Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang Jl. Major General Haryono No. 193. Dinoyo, districts. Lowokwaru, Malang City, East Java 65144. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of information quality, advertising and product quality on purchasing decisions. The independent variables used are the quality of information, advertising and product quality, while the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The sample used in this study were 74 respondents who are Tokopedia consumers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using Statistikal Package for the Social Sciens (SPSS) 16.0 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that the quality of information affects purchasing decisions, advertising affects purchasing decisions, product quality affects purchasing decisions. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how the influence of competence, information technology and organizational communication on employee performance at the Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Malang. The sample in this study were civil servants at the Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Malang amounting to 66 people. This data collection method uses the method of distributing questionnaires. This data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS ver 20 program. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, it is known that competence, information and communication technology have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Malang. Keywords : Competence, Information Technology, Organizational communication, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract Employee performance is very important for the company. This study aims to analyze the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity and workload on employee performance at PT. SBC Blessing Together. Sampling for this study used the Slovin formula with a population of 200 and resulted in 66 samples of employees. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. In this research, the analytical technique used is SPSS. The results showed that there was a negative and significant influence between Role Conflict, Role Ambiguity on Employee Performance and positive and negative influence between Workload on Employee Performance. Keywords: Role Conflict, Role Ambiguity, Workload and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to: 1. Explain which attribute combinations influence people's preferences when choosing a rail transportation. 2. Describe which transportation attributes are important to the community when choosing a rail transportation means. 3. Explain what level of transportation attributes are most important to the community when choosing a Rail transportation means. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique and the data obtained are 96 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is conjoint analysis. The results of the study show that: 1. The combination of attributes that are considered the most important are air-conditioned carriage facilities, the price has promo tickets, the privilege is very suitable for families, the quality of ticket services can be purchased online, and the safety of no hawkers. 2. Attributes based on importance are carriage facilities, price, privileges, service quality, and safety. 3. The most important attribute level is that the price includes promo tickets, the quality of ticket services can be purchased online, the carriage facilities with air-conditioned rooms, the privilege is very suitable for families, and the safety of no hawkers. Keyword: Price, Quality of Service, Carriage Facilities, Privilege, Security.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of online tracking systems and on time delivery on customer satisfaction at JNE Malang. This research uses quantitative research. The location of this research was conducted at JNE Main Branch Malang, Jl. Hamid Rusdi No. 95, Bunulrejo, Kec. Blimbing, Malang City, East Java 65121. The population used in this study were all users of JNE Main Branch Malang and the number of samples taken in this study was 100 respondents. The results of this study state that the Effect of Online Tracking System and Timeliness on Customer Satisfaction is significant, the Effect of Online Tracking System on Customer Satisfaction is significant and the Effect of Timeliness on Customer Satisfaction is significant.

Abstract

Abstract This study entitled the effect of Liquidity, Solvency, Profitability, on Company Value in the Food and Beverage Sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Liquidity, Solvability, Profitability, on Company Value in the Food and Beverage Sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The independent variables in this study are Liquidity, Profitability, Solvability. While the dependent variable is Company Value. The sampling method used purposive sampling, which used samples with company criteria that presented financial statements during the 2017-2020 observation year and included variables and companies that were included in the main board. From several predetermined criteria, the number of samples is 10 companies in the food and beverage sector. The research data is secondary data obtained from the financial statements of the food and beverage sector which is accessed through www.idx.id. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression test. The results of the interpretation of this study indicate that Solvency and Profitability have a significant effect on Firm Value. Meanwhile, Liquidity does not have a significant effect on Company Value. Keywords: Liquidity, Solvability, Profitability, Firm Value.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality, and brand image on customer loyalty for coffee orders in the city of Malang, especially for FEB UNISMA students batch 2018. The data used in this study used primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The research population is students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UNISMA, while the sample used is the 2018 Islamic Management, Accounting and Banking Study Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The research sample was taken from the population using a sampling technique in the form of a random sampling method. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression and the test of this study used the f test and t test. The results of this study indicate that price, product quality and brand image partially affect customer loyalty. Meanwhile, simultaneously price, product quality and brand image affect customer loyalty. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Brand Image, and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of student competence on readiness to enter the world of work in the 4.0 era. The sample used in this study was 91 students. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that simultaneously (F test) the variables Knowledge, Attitudes and Skills had a positive and significant effect on Job Readiness and based on the results of a partial test (t test) the Knowledge variable had a positive and significant effect on work readiness, the Attitude variable had a positive and insignificant effect on Job readiness and Skills variables have a positive and significant effect on Job Readiness. Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Skills, and Work Readiness

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, location, price and promotion on the return of Kak Rose's Geprek Chicken (Case Study of FEB Unisma Students Batch 2018). The variables used in this study are. Repurchase variable (dependent variable), while the independent variables are service quality, location, price and promotion.The results of this study partially conclude that the variables of service quality, location, price and promotion have a significant influence on repurchase and simultaneously conclude that there is a significant influence between service quality, location, price and promotion variables on repeat purchases.Keywords: Service Quality, Location, Price, Promotion, Repeat Purchase

Abstract

Abstract Global economic growth accompanied by technological advances encourages people's lifestyles. One of them is the pattern of shopping life which is now more practical, fast, and economical. The movement of modern industry that is mushrooming makes each industry to compete in order to maintain and improve the business that was founded.This study analyzes the effect of ewom on social media and product quality on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were 80 respondents. The sample in this study was 80 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Using primary, secondary and tertiary data and this research uses a questionnaire or questionnaire data collection method and interview data collection methods.The results of this study note that the results of the F test are known that the ewom variable on social media and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Ewom on social media, product quality, purchasing decisions
