Abstract

Abstract This study was used to determine how the influence of leadership, discipline and work motivation on employee performance partially at the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Pakis Kab.Malang. In this study, there are 4 variables used, namely the variables of leadership, discipline and work motivation are independent variables and employee performance which is the dependent variable. The research data collected was through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and the data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis tested using SPSS. Sampling data using the Slovin formula with an error scale of 0.1, which is as many as 57 respondents. The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline had a positive effect on employee performance and work motivation had a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership, Discipline, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the influence of human relations, financial compensation and competence on employee performance at Bank BTN Syariah Malang. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance and there are 3 independent variables used, namely human relations, financial compensation and competence. The population in this study were employees of Bank BTN Syariah Malang. The sampling technique using saturated sampling technique obtained a sample of 60 respondents. The data collection method used is the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of human relations, financial compensation and competence have a significant effect on employee performance. While partially human relations have a significant effect on employee performance, but financial compensation and competence have no significant effect on employee performance.  Keywords: Human Relations, Financial Compensation, Competence And Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at Timbul Jaya Tulungagung Company. The type of research used is quantitative with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample used is 59 respondents who are all employees of Timbul Jaya Tulungagung Company. The data analysis method used in this research is instrument test, multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test, f test, t test, and determination test using SPSS tool. The variables used in this study are work productivity variables (dependent variable) while the independent variables are compensation and motivation.The results of this study conclude that the compensation variable has an effect on employee work productivity, motivation has an effect on employee work productivity. Compensation and motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee productivity. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, and Employee Work Productivity.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of Price, Food Quality and Atmosphere on Customer Satisfaction at the Kindai Cuisine Banjar Restaurant in Malang. The population in this study consisted of customers of Kindai Restaurant in Malang. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The questionnaire in this study is a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale, to clarify the variables being measured. The data collection method in this study used a purposive sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were determined by the criteria, namely customers who had made purchases at least 2 times at Kindai Restaurant. The results of the study partially show that: 1) There is an effect of price on customer satisfaction at the Kindai Cuisine Banjar Restaurant in Malang. 2) The influence of food quality on customer satisfaction at Kindai Restaurant Banjar cuisine in Malang. 3) There is an influence of Atmosphere on Customer Satisfaction at the Banjar Cuisine Kindai Restaurant in Malang. Keywords: Price, Food Quality, Atmosphere and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine and explain the effect of electronic word of mouth, on interest in buying Smartphone Iphones which is mediated by brand image, and brand trust, both direct and indirect influences study FEB Unisma students. This research is an explanatory research type with a quantitative approach. The method used is study the Preacher & Hayes approach, which is the recommended method using the bootstrapping technique.. The sampling technique used the formula from Malhotra with the calculation results of 80 samples. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, normality test, path analysis. The results in this study indicate that the eWOM variable has a direct effect on the brand image and brand trust of the Iphone Smartphone. However, eWOM does not directly affect buying interest. Although the indirect effect or mediation effect is said to be proven if there is a direct relationship between the eWOM variable on buying interest, but based on the results in this study there is no direct relationship between eWOM and buying interest, it can be concluded that there is an indirect relationship between eWOM and buying interest. through brand image and brand trust, it is indicated that there is no mediating effect. Keywords: electronic word of mouth, brand image, brand trust, and purchase intention

Abstract

Abstract This Study Aims To Determine And Analyze The Relationship Between Trust, Brand Image, Product Quality, Service And Risk On Buying Interest In Fashion Products At Shopee. This Research Uses A Study Method On Consumers Of Dinoyo Malang City Where Data Is Obtained By Distributing Questionnaires To Consumers Of Dinoyo Malang City Which Are Selected By Purposive Sampling. Determination Of The Number Of Samples Using The Maholtra Formula And The Results Obtained Were 105 Respondents. The Analytical Method Used In This Research Is Instrument Test (Validity Test, Reliability), Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test (Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test (F Test And T Test), Determination Coefficient Test Processing The Data Using SPSS. The Results Of This Study Indicate That Trust, Brand Image, Product Quality, Service, And Risk Simultaneously Affect Buying Interest. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Competence, Family Environment and Courage to Take Risks on Entrepreneurial Interest of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang 2018. The sample used in this study was 91 students. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that together (Test F) the Competence Variables, Family Environment and Courage to Take Risks had a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship and based on the partial test results (T-test) the Competence variable had no effect on the interest in entrepreneurship, the Family Environment variable does not affect the interest in entrepreneurship and the variable Courage to take risks affects the interest in entrepreneurship. Keywords: Competence, Family Environment, and Courage to take risk

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine and analyze the influence of celebrity endorser and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions with brand image as an intervening variable. The population in this study were Faculty of Economic and Business 2018 students at the Islamic University of Malang who used Scarlett Whitening with a total sample of 95 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative method with path analysis techniques. Sampling technique with non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The results show that celebrity endorser did not have a direct effect on brand image, while eWOM had a direct effect on brand image. Celebrity endorsers, eWOM and brand image have a direct effect on purchasing decisions, brand image cannot mediate celebrity endorsers on purchasing decisions but brand image can mediate eWOM on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Celebrity Endorser, eWOM, Brand Image, Purchase Desicions

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the effect of work environment, psychological contract, and work life balance on employee turnover intention "(Case Study at PT. ZEE INDONESIA)". This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive analysis method. The sample in this study used a saturated sample, ie the entire population was the sample with 45 employees as respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded simultaneously or jointly that the work environment, psychological contract, and work life balance have a significant effect on turnover intention. While partially the work environment has no significant effect on turnover intention, psychological contracts have a significant effect on turnover intention, and work life balance have a significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords :  Work  Environment,  Psychological  Contract, Employment  Contract,  Work  Life  Balance,  Turnover Intention.
