Abstract

Abstract The goal of this study is to determine and examine how intellectual, spiritual, and emotional intelligence affect CV workers' performance. The Pasuruan Sido Rame Makmur. Research of this kind is quantitative. This study is a census-based study. In this study, there are two types of data sources: primary data and secondary data. A questionnaire and a Likert scale are used in the research data collection process. The findings of this study suggest that employee performance is influenced by intellectual, spiritual, and emotional intelligence. Spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence all have a substantial impact on an employee's performance. Intellectual intelligence has little to no impact. Keywords: Intellectual Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of company size, company growth and profitability on company value in companies in the food and beverage industry sector which are listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. This research uses Explanative Research. The sample selection for this study used a purposive sampling method using several criteria. From these criteria, companies in the food and beverage sector are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), companies in the food and beverage industry sector that do not publish annual financial reports consistently on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period and companies in the food and beverage sector. did not experience delisting on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis and used SPSS version 29.0. The results of this study show. Company size has a partially insignificant negative effect on firm value, Company growth has a partially positive and insignificant effect on firm value and Profitability has a partially significant positive effect on firm value Company size, company growth and profitability have a significant positive effect simultaneously on firm value in companies the food and beverage sector listed on the IDX in 2019-2021 Keywords: Company size, company growth profitability and company value.

Abstract

Abstract  This research was conducted to determine the effect of ease of use, service quality, security perceptions on the decision to use BRImo at Bank BRI Malang City. The type of research used is quantitative research, with data collection methods by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study are residents of the city of Malang. The sample calculation in this study used the Malhotra formula which produced 95 respondents. The method of determining the sample is using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. This data analysis technique uses SPSS 22.0. This study has fulfilled the validity and reliability tests. The data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, statistical test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study are the variables of ease of use, service quality, and perceived security and simultaneously or partially influence the decision to use BRImo at Bank BRI Malang City. Keywords: Ease of Use, Quality of Service, Perceived Security

Abstract

Abstract  The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of self-service techniques and the quality of service and digital marketing on Shopee Food customer satisfaction. The data used in this study were distributing questionnaires to participants and using primary and secondary data to determine the number of active business students in the department. The population of this survey consisted of undergraduate students at the Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Malang class of 2019, but the sample for this survey consisted of 95 people with certain criteria. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear analysis using F-tests and t-tests to test hypotheses. Research also shows that shopeefood has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In part, self-service technology, service quality, and digital marketing have a significant impact on Shopee Food customer satisfaction. Keywords: Self Service Technology, Service Quality And Digital Marketing

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of product differentiation and emotional value on consumer loyalty at Syaksha Shisha Malang. The population in this study is all customers of Sarijan Café accumulated in a month totaling 800 customers. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 89 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS 25 (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) application tool. Based on testing using the simultaneous F test analysis, the results showed that there was a significant influence between variable X (product differentiation, emotional value) simultaneously on variable Y (consumer loyalty) on Syaksha Shisha Malang customers, and analysis of the partial t test results showed that product differentiation has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty Syaksha Shisha Malang with a significance value of 0.008 <0.05, emotional value has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty Syaksha Shisha Malang with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Keywords: Product Differentiation, Emotional Value, Consumer Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate and explain the impact of financial literacy, lifestyle, and self-control on the consumption behavior of Islamic University of Malang students in the class of 2019. As many as 100 responders successfully gathered the available samples. Although SPSS is utilized for analysis, Multiple Linear Regression is employed. According to the findings of this study, financial literacy, lifestyle, and self-control all have a simultaneous influence on consumption, and financial literacy and lifestyle have a large positive effect on consumption while self-control has a considerable negative effect. Keywords : Financial Literacy, Lifestyle, Self-Control.

Abstract

Abstract The goal of this research is to determine how elements such as product, price, location, and promotion affect consumers' decisions to buy. Using a quantitative approach, the research was conducted. The Consumers of the Products are the population in this study Varisya Collection Tumpang. Although this study's sample was calculated using the Slovin formula so there are 112 samples. Using a questionnaire, we collected primary data. The data analysis technique used includes the instrument test for validity and reliability, the traditional assumption test for Hypothesis testing for partial test, stealth test, and coefficient of determination, as well as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. According to the research's partial findings, product has a major impact on buying decisions, price has a negative impact on buying decisions but still has a considerable impact, location has no significant impact on buying decisions, and promotion has a significant impact on buying decisions. Keyword : Product, Price, Place, Promotion on Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract Puskesmas is an institution under the auspices of the Health Service which aims to organize health efforts that are comprehensive, integrated, equitable, acceptable and affordable for the people of Indonesia. However, we often see cases of bad health worker service practices at the Puskesmas. This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance, quality work life and work engagement on the performance of Janti Health Center employees. In this study using explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 34 health workers. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. While the method of data analysis using instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that work life balance and quality work life did not significantly influence the performance of Janti Health Center employees. Meanwhile, work engagement has a significant effect on the performance of Janti Health Center employees. Keywords: Work Life Balance, Quality Work Life, Work Engagement, Performance

Abstract

Abstract  The aim of this study is to determine how customer satisfaction with transportation services at Maxim Malang is influenced by factors such as customer trust, service quality, usability, and cost. Students from the Islamic University of Malang became the study target group. The sample was taken using the Malhotra methodology, resulting in a final response rate of 100. Purposive sampling is the procedure used to select the sample. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis method used in this study, assisted by the SPSS for Windows program. The findings of the investigation are: 1. Customer trust, service quality, ease of use, and price are independent factors, while consumer happiness is the dependent variable. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of free shipping, discounts and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions of consumers of the TikTok Shop study on Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business class of 2019, Islamic University of Malang. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling technique with the Malhotra formula used to take the sample, namely the number of items x 5 so that the total sample is 85 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is testing the simultaneous hypothesis (Uji F) and testing the partial hypothesis (Uji t). The results of his research show that free shipping has a significant and positive influence on the purchasing decisions of TikTok Shop consumers, discounts have a significant and positive influence on the purchasing decisions of TikTok Shop consumers and online customer reviews partially have no effect on the purchasing decisions of TikTok Shop consumers. In addition, simultaneously free shipping, discounts and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions of TikTok Shop consumers. Keywords: Free Shipping, Discounts and Online Customer Reviews and Consumer Purchase Decisions TikTok Shop.
