Abstract

Dysmenorrhea is defined as pain during menstruation. The word dysmenorrhea (dysmenorrhea) comes from ancient Greek (Greek) which comes from dys which means difficult, painful, abnormal. Meno means moon, and rrhea means flow. So dysmenorrhoea can be interpreted as difficult menstrual flow or pain during menstruation (Haerani, 2020). Dysmenorrhea is pain during menstruation, usually characterized by a sinking feeling centered in the lower abdomen. Complaints related to menstrual pain can vary from mild to severe. The level of menstrual pain is directly related to the length of menstruation and the amount of blood during menstruation. Menstruation is almost always followed by heartburn or pain (Husna 2018). This activity will be held on August 23 2023. The number of participants was 25 Nur Cahaya Medan Selayang Middle School students. The results of the service activities showed that in the pretest questionnaire the participants' level of knowledge was found to be in the good category as many as 8 people (32.0%), in the sufficient category as many as 10 people (40.0%), and in the poor category as many as 7 people (28.0%). The results of the posttest questionnaire on the level of participants' knowledge showed that there were 15 people in the good category (60.0%), 8 people in the sufficient category (32.0%), and 2 people in the poor category (8.0%).

Abstract

The kebaya sewing service industry and beauty salons are industries that are always in demand by Indonesian people both in cities and in regions. Kebaya is a traditional Indonesian dress. Every religious event and custom almost always uses kebaya cloth. In using kebaya cloth at every event, Indonesian women always make up themselves so that the kebaya cloth used looks more beautiful and beautiful when worn. Therefore, the kebaya cloth sewing industry and beauty salons are one of the service industries that are in great demand by the public in starting a business. The purpose of this community service activity is so that people who start kebaya sewing and beauty salon businesses can reach a wider market by utilizing social media accounts such as Facebook in promoting their business. Facebook social media accounts can be turned into business accounts by adding a fanpage or business page feature. Facebook fanpage is a special page like a blog that contains various kinds of content according to the wishes of its users. The results of this activity are kebaya sewing and beauty salon business actors who have changed their personal Facebook account to a business Facebook account by adding a fan page feature. So that business actors in kebaya sewing and beauty salons can expand their market share through promotions on social media.

Abstract

Breast milk is the perfect and best food because it contains the nutritional elements needed for the optimal growth and development of babies. Breastfeeding is an important component in efforts to prevent stunting in toddlers. The prevalence of stunting in Karawang Regency in 2021 was 20.6%, in 2022 and only decreased to 12.9% in 2023. Several reasons, including a lack of understanding about the lactation or breastfeeding process cause mothers who do not provide exclusive breastfeeding. Posyandu cadres are one of the drivers of improving maternal and child health. Therefore, community service has been carried out in the form of cadre training through providing education about the lactation process and lactation management practices in Cadaskertajaya Village, Telagasari District, Karawang Regency to prevent stunting. The result was an increase in respondents' knowledge after receiving education. So it will be useful for cadres to increase the knowledge of breastfeeding mothers to increase the success of mothers providing exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

This community service was carried out with the aim of designing a Microsoft Access-based stock recording system to make it easier for Toko Agung Jaya, which is a store that provides building materials, to operate. Agung Jaya Store, which has been operational for 21 years, still does not have a correct stock recording method, so storage management still seems messy. In order to correct deficiencies in the shop, a system was designed to suit the partners’ needs, starting with collecting information using observation and interview methods. After obtaining the required information, the next step is to develop a system based on the data that has been collected. Apart from that, testing is carried out to see whether the system is suitable for use and can make things easier for partners. The implementation stage is carried out by converting partner storage data into a stock recording system that has been designed. The final stage of this service is training partners in using the system and making reports. The designed system has been successfully implemented and is able to meet the needs of partners so that this service to the community is considered successful.

Abstract

The construction and development of Karang Sari Village to become a tourist village is very important. Seeing that so far this potential has not been exploited and organized and it is hoped that it will be able to improve the economic and welfare of the community. Karang Sari Village has a stretch of beach of approximately 17 km, from Muara Cimari beach to Cicalengka beach. Karang Sari Village has a stretch of beach of approximately 17 km, from Muara Cimari beach to Cicalengka beach. Indonesian tourism development uses the concept of cultural tourism formulated in Tourism Law Number 09 of 1990. The problem is that villages are still in the underdeveloped category, low levels of community welfare and low levels of facilities and infrastructure as well as knowledge in managing village potential. The aim is to increase the quality and quantity of tourism destinations to create a tourism industry that is able to drive the local and national economy, develop tourism institutions and tourism governance that are able to synergize tourism destination development, tourism marketing and the tourism industry in a professional, effective and efficient manner. Using the perspective of communication science theory from Professor John Marston (in Nova, 2009:32) regarding planning strategies, namely RACE (Reasearch, Action, Controling, Evaluation). Community service activities are analyzed using SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). In conclusion, building tourism potential in underdeveloped villages must review all aspects. Looking at the potential of natural resources and human resources, but looking at the geographical conditions and geopolitical conditions in the Karangsari Village area. Suggestions, Village Head and Karangsari Village Apparatus, persuasive efforts for people who still do not understand and take a counter stance towards the idea of building a tourist village

