Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of an open ended approach based on traditional games that is effective on the creative thinking skills of students in grade III SD Negeri 11 Palembang. This research is a quasiexperimental type of research with a Nonequavalent control group design. The population in this study were allstudents of class III A and III B SD Negeri 11 Palembang, totaling 56 students. The sample in this study used a total sampling technique, namely a sampling technique where all members of the population were all sampled. The sample in this study was divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control groupwhere the experimental group consisted of 28 students and the control group consisted of 28 students. The instruments used in this study were tests, observations and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used the independent sample t-test. The significance level in this study was 0.05 or the 95% confidencelevel. The experimental class that was given treatment with an open ended approach based on traditional games obtained a prettest-posttest average. The number of prettests is 54.6428 and the number of posttests is 84.6428 with an average prettest experimental class of 1,530 and a posttest of 2.370 and a control class prettest and posttest. The prettest was 56.4285 and the post-test was 75.35714, the average pre-test was 1.580and the post-test in the control class was 2.110. The results of the T-test with ttable 1.672 obtained tcount 4,320 it can be concluded that tcount > ttable which means that there is a significant influence on the use of an open ended approach based on traditional games on the mathematical creative thinking skills of third grade studentsof SD Negeri 11 Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the think pair share model on learning outcomes that can improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 11 Palembang. This research is a quantitative research using experimental method of Quasi experimental research with Posttest-Only Control Design. The variables in this study consisted of the independent variable (X) namely the thinkpair share model and the dependent variable (Y) namely learning outcomes. The research population was all fifth grade students of SD Negeri 11 Palembang, totaling 72 students. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample in this study was grouped into the experimental class (VA totaled 23 students) and the control class (VB totaled 23 students). Data collection techniques using tests, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used t-test independent sample t-test. The results of the experimental group research obtained an average value of 77.83 and the control groupobtained an average posttest score of 63.47. The results of the t_count test are 5.524 with t_(table ) 1.680 with a degree of freedom of 0.05, meaning that it can be concluded that there is an influence of the think pair share model on student learning outcomes for social studies material for class V SD Negeri 11 Palembang.

Abstract

This research and development aims to produce a product in the from of a mind mapping-basedpocket book in Civics learning for class III SD. There are problems found, namely teachers do not have teaching resources that innovate, still use the lecture method, and there are still students who have not reached the KKM value that has been set by the school. This research and develompment uses the Research and Development method using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The subjects in this study were third grade students of SD Negeri 32 Palembang. Date collection instruments in the form of questionnaires and documentation. Date analysis in this study is to obtain validity and practicality. This research and development resulted in a valid pocket book used, with a score of 84% in the “Very Valid” caregory. It can be concluded that mind mapping-based pocket book teaching materials are suitable for uses in Civisc learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) model on thefourth grade Civics learning outcomes at SD Negeri 1 Gelumbang. The research method used is an experimental method of True Experimental Design in the form of Pretest-Posttest Only Control Group Design. The population in this study were fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1Gelumbang. The sample of this study used random sampling, namely IV A and IV C. Datacollection techniques were through tests, observations, and documentation. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be seen that the experimental class that was given treatment with Value Clarification Technique (VCT) model had an average final score of 81,03 higher than the average control class that was given treatment without using the Value model Clarification Technique (VCT) is 72,9. The results of testing the hypothesis that tcount = 2,247 and ttablel = 1,675, tcount > ttable (2,247 > 1,675) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) model on the learning outcomes of Civis Class IV at SD Negeri 1 Gelumbang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's efforts in improving student learningoutcomes in cultural arts subjects, especially Buchaechum Dance in class X SMK MadyatamaPalembang. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, namely bypresenting data and using a sentence in the form of text. The object of this research is the teacher of arts and culture, while the informants are students. Qualitative research method is a research process that begins with the rules of thinking and formulating basic assumptions that will be included in the research. The results of the study showed that the obstacles faced by teachers were the lack of interest in student learning and inadequate facilities and infrastructure to support success in learning activities. Then came the efforts made by a teacher at SMK Madyatama Palembang to improve student learning outcomes, namely the teacher changing the learning method, the method that theteacher uses is a varied method, namely the Demonstration method and the Peer Tutor method as well as the use of Audio Visual aids media

