the mother's reaction to the therapy results. Based on data analysis, we concluded that pregnant women who received 60 minutes of hypnobirthing relaxation therapy experienced a decrease in the distress scale. This activity is expected to be carried out independently at the mothers' homes using the knowledge that has been provided in the process of community partnership activities in 2023. This activity will be further developed and evaluated, especially to ensure the sustainability of the benefits felt by partners in subsequent activities.

Abstract

Waste is a persistent problem in Indonesia because there are no strict sanctions for perpetrators who throw rubbish carelessly. This international webinar activity aims to increase participants understanding of household waste management. This activity consists of three stages, namely a speech, presentation of material by speakers 1 and 2 and discussion and questions and answers. The participants in this activity came from university students from countries in ASEAN. The number of participants who attended was 19 people. This activity ran successfully and smoothly and provided benefits to the people of ASEAN. The results of this activity are expected to increase public knowledge about waste management in households and initiate waste management movements in their respective areas.