Abstract

Angka gangguan jiwa di Indonesia masih tinggi. Yogyakarta merupakan nomor dua tertinggi di Indonesia. Pimpinan Wilayah ‘Aisyiyah Bidang Majelis Kesehatan bertanggung jawab terhadap program kesehatan jiwa di Yogyakarta. Majelis Kesehatan PWA DIY belum banyak melakukan program kesehatan jiwa ini, padahal dampak kesehatan jiwa akan memberikan beban bagi keluarga dan pemerintah. Untuk itulah perlu dilakukan program untuk mengatasi permasalahan kesehatan jiwa. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan status kesehatan jiwa masyarakat dengan cara pembentukan Ranting ‘Aisyiyah Siaga Sehat Jiwa. Pembentukan Ranting ‘Aisyiyah Siaga Sehat Jiwa dilakukan di   wilayah Pimpinan Ranting ‘Aisyiyah Tengah Tamantirto Kasihan Bantul. Kegiatan diawali dengan identifikasi kader, pelatihan kader dan pembentukan kelompok kader kesehatan jiwa sebanyak 17 orang. Kegiatan pelatihan kader dilakukan pada tanggal 12 Juni 2022 di masjid Baitunnafi. Keberlanjutan program setelah Ranting ‘Aisyiyah Siaga Sehat Jiwa terbentuk maka status  kesehatan jiwa keluarga akan terpantau karena sudah terbentuk kelompok kader kesehatan jiwa di ranting tersebut

Abstract

Social Work Lectures (KKS) are a concrete manifestation of implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely the service aspect. The theme of the Social Work Lecture (KKS) that the author uses is religious teaching and education about sharia financial institutions with program targets for RA Darul Fallah and TPQ An-Najah students, MI Nurut Taqwa, as well as the community in the student's neighborhood. The author designed several special programs related to the KKS theme. It is hoped that the programs that the author has designed can achieve the objectives of the chosen theme. The aim of this KKS activity is to strengthen and support the community's economy as well as improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education in Bojongrangkas Village in the form of community service by planning several collaborative activities between PAI, PBA and PS study programs in the form of Teaching FAI, Sharia Banking Socialization on Financial Planning, NOBAR (Watch together) about Islam with students, Blessed Friday Program, Competitions and Art Performances.

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan penyakit tidak menular yang menjadi salah satu penyebab utama kematian di dunia. Hipertensi disebut sebagai the silent disease dimana banyak penderita tidak sadar kalau menderita hipertensi karena sering terjadi tanpa disertai dengan adanya keluhan. Salah satu penyebab utama hipertensi adalah berkaitan dengan kebiasaan dan pola hidup manusia, oleh karenanya dibutuhkan upaya pencegahan sejak dini untuk mengurangi faktor risiko yang ada. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi dan meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan serta kesadaran masyarakat akan bahaya dari penyakit hipertensi sehingga masyakakat mampu untuk mencegah faktor risiko yang ada dengan mengubah perilaku mereka. Metode kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab serta pemberian kuis. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah semua masyarakat usia produktif di RT 01 RW 08 Kayu Besar, Tegal Alur yang berjumlah 32 orang yang dilakukan pada 04 Juni 2022. Kegiatan yang dilakukan antara lain senam sehat, pemberian edukasi, pre test, sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab, post test serta pemberian kuis berhadiah. Media edukasi yang digunakan antara lain materi menggunakan power point, video animasi dan poster. Hasil pre test menunjukkan nilai rata-rata peserta adalah 73,75 dan nilai rata-rata post test adalah 83,12 dan hasil uji bivariat menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan peserta sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan dengan setelah dilakukan penyuluhan terkait hipertensi (p=0,012). Kegiatan edukasi ini dapat dilakukan secara rutin untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat akan bahaya hipertensi dan dapat mengubah perilaku dan kebiasaan masyarakat yang beresiko terhadap penyakit hipertensi

Abstract

Social Work Lecture (KKS) is an activity that involves students to be able to participate directly in community activities. After getting lecture material in the form of theory, this KKS is a form of real community service to apply the knowledge gained during lectures. This activity was carried out by FAI UHAMKA students class of 2020. The target of this service is children and the surrounding community in PaudQU Darussolihin. PaudQU Darussolihin, as an institution that has a vision and mission to improve the understanding of Islam for children and the community, especially in reading the Qur'an, is considered a strategic partner to achieve this goal. Students realize that there are a number of challenges faced by the community, especially related to understanding the Quran, Arabic language skills, and Islamic banking literacy. Therefore, students of the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Prof. Dr. Hamka University plan a PSC Program that will focus on innovation in empowering. Through this program, it is expected to build an interactive Quran learning system, utilizing technology to increase the attractiveness and effectiveness of learning. In addition, this activity will also introduce Arabic more thoroughly, from basic to advanced, so that children and our society The surrounding community can understand and apply the language in everyday life. No less important, this program will also provide a deep understanding of Islamic banking literacy, in the form of seminars, and provide practical skills in managing Islamic finances.

Abstract

Community empowerment is an important form of program in increasing community participation. The implementation of empowerment will be more effective and efficient with the role of the government, community, academics, and other supporting parties. Especially the role of universities in community empowerment with KKN programs is also applied to the University of Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA with the title KKS.Based on the level of crisis that occurs in the community, the theme of Community Empowerment Education by Instilling Islamic Knowledge and Sharia Economics is determined. The PSC program was carried out in Hamlet I of Cibeber II Village, Bogor Regency, West Java. There are main programs and assistance programs in this PSC activity.The main work program consists of the field of educational empowerment and the field of Islamic economics. The assistance work program consists of organizing village information posts and local RT\/RWs.The implementation of the main work program and assistance received a positive response and there was even active participation from the Village Head, Village Staff, Head of RT, Head of RW, children in Cibeber II Village and the people of Cibeber II Village so that everything went smoothly and there was even a special request to continue the program from the KKS group.
