Abstract

Abstract The aim of this study is to determine the influence of incentives, work-life balance, work discipline and work motivation on the performance of PT PLN ULP Pandaan employees.  The location of this research is PT PLN ULP Pandaan.  This type of quantitative research uses the case study method with data obtained through distributing questionnaires to all employees of PT PLN ULP Pandaan.  Using the total method with a sample size of 60 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and determination test. Based on these result, the t test shows that the incentives, work-life balance, work discipline and work motivation partially have a significant positive effect on the performance of PT PLN ULP Pandaan employees.  The results of the determination test show a percentage of 93.2% where employee performance can be influenced by incentives, work-life balance, work discipline and work motivation Keywords: Incentives, Work-life Balance, Work Discipline, Work motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract Some factors in culinary business are very important to note in order to attract costumers or preserve customers that already exist. Price perception, taste, and customer satisfaction are some factors in culinary business that must be note to run a business especially for culinary business. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence between price perception, taste, and customer satisfaction in You&Me Restaurant Gresik.This research was a quantitative research using premier data, data was obtained by spreading the questionnaire to 80 samples who has been to You&Me Restaurant at least once or more than once. The obtained and described data was used to find whether there is an influence between price perception, taste, and customer satisfaction on customer repurchase intention on You&Me Restaurant Gresik.Based on the result of this research, it can be known that there is an simultaneous influence and also partial influence between price perception, taste, and customer satisfaction on customer repurchase intention in You&Me Restaurant Gresik. Keyword : Price Perception, Taste, Customer Satisfaction, Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to test and explain the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy, entrepreneurial character, and digital literacy on interest in entrepreneurship using e-commerce among active university students in Malang City. The sample used in this research was 90 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The data test used is partial hypothesis testing (t test). The results of this research show that partially (t test) the entrepreneurial knowledge variable has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship using e-commerce among active university students in Malang City, the self-efficacy variable has no significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship using e-commerce among active university students in Malang City, the entrepreneurial character variable has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship using e-commerce among active university students in Malang City and the digital literacy variable has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship using e-commerce among active university students in Malang City. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Knowledge, Self-Efficacy, Entrepreneurial Character and Digital Literacy

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the simultaneous or partial influence of Brand Awareness, Brand Images, and Perceived Quality on Customer Loyalty at Clodia Outfit. This type of research uses a quantitative approach method. The population in this study were female students from Malang City. Determining the sample in this research was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, namely a technique for selecting samples based on the special characteristics of the sample. Researchers will later take samples from Malang City students who made purchases at Clodia Outfit more than once. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and determine the Influence of Entrepreneurship Education, Income Expectations, and Entrepreneurial Motivation on Entrepreneurial Interest of Students (A Study on Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2020). This research is a quantitative type of research. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used the formula from Malhotra with a result of 80 samples. To solve the problems in this study, SPSS assistance was used with validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, F test, and t test. The research results show that simultaneously the variables of Entrepreneurship Education (X1), Income Expectations (X2), and Entrepreneurial Motivation (X3) have a significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest (Y). Partial research results show that Entrepreneurship Education (X1), Income Expectations (X2), and Entrepreneurial Motivation (X3) partially have a significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest (Y). Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Income Expectations, Entrepreneurial Motivation

Abstract

Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh harga, kelengkapan produk, dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada kafe Stmj Deplok. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 pembeli di Stmj Deplok. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kuantitatif yang menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara parsial, variabel kelengkapan produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada kafe Stmj Deplok, sedangkan variabel harga dan lokasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada kafe Stmj Deplok. Kata Kunci: Harga, Kelengkapan Produk, Lokasi, Dan Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Abstract Rena Factory Outlet is one of the shopping centers in Tuban Regency which has complete facilities in a modern style. This is what makes researchers want to observe these problems, As a result, the purpose of this study was to determine how the brand image, store atmosphere, online customer reviews on customer purchasing decisions for Rena Factory Outlet Kab. Tuban. This study uses quantitative methods using non-probability sampling techniques because the population is unknown and in determining the sample for research, purposive sampling techniques are used using the Malhotra formula by taking a sample of 80 consumers who have visited and bought at Rena Factory Outlet by distributing questionnaires using google form through social media. The analysis method uses the SPSS version 25.0 application. The results of the Rena Factory Outlet study show that brand image, store atmosphere, online customer reviews tested simultaneously have significant results and influence purchasing decisions. Partially, the variables of brand image and store atmosphere have has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, however, the online customer review factor has a positive but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Brand Image, Store Atmosphere, Online Customer Review.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing literacy, self declare halal certification on the success of MSMEs through entrepreneur. The population of this study were culinary subsector MSMEs in Malang City with a sample of 80 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods with Smart Partial Least Square path analysis techniques, analyzed using the SmartPLS version 4.0 application. The results of this study indicate that: (1) marketing literacy has no effect on business success, (2) marketing literacy affects entrepreneur knowledge, (3) self declare halal certification affects business success, (4) self declare halal certification has no effect on entrepreneur knowledge, (5) entrepreneur knowledge has no effect on business success, (6) entrepreneur knowledge is not proven to mediate the effect of marketing literacy on business success, and (7) entrepreneur knowledge is not proven to mediate the effect of self declare halal certification on business success. Keywords: Marketing Literacy; Self Declare Halal Certification; Entepreneur Knowledge; Business Success; MSMEs

Abstract

Abstract Nowadays, with increasingly rapid technological developments, one of the impacts is that purchases are becoming faster and more rapid through online markets.This study investigates the relationship between punctuality(on-time delivery) and quality of service with purchasing decisions on one of the online markets, namely Shopee. This study conducted on students of the Islamic University of Malang. The research variables consist of On-time Delivery (X1) and Quality (X2) as independent variables and Purchasing decisions (Y) as the dependent variable. In this study, it was found that there was a simultaneous influence between the variables of On-Time Delivery and Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions. Even if separated, the variable of On-Time Delivery has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions and the variable of Service Quality has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. Keywords: On-time delivery, punctuality, quality of service, partial regression, simultaneous regression

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out how big the effect of taste, cafe condition, location and customer experience to customer loyalty. The object of this research is costumer's who have purchased Pipir Lepen Cafe products more than twice of the population. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 95 people. This research used a multiple linear regression model. This research shows that taste, cafe atmosphere, location and customer experience simultaneously influence customer loyalty. Taste has a significant effect on customer loyalty. The atmosphere of the cafe has no significant effect on customer loyalty. Location has no significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer experience has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: Taste, cafe atmosphere, location, customer experience, customer loyalty
