Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image, Brand Love, and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on the purchasing decisions of Nike shoes among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Malang, class of 2020. In this modern era, technological developments affect people's lifestyles, including continuously changing fashion trends. Nike, as one of the leading shoe manufacturers, has a competitive advantage with high quality and advanced technological innovation. This research uses a quantitative method with an explanatory research approach. The study population consists of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Malang who use Nike shoes, with a sample of 110 respondents selected through snowball sampling. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, Brand Image, Brand Love, and e-WOM significantly influence the purchasing decisions of Nike shoes. Partially, Brand Love and e-WOM have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, while Brand Image does not have a significant influence. for futher researchers to expand references. Keywords: Brand Image, Brand Love, e-WOM and Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to explain digital marketing, celebrity endorsement, product quality and purchase intention and to find out digital marketing, celebrity endorsement and product quality on buying interest partially. The research method used is quantitative research method and this type of research is purposive sampling. The sample of this research is active students of S1 FEB Islamic University Malang with a total of 85 respondents. To obtain data, this study used a data collection method with a questionnaire. The data analysis used is instrument test, normality test, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination using the SPSS 23 application. The results of this study indicate that digital marketing, celebrity endorsement and product quality have a partial effect on buying interest in Deliwafa Store Malang. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Celebrity Endorsement, Product Quality And Purchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract Torongrejo village, Junjero subdistrict, Batu city is a place where research is conducted. The quantitative research is used type of research . The aim of this research is to determine the effect of socializing the dangers and benefits of electricity on public awareness. The sample used in this research was 40 resident respondents affected by the Sengkaling - Mendalan SUTT / SUTET electricity network in Torongrejo village, Junjero subdistrict, Batu city. Questionnaires are a data collection technique . The results of the research show that socialization about the dangers of electricity does not have a significant effect on public awareness. Meanwhile, socialization of the benefits of electricity and socialization of the dangers and benefits of electricity simultaneously have a significant influence on public awareness. Keywords: Socialization Of The Dangers Of Electricity, Socialization Of The Benefits Of Electricity, And Public Awareness

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the impact of cross-selling marketing, viral marketing, and product bundling marketing on the purchasing decisions of Skintific products in Malang City. Employing a multiple linear regression method, this study focuses on Explanatory research employing quantitative methods. The sample of 90 consumers was determined using the Malhotra formula. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25, including validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, classic assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and the determination coefficient test (R2). The results show that overall, cross-selling marketing, viral marketing, and product bundling marketing significantly influence the purchasing decisions of Skintific product consumers in Lowokwaru District, Malang. Specifically, cross-selling marketing and viral marketing have a positive impact on purchasing decisions, while product bundling marketing does not have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. Keywords: Cross-Selling Marketing, Viral Marketing, Product Bundling Marketing, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract The results of this research aim to determine Price, Promotion and Barand Image on Maxim User Decisions in a study on FEB Students of the Islamic University of Malang Class of 2020. Based on the results of this research, it shows that the price variable has a positive and significant effect on user decisions with a significant value of 0.001<0.05, the Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on User Decisions with a significant value of 0.028<0.005 and the Brand Image variable has a positive and significant effect on User Decisions with a significance value of 0.14<0.05.  Keywords: Work Environment, Financial Compensation And Non-Financial Compensation

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of training and competency on mediating performance by member satisfaction in UKM Islamic University of Malang. The type of research used is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. Sampling in this study used simple random sampling, namely by using simple random sampling to serve as a sample using the Slovin formula with a sample size of 102 respondents. Data processing uses SEM-AMOS. The data analysis method used in this research is by using outer model and inner model testing. Based on the research results, it is known that training and competence have a significant effect on performance, training and competence do not have a significant effect on satisfaction, satisfaction has a significant effect on performance and satisfaction can mediate training and competence on performance. Keywords: Training, Competency, Performance and Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract The research aims to determine the influence of debt policy and deffered tax burden on the financial performance of food an beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was carried out using a purposive sampling technique so that the samples obtained were 6 food and beverage companies with a total of 30 observations of data over 5 years. The data collection technique used is documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linier regression with SPSS software tools. The research result show that debt policy has a significant effect on financial performance, while deferred tax expenses have no effect on financial performance. Keywords: Debt Policy, Deferred Tax Burden, Financial Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived food quality, consumer trust, consumer satisfaction, and product innovation on repurchase intention in consumers of Mie Horor Kepanjen. The sampling technique using purposive sampling obtained a sample of 90 respondents. Data collection method using questionnaires. The data analysis technique carried out in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously perceived food quality, consumer trust, consumer satisfaction, and product innovation towards repurchase intention in consumers of Mie Horor Kepanjen. In addition, this study shows that partially perceived food quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention in consumers of Mie Horor Kepanjen. However, partially consumer confidence, consumer satisfaction, and product innovation have a positive but not significant effect on the repurchase intention of Mie Horor Kepanjen consumers. Keywords: Perceived Food Quality, Consumer Trust, Consumer Satisfaction, And Product Innovation, Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of Customer Experience, Local Product Image, and Cafe Atmosphere on Customer Loyalty at Sen's Coffee and Space. The research was conducted using a survey method with 90 respondents, utilizing a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The data testing used is partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The results of the research show that Customer Experience, Local Product Image, and Cafe Atmosphere have a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty. In conclusion, impressive Customer Experience, good Local Product Image, and a comfortable Cafe Atmosphere can increase Customer Loyalty at Sen's Coffee and Space. Keywords : Customer Experience, Local Product Image, Cafe Atmosphere, and Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract The study to examine the effect of prices, product quality, and brand image simultaneously or partially on the buying interest of Camille Beauty product customers. The type of research is explanatory research and uses quantitative approach methods. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a sampling method using purposive sampling technique. The population size in this study used primary data sources as well as data collection method used is a multiple linier regression model using SPSS version 25 data processing application. The sample used in this study show that (1) prices variables, product quality, and brand image have a significant effect simultaneously on the buying interest of Camille Beauty customers in Malang City (2) prices variables do not have a partially significant effect on the buying interest of Camille Beauty customers in Malang City (3) product quality variables have a partially significant effect on the buying interest of Camille Beauty customers in Malang City (4) image variable the brand has a partially significant effect on the buying of Camille Beauty customers in Malang City. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, and Brand Image
