Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the direct and indirect influence between product diversity, price and service quality on repurchase interest through satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is a type of explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study uses the malhotra formula with an unknown population and sampling in this study refers to the malhotra formula by multiplying the number of variables by the indicator known to the number of respondents as many as 105 respondents, with sampling using purposing sampling. In data collection using questionnaire instruments. Based on the results of the study, it is known that product diversity, price and service quality directly have a significant effect on repurchase interest. Product diversity, price and service quality directly have a significant effect on satisfaction. Product diversity, and service quality indirectly affect repurchase interest through satisfaction. And price has no effect on repurchase interest through satisfaction. Keywords: Product Diversity, Price and Service Quality, Satisfaction and            Repurchase Interest.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of job characteristics variables, individual characteristics and employee involvement on employee performance. This research uses a case study at the Malinau Utara District Office, North Kalimantan, which was selected by accidental sampling.Determining the number of samples using saturated or census sampling techniques and obtained the results of 44 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis methods used in this study are Instrument Test (validity test and reliability test), Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test (multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Partial test (t test), Simultaneous test (F test ) and Determination Coefficient Test (Adjusted R2 ) and the process of analysis using SPSS 21. The results of the study stated that the variables of job characteristics and individual characteristics have an effect on employee performance while employee involvement has no effect. Keywords : Job Characteristics, Individual Characteristics, Employee Engagement, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of investment knowledge, financial capability and friendship environment on investment interest in UNISMA. The type of research used is quantitative. Samples taken using purposive sampling technique with Malhotra formula, That is the number of indicators x 5 so that the total sample is 85 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. It uses the F Test for simultaneous hypothesis testing and the t Test for partial testing. In this study, the results obtained are Investment knowledge, financial ability and friendship environment simultaneously affect investment interest. Investment knowledge does not have a partial effect on investment interest, financial ability has a partial effect on investment interest and the friendship environment has a partial effect on investment interest. Keywords: Investment Knowledge, Financial Capability, Friendship Environment, Multiple Linear Regression, Purposive Sampling

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, product diversity and service quality on purchasing decisions in Lazada e-commerce. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population used by Students of the Faculty of Economics & Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2019, was 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique with criteria set by the researchers. Data collection method is by using a questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS 16 program. The results of this study indicate that promotion, product diversity and service quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. Partially promotion has an effect on purchasing decisions, product diversity has partially had an effect on purchasing decisions, Service quality has partially had an effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Promotion, Diversity, Product, Service Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to find out and analyze Financial Literacy, Hedon Lifestyle and Income Level on Millennial Generation's Financial Management Behavior. This research is a descriptive quantitative research with data collection technique using a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 114 respondents. The place of this research is the millennial generation in the Klojen area, Malang City. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method. Processing of primary data using analysis of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25. Techniques with multiple regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that partially each independent variable has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior. Keywords : financial literacy, hedon lifestyle, income level and financial management behavior

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational communication, organizational culture and organizational structure on organizational commitment. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The population used in this research is PMII Rayon Al-Farabi 2022-2023 extra-campus organizational management. While the sample used in this study is probability sampling. There are 174 administrators and samples that can be processed are 64 administrators. The results of this study indicate that the variables of organizational communication, organizational culture and organizational structure simultaneously have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Keywords: Initiative Commitment, Organizational Communication, Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership

Abstract

Abstract The public's absorption of high cosmetic products and the increasing number of beauty industry companies in Indonesia are one of the reasons why this research was carried out. Specifically in this study, the author will discuss Wardah's beauty products, where Wardah products offer halal-certified cosmetics. This study's major goal is to determine and evaluate how the halal label, lifestyle, product pricing, and safety affect Wardah purchase decisions. In this study, the object chosen was a student of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2019 as a respondent. By using causal or explanatory research methods where this method determines the cause and effect between the two events that occur. The results of the study show that: 1) The presence of the Halal label has no discernible influence on purchase choices. 2) Lifestyle significantly influences buying decisions in a favorable way. 3) Product costs have no appreciable influence on consumers' purchasing choices. 4) Security significantly influences a buyer's decision to buy. Keywords: Purchase Decicion, Halal Label, Lifestyle, Product Price, Security.

Abstract

Abstract  This study was conducted to determine the effect of content marketing, price, and online reviews on purchasing decisions for azarine products at shopee (case study of students of the management study program of poor Islamic university class of 2019). This study uses explanatory research and a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was taken with purposive sampling technique with the Slovin formula used to take the sample, and the results obtained were 86 respondents. To solve the problems in this study, using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, classical assumption tests. research using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23. The results of this study are content marketing variables, prices, and online reviews have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, content marketing variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, price variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and online review variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Content Marketing, Price, Online Reviews, And Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of trust, price, product quality and quality of information on using the marketplace on purchasing decisions on the Facebook marketplace (a case study on students at the Islamic University of Malang). The population in this study are consumers who have made purchases through the Facebook marketplace application within the campus of the Islamic University of Malang. The sampling technique used quantitative methods with a total sample of 85 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS application tools. The results of the study show that simultaneously the variables of trust, price, product quality and information quality influence purchasing decisions. Partially the variables of trust and product quality have an effect on purchasing decisions and the variables of price and quality of information partially have no effect on purchasing decisions because the significant value is greater than 0.05 and the t count <1.991. Keywords: Trust, Price, Product Quality, Information Quality

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze people's buying interest in Converse shoes based on the marketing strategy carried out by Converse on social media, information circulating on internet media related to Converse shoes shared by other users, and clothing styles that are currently a trend in society. This type of research is Explanatory Research using quantitative methods. The population is students of the Islamic University of Malang with a sample of 100 respondents along with a sampling technique, namely Purposive Sampling. The data source comes from primary data by distributing questionnaires and using SPSS version 25.0 as a data analysis tool. The test results show simultaneously and partially that Social Media Marketing (X1), Electronic Word Of Mouth (X2), and Fashion Trends (X3) have a positive effect on Purchase Intention (Y). Kata Kunci: Social Media Marketing, Electronic Word Of Mouth, Trend Fashion, Sepatu Converse.
