Abstract

In today's digital era, social media has become a key tool in marketing communication strategies, allowing companies to interact more intensively with consumers. However, a deep understanding of the specific elements that drive customer engagement and loyalty through social media is still needed. This study aims to analyze the influence of Trendiness, Interactivity, Informativeness, Advertisement, Entertainment on Customers Engagement and Customers Loyalty. The research method in this study uses a questionnaire as a measuring instrument. The population in this study were all consumers as users of the Rucas brand, male and female aged 15-40 years, the sample in this study was 124 people. This type of research is explanatory research with an analysis tool, namely PLSSEM (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling). The results of data analysis show that the influence of Trendiness, Advertisement, and Entertainment on Customers Engagement has a positive and significant effect, then Trendiness, Advertisement, and Entertainment on Customers Loyalty have a positive and significant effect. However, Interactivity and Informativeness have no effect on Customers Engagement. The variables Interactivity and Informativeness on Customers Loyalty also have no positive and insignificant effect

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of distributive justice and procedural justice on employee turnover intentions at PT Konishi Lemindo Indonesia, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. In the era of globalization, human resources are an important factor in the sustainability of the company. High employee turnover rates can result in losses for the company, so it is important to understand the factors that affect turnover intentions. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data obtained from questionnaires. The results of the study show that distributive justice and procedural justice have a significant effect on job satisfaction, which in turn has an impact on employee turnover intentions. This research provides important insights for company management to increase job satisfaction and reduce employee turnover through the application of the principles of fairness in the organization.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has significantly influenced consumer behavior, leading to increased impulsive buying in e-commerce platforms. This study explores the impact of hedonic motivation and positive affect on impulsive buying behavior, mediated by shopping lifestyle. A quantitative research method was used, involving 160 respondents from Surakarta who actively use the Shopee application. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software. The results show that hedonic motivation does not have a direct significant effect on impulsive buying; however, positive affect significantly influences impulsive purchases. Additionally, hedonic motivation does not significantly affect shopping lifestyle, whereas positive affect does. Shopping lifestyle was found to have a significant effect on impulsive buying, but it does not mediate the relationship between hedonic motivation and impulsive buying or between positive affect and impulsive buying. These findings suggest that positive emotional experiences during shopping play a crucial role in driving impulse purchases, while hedonic motivations may require stronger mediating factors to influence impulsive buying behavior.

Abstract

Financial Technology (Fintech) is a financial service that uses a technology base that makes it easier for transactions to be carried out anywhere and at any time. Currently, one of the services in Indonesia is Financial Technology or Fintech which is developing rapidly, especially online loans because it has been proven that many people are interested. The existence of online loans or peer to peer lending as a form of financial technology (Fintech) is the impact of technological advances which offer many loans with easier and more flexible terms and conditions compared to conventional financial institutions such as banks. This development must be accompanied by good legal instruments to avoid existing risks. The research method used is normative research with a statutory approach. The results of this research refer to several articles. Namely. Article 1320 of the Civil Code, so that an agreement arises from an agreement. Then, Financial Services Authority Regulation Number POJK No. 10/POJK.05/2022 as well as other regulations to improve consumer protection. Regarding Information Technology-Based Money Lending and Borrowing, Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection.

Abstract

Cache memory in microprocessors has an important role in improving computer system performance by reducing data access time. This research aims to test the hypothesis that increasing the size and level of cache memory can significantly improve microprocessor performance. The research methodology involves a literature study on the concept of cache memory and experimental simulations using computer architecture simulators, such as Gem5, to model scenarios with varying cache sizes and levels. In these simulations, performance parameters such as memory access latency, throughput, and Instructions Per Cycle (IPC) were measured and analyzed. The results show that increasing cache size and level generally contributes towards improving microprocessor performance by reducing data access time. Further statistical analysis supports the hypothesis that there is a positive correlation between cache size and level and system efficiency. These findings provide useful insights in future microprocessor architecture design and memory system optimization.

Abstract

Nanometer technology has become one of the most significant innovations in the advancement of modern CPU architecture, enabling substantial improvements in computational performance, energy efficiency, and transistor density. This study examines the impact of 7nm, 5nm, and 3nm technology implementation on CPU performance under various workload scenarios, including multitasking, graphics rendering, and artificial intelligence-based applications. Based on a series of experimental tests, the findings indicate that reducing transistor size directly increases processor speed by up to 30% while reducing power consumption by 20%. However, challenges such as heat dissipation and power leakage become more pronounced with technology below 5nm. Several proposed solutions include the development of more advanced cooling systems and the use of alternative semiconductor materials, such as graphene, to mitigate power leakage. This research provides valuable insights into the future development of CPU architecture and its impact on the technology industry as a whole.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the factors that affect the interest and motivation of fujoshi in creating a manhwa boys love channel on Telegram. This is interesting to research because it is a sexual deviation that is still taboo among society today. This research uses the phenomenological theory of Alfred Schutz which explains about human actions that are influenced by causal motives and goal motives. This study uses a qualitative method approach. The informant selection technique used is purposive sampling. There are 5 fujoshi informants who are 17-22 years old and have a manhwa boys love channel on the Telegram application. Data collection was carried out through observation of the content of the boys love manhwa channel on Telegram. An in-depth interview discussing the reasons and goals of fujoshi for creating a manhwa boys love channel on Telegram. In addition, documentation is also carried out by saving screenshots of content published by fujoshi on Telegram. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show several reasons why fujoshi created a manhwa boys love channel on Telegram. First, because they got an offer from a friend, wanted to try new things, the hiatus phase and liked the romance of boys love. The purpose of creating a manhwa boys love channel on Telegram by fujoshi is to channel hobbies and connect people with similar interests.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of artificial intelligence (AI)-based sensory marketing on PAD emotions (Pleasure, Arousal, Dominance) and consumer behavioral intention in the context of cafes. The study used an experimental method by dividing respondents into two groups: one group received AI-based sensory marketing interventions, while the other group experienced conventional sensory marketing without AI. Data was collected using a questionnaire that measured PAD emotions and behavioral intentions after interaction with the café environment. Statistical analyses were conducted using the Independent Sample t-test, ANOVA, Cohen's d, and Moderation Analysis to evaluate significant differences between the two groups and to understand the moderation effect of brand experience on outcomes. The results showed that AI intervention did not have a significant effect on consumer emotions or behavioral intention, with a p-value of >0.05 for all variables measured. The effect measure (Cohen's d) also indicated that the differences between the groups were very small and practically insignificant. Additionally, brand experience was not found to be a moderator that reinforces the relationship between AI interventions and emotional or behavioral variables
