Abstract

This research is based on Azjen's theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and analyzes travel intention as the dependent variable and then pandemic fatigue, health risks, media communication and government policies as independent variables. Data collection was carried out online with a total of 206 respondents (N-206) and then analyzed using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach and conducted interviews to deepen the results. The results of data analysis show that the factors that influence travel intentions are Pandemic Fatigue, Media Communication and Government Policy, while health risks do not affect travel intentions. Thus, the government can implement health control policies to reduce severity, such as vaccination and implementation of health protocols, improving the quality of service in tourist areas as well as increasing tourism branding and promotion in increasing travel intentions.

Abstract

Children orphanage is defined as a non-profit social organization with the responsibilities of caring, fostering and educating abandoned and orphaned children, which is funded by the society’s incidental donation. An orphanage requires a lange amount of funding to provide for the children’s needs and its operational costs, for which relying sosely on donation does not suffice. The most suitable solution is to run a social entrepreneurship management to gain income. This research is amined at analyzing the implementation of social entrepreneurship management for the sustainability of the orphanage, in terms of the benefits and challenges, the strategies to overcome the challenges, and its relation the SDGs and ISO 26 000. The objects of the research are the proprietorships at Abhimata Orphanage and Santa Maria Ganjuran Orphanage. This research is qualitative descriptive, untilizing the data collection technique, content analysis and triangulation for data amalysis, with the descriptive statistic analysis and qualitative data analysis. Results hane shown that the management implemented in the orphanages’ social entrepreneurship has brought about positive impacts on the orphanages, although the income obtained does not entirely fulfil their needs. Apart from that, the orphanages’ social entrepreneurship has contributed to the national purpose of creating the welfare of the society, as stated in the SDGs and ISO 26 000.

Abstract

This research critically examines Presidential Regulation No. 87 of 2021, which addresses the accelerated development of the Rebana region in Indonesia. Using Louis Althusser's concept of interpellation and Friedrich Hayek's critique of collectivism, the study explores the ideological and structural frameworks embedded in the regulation. The analysis reveals a centralization of power favoring investors, as evident in the prioritization of infrastructure development and minimal attention to community welfare. While the regulation is justified under Article 4, Section 1 of the Indonesian Constitution, it neglects Article 33, which emphasizes economic equity and collective prosperity.Methodologically, the study combines critical textual analysis with qualitative case studies, focusing on community responses in Jatiwangi, a historically significant area within the Rebana region. Findings highlight a significant power imbalance, with communities coerced into industrial conformity, undermining their traditional livelihoods and cultural heritage. Resistance movements, such as the Jatiwangi Festival, illustrate local efforts to reclaim autonomy and advocate for sustainable development. The study concludes by emphasizing the need for economic planning grounded in Pancasila's humanistic philosophy, ensuring equitable development and community participation. It critiques centralized, investor-centric approaches and advocates for a balanced policy framework that respects individual rights and local agency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the readiness, user experience, and difficulties faced by women MSMEs in the BODETABEK area when using e-learning mobile applications related to financial literacy. In addition, this study examines the collaborative approach among stakeholders to provide sustainable mentoring, increase app usage, and the role played by companies and government in supporting financial literacy through mobile apps. The results of the analysis show that most women working in MSMEs are still not proficient in using financial apps, proving that e-learning on financial literacy only provides knowledge and has not been widely used in their business environment. Lack of understanding is the main problem faced, which requires regular monitoring and evaluation. The current focus of the collaboration is on the business aspect and growth of the company rather than ongoing mentoring. In addition, the role of companies and government in using mobile apps as a financial literacy education effort is limited to strategic business objectives and the development of SMEs into companies. The study also found that, while the implementation of mobile apps for financial literacy is still limited, the use of such apps is linked to the objectives of 4 Quality Education, 5 Gender Equality, 8 Sustainable Economic Development, and 17 Partnerships for the Goals.

