Abstract

Abstrack This activity is carried out in order to understand and also reveal the various influences that can be obtained from the variables that are the subject of this research. In general, it states that every decision to purchase a product or service will be influenced by various things, namely the quality of the product, the price of the product, the location or location that can be reached by consumers. For this reason, today it becomes a variable that will be used to determine whether these factors have a relationship with a consumer's purchase decision. For that and the purpose of this is to understand how it will affect it and reveal whether there are other factors that can influence it or only this factor that affects the level of purchasing decisions. All information related to this research will be collected through a questionnaire that is submitted to all customers of the embroidery palace shop with a total of 100 respondents. Then from all the information obtained will be analyzed using multiple linear revisions and the results will be assessed in the category of simultaneous or partial. The results show that maximally and partially they both convey that the quality of the product, related prices and locations have a significant or positive influence in determining consumer purchasing decisions. The effect or linkage, namely the r-test, as many as 31.2% of these variables affect their purchasing decisions while the remaining 66.8% are influenced by other things outside of the research context and have not been detected before. Keywords : Product Quality, Price, Location, and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of the perceptions halal label, brand image, and product quality on the purchase decision of Wardah cosmetic products. The sample in this study were users of Wardah cosmetic products spread across the Kepanjen, Malang. The sampling technique used purposive samplingand snowball sampling methods. The number of samples in this study were 85 respondents. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. Data analysis in this research uses SPSS IBM V.28.0 for windows. The data testing technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The test result obtained were that the perceptions halal label, brand image, and product quality simultaneously influenced purchasing decisions. The halal label has a partial effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has no partial effect on purchasing decisions, and product quality has a partial effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Perceptions Halal Label, Brand Image, Product Quality, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of seniority, work performance, and work motivation on employee productivity at Indomaret Sumedang 2 Kepanjen. The population in this study is all employees at Indomaret Sumedang 2 Kepanjen. The number of samples used is the same as the population or called a census, namely 32 people. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS 25 (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) application tool. Based on testing using the simultaneous F test analysis, the results showed that there was a significant influence between the X variable (Seniority, Work Achievement, and Work Motivation) simultaneously on the Y variable (employee productivity) at Indomaret Sumedang 2 Kepanjen and the partial test analysis (t test) in Research shows that the seniority variable has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of Indomaret Sumedang 2 Kepanjen, work performance has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of Indomaret Sumedang 2 Kepanjen, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of Indomaret Sumedang 2 Kepanjen. Keywords: Seniority, Work Performance, Work Motivation, Employee Productivity

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to identify the effects of brand image, quality perception, and social media influencers on purchasing intentions. Quantitative research was the method used in this investigation. Probability sampling or simple random sample is the technique used in sampling. By multiplying the number of indicators by 5 as part of the sampling process, 80 respondents are produced. The findings of this study demonstrate that brand image, quality perception, and social media influencers all significantly influence consumers' willingness to make a purchase.  Keywords: Brand Image, Quality Perception, Social Media Influencers, Buying Interest

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, workload and work stress on the performance of PPNPN employees at the BPN Malang Regency Office. The sample used in this study were 79 employees using the saturated sample technique. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is the F test and t test. Based on the results of testing the F test the model is qualify goodness of fit, so it is feasible to use for further analysis. Meanwhile, based on the results of the t-test, the leadership style variable has no significant effect on the performance of PPNPN employees at the Malang Regency BPN Office, the variables of workload and work stress have a significant effect on the performance of PPNPN employees at the Malang Regency BPN Office.  Keywords : Leadership Style, Workload, Work Stress and Performance Employee

Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to determine the effect of Communication Skill, Work Discipline and Quality of Human Resources on Employee Performance. The location of this research was carried out at the PDAM Banyuanyar Branch Office, Probolinggo Regency. This research is a quantitative study. This study uses a case study method where data is obtained by downloading employee performance reports at the PDAM Banyuanyar Branch Office, Probolinggo Regency. The sampling technique in this study used . Total sampling technique, which is a sampling technique where all members of the population are sampled as all subjects studied or as respondents providing information. The data analysis method in this study is using descriptive inferential statistical analysis using the SPSS assistance program which is used to analyze the data that has been obtained. through the answers to the questionnaire (questionnaire), the results of the F test indicate that the variables of communication skills, work discipline and the quality of human resources have a significant effect simultaneously or jointly on the performance of the employees of PDAM Banyuanyar Branch, Probolinggo Regency. Furthermore, the results of the t test show that communication skills, work performance and the quality of human resources have a partially significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of this study indicate that communication skills between employees need to be improved and paid attention to in order to increase their performance to the maximum, then employee work discipline is good and needs to be maintained because employees can work on time, comply with existing regulations and hard workers need to be maintained in order to improve performance. maximally, and the quality of human resources that need to be improved in understanding more deeply related to tasks and making use of each, increasing knowledge and ability to work  Keywords: Communication Skill, Work Discipline, Quality Of Human Resources, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This research is to identify and analyze the effect of workload, leadership style and work stress on employee performance in the case of Citra Textile Stores Malang. The population in this study were employees of Citra Textile Store Malang. The sample in this study were 126 employees of Citra Textile Store Malang, with the determination of the number of samples using the slovin formula, which then obtained a total of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results simultaneously and partially showed that workload, leadership style and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Workload, Leadership Style, Work Stress, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract Djarum LA cigarettes are one of the many cigarette brand products issued by PT Djarum. The marketing carried out is of course supported by several factors on how consumers are able to decide on their purchase of Djarum LA cigarette products in Malang City. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of brand awareness, promotion mix and word of mouth on consumer purchasing decisions on Djarum LA Cigarettes in Malang City. The population in this study were consumers of Djarum LA cigarettes in Malang City. Determining the number of samples using the Maholtra formula, and the results obtained were 80 respondents. The sampling method uses a non-probablity sampling technique with purposive sampling which uses a collection technique based on certain criteria. The results of the study show that brand awareness, promotion mix and word of mouth simultaneously and partially influence the purchasing decisions of consumers of Djarum LA cigarettes in Malang City. Keywords : Purchase Decision, Brand Awareness, Promotion Mix Word of Mouth.

Abstract

 Abstract In this day and age, traveling has become part of a lifestyle to reduce boredom and refresh the mind from daily routines. Affordable location, good service quality, adequate facilities and affordable prices are important factors in influencing the decision to visit. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of location, service quality, facilities and prices on visiting decisions. This research was conducted on Ledok Amprong tourists in Malang Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with sampling techniques using non-probability sampling methods with purposive sampling techniques. Determination of the number of samples as many as 96 respondents. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests and coefficients of determination using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study show that location, service quality, facilities and price have a significant effect simultaneously on visiting decisions. Location, service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit, while facilities have a positive and insignificant effect on the decision to visit. The influence of location, service quality, facilities and price on visiting decisions shows a coefficient of determination of 41%. Keywords: Visiting Decision, Location, Quality of Service, Facilities and Price.

Abstract

Abstract Along with economic growth and technological developments, the business world is experiencing rapid development with the emergence of various companies trying to create products and quality offered at competitive prices, which are potential producers to consider purchasing decisions of consumers. This study aims to investigate the impact of product quality, price, and digital marketing on consumer interest in purchasing Roughneck 1991 goods. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire through the Google form and measured using a Likert scale. The sample in this study were 95 respondents who were taken from the technique using the Malhotra formula. Furthermore, after the data is collected, to test the hypothesis using SPSS software. The results of the study show that digital marketing, product quality, and price have a significant effect on the intention to buy Roughneck 1991 products. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Product Quality, Price, Purchase Intention