Abstract

Character education is an effort to help the development of a child's soul, both physically andmentally, from its natural nature towards a humane and better civilization. The purpose of this study in general is to find out and describe the value of character education contained in the Fresh Grad novel by Laili Mutamimmah. Character education in this study can be used as an education that teaches how a special personality must be possessed by a person, so that there is a kind of difference between individuals and other individuals. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative research form. The focus in this study is the value of character education contained in Laili Mutamimmah's Fresh Grad novel, while the subfocus is examining the values of charactereducation through the characterization of the characters contained in Laili Mutamimmah's FreshGrad novel. The data were analyzed using documentation techniques, and from this analysis,conclusions can then be drawn. The results showed that this study analyzed the value of character education in Laili Mutamimmah's Fresh Grad novel, with the results that there were 11 character education values in Laili Mutamimmah's Fresh Grad novel which included: (1) religious, (2) honest, (3) hard work, (4) responsible, (5) disciplined, (6) confident, (7) creative, (8) independent, (9) curious, (10) helpful, (11) tough.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of describing the factors that cause learning difficulties in mathematics for fifth grade students of SD Negeri 17 Air Salek. This study uses questionnaires, interviews, and documentation instruments that discuss the factors of learning difficulties experienced by students. Based on the results of the research on the analysis of the difficulty of learning mathematics in building materials in class V of SD Negeri 17 Air Salek, it can be ascertained that, the factor of learning difficulties in mathematics in the material of building spaces in class V of SD Negeri 17 Air Salek consists of 2 factors, the first is internal and external factors. external. learning difficulty factors consisting of internal factors consisting of students' self and external factors consisting of outside students in class V SD Negeri 17 Air Salek were 81% included in the very valid category. There are 8 subjects who are not interested in learning mathematics, 7 subjects are not interested in learning mathematics and 5 subjects are not able to learn mathematics.

Abstract

Feminism is a school that fights for the rights of women, women must be able to do somethingwithout men and women can beat men. In this case, it means that women demand gender equality between women and men. Feminism also justifies the awareness of the gender injustice that afflicts women in the family and in society. The purpose of this study is to find out how the analysis of Muslim personality in the study of feminism in the novel Rissa a life choice by Larissa Chou which includes injustice and inequality in women. Risaa's novel A Choice of Life tells of a woman who fights for her desire in choosing a belief or becoming a convert, Larissa is a big body from a broken home family, Papa and Mama Larissa divorced since childhood, but Larissa has a very good personality, even she has to become a convert and is a Muslim. in his life he understands that actually every human being has a life choice that must be implemented even accepted despite the many contradictions about it.

Abstract

The research was conducted because the author found several problems at SMK N 1 RAO SELATANduring the learning process of 2-dimensional animation subjects. Among them are still limited learning media used in 2-dimensional animation learning, namely "still in the form of modules and no application-based learning media, and many students who do not understand the material presented. From this problem, the researchers designed learning media using Autoplay on the subject of 2- dimensional animation at SMKN 1 RAO SELATAN KAB. PASAMAN is valid, practical, and effective. The results of the media learning in the form of a desktop application can provide benefits to students where students can study anywhere and anytime by only using a laptop/PC. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4-D research model with the stages of define, design, development, and dissemination. In the Development stage, the media development stage is carried out using Auto play. The model of media development used in this research is Luther-Sutopo's version of MDLC (Multimedia Development life cycle), which consists of 6 stages, namely conceptualization, design, material collection, manufacturing process, testing and distribution. The results of this study are exe products with a validity test result of 0.80 which is declared valid, a practicality test result is 0.91 which is stated to be very practical, and an effective test result is 0.88 and is declared very effective. With these results it can be guaranteed that with this Auto play learning media it is valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

The Kidah-kidah dance traditional event is only carried out when a boy is going to performcircumcision, the Kidah-kidahan dance custom is an event aimed at Thanksgiving for boys who willcarry out the circumcision, this traditional event is also often called the little fiancé. but when smallchildren are called to start dancing, they will be called as Pence Dance, which means in pairs. Theobject of this research is the form of presentation of the traditional dance of kidah-kidahan. Thelocation of this research was carried out in Sugihan Village, Muara Enim Regency. In this study, the formulation of the problem is how the traditional dance of kidah-kidahan in Sugihan village, Muara Enim district, so after knowing the problem formulation in this study, it can be seen that the purpose of the research was to describe the form of presentation of kidah-kidahan dance in Sugihan village. The method used by the researcher is a qualitative descriptive method using Observation, Interview and Documentation Data Collection Techniques. The data analysis technique carried out by the researcher is that the researcher will see and examine the form of presentation of kidah-kidahan dances and the socio-cultural function in the Sugihan village community. In order for this research to be more accurate when it is being read, the researcher goes directly to the field and makes observations on the object being studied by means of interviews. The results of this study are that thekidah-kidahan dance has seven stages of activity and six forms of presentation and there are alsotwo functions, namely social functions and cultural functions.
