Abstract

Land ownership that has been legally recognized is entitled to legal certainty and protection. However, there is an issue where landowners do not receive legal protection as reflected in Supreme Court Decision Number 2929 K/Pdt/2017. The purpose of this study is to examine the application of legal rules for landowners in forest areas and the legal protection afforded to landowners in forest areas used for plantations, based on the judicial considerations in Supreme Court Decision Number 2929 K/Pdt/2017. This article employs normative legal research methods with a statutory and case approach. The research questions addressed in this article are the application of legal rules for landowners in forest areas and the legal protection of landowners in forest areas used for plantations, based on the judicial considerations in Supreme Court Decision Number 2929 K/Pdt/2017. The study concludes that Presidential Regulation No. 88 of 2017 serves as a reference for the application of legal rules for landowners in forest areas. Furthermore, the case in Supreme Court Decision Number 2929 K/Pdt/2017 did not take into account the fact that the Respondent in Cassation conducted business activities without holding a Right to Cultivate (HGU), resulting in losses for the landowners. Landowners should be granted legal protection, as the Respondent in Cassation lacked an HGU, which clearly violates legal provisions.

Abstract

MSMEs have a strategic role in the Indonesian economy, with significant contributions to GDP and employment. In the digital era, social media has become an important tool for communication and interaction between government and society. This research aims to understand the role of government social media in digital transformation, specifically through a case study on the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs towards MSME players in Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative approach using a questionnaire distributed to 181 respondents who are MSME players in Jakarta. This study explores the influence of reachability, information quality, and social media engagement as independent variables on public trust in government social media agencies as the dependent variable. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that these three factors have a significant positive influence on public trust. This finding supports cultivation theory which states that consistent and high-quality media exposure can shape positive public perceptions. Recommendations are given to the government to improve outreach, information quality, and active engagement on social media to build trust and support the growth of MSMEs.

Abstract

This study was conducted to identify gaps in the literature related to the application of differentiated learning strategies in mathematics subjects, especially at SDN Kaliwatubumi with suboptimal learning conditions. Although the importance of this strategy has been widely discussed, there are still mistakes in its implementation so that its effectiveness has not been maximized. The research method used is a qualitative method. Research activities are carried out by exploring information related to differentiated learning at the research location, disclosing specific and detailed field data. The data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observations, and documentation. Structured interviews are conducted with classroom teachers to obtain data. The study successfully developed a UN (Sustainably Differentiated Learning) scheme that involves continuous stages, such as needs analysis, action plans, teacher training, implementation, and reflection, designed to increase students' interest and learning outcomes in a sustainable manner. The findings show that the UN is effective in improving the quality of mathematics education, both at SDN Kaliwatubumi and at the level of basic education in Indonesia in general. The implication of this study is the need for continuous evaluation so that the implementation of the UN can be optimized. This scheme also makes a significant contribution to the development of adaptive and inclusive mathematics learning methodologies, so that it can be applied more widely in other schools with similar conditions.

Abstract

Incised wounds are disruptions of skin integrity that require effective treatment to accelerate healing. Cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmanii), rich in secondary metabolites such as eugenol, cinnamaldehyde, and flavonoids, is known for its potential as an anti- inflammatory, antioxidant, and antibacterial agent. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of cinnamon extract ointment in healing incised wounds in Wistar rats. This experimental study used a post-test only control group design. A total of 30 Wistar rats were divided into five groups: a negative control (ointment base), a positive control (gentamicin ointment), and three treatment groups with cinnamon extract ointments at concentrations of 10%, 20%, and 40%. Observations of wound length and healing percentages were conducted over 14 days. Data were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney tests. The results showed a significant reduction in wound length in the 40% cinnamon extract ointment group (19.6 mm) compared to the negative control (12.8 mm) and were close to the effectiveness of gentamicin ointment (20 mm). The highest wound healing percentage was also achieved in the 40% concentration group (98.2%), comparable to gentamicin ointment (100%). Cinnamon extract ointment at a concentration of 40% effectively accelerates the healing of incised wounds in Wistar rats, with effectiveness comparable to gentamicin ointment. Further research is needed to evaluate its safety and clinical potential.