Abstract

In the creative economy, technology significantly enhances human productivity and creativity, prominently through Artificial Intelligence (AI), which simulates human intelligence in computing. The rapid advancement of AI raises numerous debates, particularly in the art sector, where societal opinions vary from opposing the registration of AI-generated artwork to advocating for AI's recognition as a non-person legal entity entitled to moral rights. This discourse centers around granting legal status to AI regarding its artwork and relates to the broader concept of Intellectual Property as it pertains to creators and copyright holders. Currently, Indonesia's Copyright Law Number 8 of 2014 lacks specific provisions addressing these issues, resulting in a legal vacuum. This research aims to analyze the application of copyright legal theory to AI-generated art and the legal implications for its future development and protection. Employing normative legal research, the study utilizes both conceptual and legislative approaches, applying inductive logic to draw conclusions. Findings indicate that AI should be regarded as a legal object, with the rights to its artwork attributed to legal entities possessing natural legal authority. Additionally, the use of AI in creative works aligns with the "work made for hire" doctrine. Ultimately, the study underscores the necessity for responsive and progressive legal frameworks that adapt to the evolving landscape of copyright and AI.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) as the main provider of electricity in Indonesia, has a strong commitment to improving the reliability of electricity distribution. This reliability is reflected through indicators such as SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index), SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index), and ENS (Energy Not Served), which are caused by disturbances in the 20 kV extension. Preventive efforts to reduce interruptions are mitigated before interruptions occur by conducting an assessment of the 20 kV feeder cable. This assessment provides important variables that can be processed to predict the condition of the cable and determine the next repair steps. The application of data analysis methods such as Fuzzy Logic in processing technical variables such as PDIV (Partial Discharge Inception Voltage), PDEV (Partial Discharge Extinction Voltage) and Partial Discharge charge values can provide more accurate predictions than conventional calculations. The ability of Fuzzy Logic to overcome uncertain problems, results in another view in assessing the health condition of the repeater cable (Health Index). The results of the research are expected to provide more optimal results as an effort to reduce the frequency of faults to support the achievement of company performance.

Abstract

One of the assurances of pharmaceutical tablet's quality, effectivity, and safety is the dissolution test, which is commonly known by pharmaceutical manufacturers. Conventionally, this test is performed by simulating the release rate of a drug using a Dissolution Tester, which mimics the human gastrointestinal condition. As stated by the current compendial for tablet dosage form, the dissolution rate is mandatory, with no exception for Metformin HCl tablets. This laboratory method is often time-consuming, unsafe for organic reagent exposure, and produces waste. This problem requires rapid, simple, and nondestructive technologies, hence having powerful analytical performance. One of the technologies that is widely used is Near Infrared (NIR) spectroscopy. This study utilized the NIR spectrum as a predictor to generate a mathematical model using Partial Least Square Regression (PLS-2) to build a dissolution rate model for the Metformin HCl tablet, which uses the Farmakope Indonesia IV <1231> (FI-IV) dissolution method as the compendial reference method. The PLS-2 model was built, which shows the low difference between SEC and SECV in each sampling point and a good correlation in the coefficient of determination (R2) of each point's time of dissolution within 0.900 to 0.953. The challenge test was performed to prove the predictability of the PLS-2 model with NIR against the actual reference FI-IV method using differential and similarity Factors (f2 & f1), enabling real-time release testing (RTRT).

Abstract

This study wants to know what factors influence customer satisfaction which can lead to loyalty in the online shopping context by looking at the phenomena and problems faced by customers. The previous research was used as literature for this study with a quantitative method to see the impact of independent variables on the dependent variable and descriptive analysis for regression results. The authors pointed out factors of e-fulfillment: condition, timeliness, availability, ease of return, e-business quality, and product quality have effects on the satisfaction and loyalty of customers in online shopping. The sample for this study still does not adequately describe the population because it only uses snowball sampling. This study can help online shop owners, entrepreneurs, researchers, and students to get literature on e-fulfillment factors that can affect customer satisfaction and make repeat transactions. This study modifies the e-fulfillment factors that influence customer satisfaction and loyalty in the context of online shopping in Indonesia.
