Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out how the influence of Product Placement, Brand Awareness and Brand Image on Interest in Buying Scarlett's Products (Case Study on the Korean Drama Today's Webtoon Among Unisma Undergraduate Students). In this study, three independent variables were used, namely Product Placement, Brand Awareness and Brand Image and one dependent variable used, namely buying interest. The research data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale of 1-5 which was tested using SPSS version 25. This research approach is associative with the intention to ask the relationship between two or more variables. This research is quantitative by using purposive sampling method as a sampling technique. A total of 90 respondents were selected as samples for this study. The results show that the Product Placement, Brand Awareness, and Brand Image variables have a positive and significant effect on buying interest simultaneously. Product Placement variable has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention partially, the Brand Awareness variable has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention partially, the Brand Image variable has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention partially. Keywords: Product Placement, Brand Awareness, Brand Image, Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, price, and promotion variables on purchasing decisions for ventela shoe products. This research uses case studies on students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2019 who were selected by Acidental Sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Malholtra formula and the results obtained were 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis methods used in this study are Instrument Test (validity test and reliability test), Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test (multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Statistical Test (t test), and Coefficient of Determination Test (Adjusted R2) and Process analysis using SPSS 21. The results of the study stated that the variables of product quality and promotion had an effect on purchasing decisions, while prices had no effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Promotion, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Operational Income Operating Costs (BOPO) on the performance of commercial banks in Indonesia ( case studies on banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021). The population in this study are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period with a total of 46 banking companies. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method obtained a sample of 31 banking companies. The research data collection method uses the data documentation method listed in the annual report at (IDX). The data analysis technique in this study used panel data regression with the eViews 9 software. The results showed that partially the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Net Interest Margin (NIM) had a positive and significant effect on Return on assets (ROA). Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a positive and significant effect on Return on assets (ROA). Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Operating Costs Operating Income (BOPO) have a negative and significant effect on Return on assets (ROA) and sensitivity has a positive and significant effect on Return on assets (ROA). Keywords: CAR, LDR, NIM, NPL, BOPO, Return on assets (ROA)

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Motivation, Reward and Career Development on Productivity in CV Arjuna Flora Employees. The population in this study was all employees of CV Arjuna Flora. The method in data collection uses a questionnaire with a sample number of 46. The independent variables in this study are motivation, reward, and career development. The independent variable is productivity. The analysis method uses multiple linear analysis processed through SPSS Statistics IMB 25. The results of this study simultaneously show that Motivation, Reward and Career Development have a positive and significant effect on Productivity. Partially, Motivation, Reward and Career Development have a positive and significant effect on Productivity. Keywords: Motivation, Reward, Career Development and Productivity.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of health, minimum wages and education on poverty in East Java 2020-2021. The type of research used is quantitative. The method used in this research is panel data analysis. Panel data regression is a regression that combines cross section data and time series data. Estimation of panel data regression can be done through 3 estimates, namely CEM, FEM and REM. Data analysis in this study used the help of Eviews 10. In this study, it was found that health, minimum wages and education have a simultaneous effect on poverty. Health has a partial effect on poverty, minimum wage has no partial effect on poverty and education has no partial effect on poverty. Keywords: Health, Minimum Wage, Education, Poverty

Abstract

Abstract Examining the impact of brand image, brand trust, and marketing communication on purchase intention is the goal of this study. This study employed a quantitative research methodology. Purposive sampling is a sort of probability sampling that is employed in the sampling process. Data analysis used SPSS 25 analysis with multiple linear regression techniques. According to the study's findings, brand trust and brand image both significantly influence consumers' propensity to buy impact, as does marketing communication, and brand image, brand trust, and marketing communication all have an impact. on Herborist Juice For Skin products. Keywords: Brand image, brand trust, marketing communication, buying interes

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership styles, rewards, and punishments on the performance of Social Service employees in Batu City 2023. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample used in this study was 50 employee respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires (questionnaire). Data analysis used in this study used validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, simultaneous F test, coefficient of determination, and t test. The results of this study simultaneously the variables of leadership style, reward, and punishment have an effect on the performance of Social Service employees in Batu City 2023. While partially 1) the leadership style variable has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, 2) the reward variable has a significant and positive effect on performance employees, and 3) the punishment variable has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: leadership style, reward, punishment, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Liquidity Ratio with Current Ratio (CR) analysis, Solvency Ratio with Debt Ratio (DR) analysis, and Profitability Ratio with Return On Equity (ROE) analysis on Financial Performance. The population used in this study is banking sector companies, which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018-2021 period. Sample selection using Purposive Sampling technique. This study used multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test. The results of this study show that the Liquidity (CR) variable has a significant effect on financial performance. Solvency (DR) has a significant effect on financial performance. And Profitability (ROE) has an insignificant effect on financial performance.   Keywords: Liquidity, Solvency, Profitability and Financial Performance.

Abstract

Abstract The role of employees is a driving factor for company goals. So that various companies strive to create optimal employee performance. With analysis factors that can encourage optimal employee performance, namely work experience and work ability. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of work experience and work ability on employee performance in the Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Malang. The population in this study were all employees at Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Malang. In this study, we take the number of samples using Slovin's formula and get the calculation results with 64 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study show that simultaneously and partially work experience and work ability have a significant effect on employee performance in the Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Malang. Keywords: Work experience, Work ability, and Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of content marketing, influencers and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions on social media users on TikTok (a case study of unisma feb students class of 2019. The population in this study were S1 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, class of 2019, both from the Management study program as many as 598 students, Accounting as many as 213 students, and Islamic Banking as many as 93 students with a total of 904 people.Then from this number a sample was taken of 90 people using the malhotra formula.The variables used in this research are decision variables purchase (the dependent variable), while the independent variables are content marketing, influencer and online customer review.The results of this study concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between content marketing, influencer and online customer review variables on purchasing decisions and simultaneously concluded that there was an influence between content marketing, influencer and online customer review variables on purchasing decisions. Keywords: purchase decision, content marketing, influencer and online customer review.
