Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to see the influence of UMKM practices on the competitiveness of UMKM in Rejoso Hamlet, Junrejo Village. The number of samples used in this research was 35 UMKM, using a probability sampling method in the form of census sampling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Research data was analyzed using IBM SPSS software. Analysis data using multiple regression method. The research results show that recruitment does not have a positive and significant influence on the competitiveness of UMKM in Rejoso Hamlet, Junrejo Village. The training had a positive and significant influence on the competitiveness of MSMEs in Rejoso Hamlet, Junrejo Village. Payroll has a positive and significant influence on the competitiveness of UMKM in Dsusun Rejoso, Junrejo Village. Keywords: Competitiveness, Recruiting, Training, Payroll, UMKM

Abstract

Abstract This research was marked by a significant reduction in employees in the last 3 years from 450 employees to 250 employees. So with this phenomenon, I, as a researcher who has worked in this field, am interested in researching this problem. According to my observations, employee reductions occur due to employees' lack of understanding of competency, career development, organizational culture and organizational justice. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of competency, career development, organizational culture, and organizational justice on employee performance.The research that will be used is explanatory research which is included in the quantitative method. Explanatory research is research that intends to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable and another variable. The respondents in this research were 75 marketing employees. The sampling technique was purposive sampling for PT Blue Ocean Heart employees. The results of this research reveal that the influence of competence, career development, organizational culture, and organizational justice have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Competency, Career Development, Organizational Culture, Organizational Justice, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to test and determine the influence of price perceptions, service quality and location on purchasing decisions (Study on consumers of UD Setia Makmur Malang). This research is a type of quantitative research. The sampling technique used the formula from Lemeshow with the calculation results of 96 samples. The data used in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires to visitors to the UD Setia Makmur Malang shop. To solve the problems in this research using SPSS assistance with instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests, normality tests, analysis of classical assumption tests, namely multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests, namely F tests, t tests and coefficient tests. determination. The results of this research state that price perception has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions and location has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Price Perception, Service Quality, Location, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze the relationship between Islamic Financial Literacy and Muslim Entrepreneurial Behavior on the Performance of Business Actors. This research uses studies on Business Actors in Malang, both in the City and Regency. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to business actors selected using purposive sampling. Determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 72 respondents. The analytical method used in this research was the research instrument test (Validity Test, Reliability Test), Normality Test. Classic assumption test (Multicolinearity Test, Heteroskedasticity Test). Multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis test (F test, t test) and Coefficient of Determination Test using SPSS data processing. The results of this research show that Islamic Financial Literacy does not influence the Performance of Business Actors. Muslim Entrepreneurial Behavior has a significantly positive effect on the Performance of Business Actors. Keywords:Islamic Financial Literacy, Muslim Entrepreneurial Behavior, and Business Actor Performance

Abstract

Abstract The study aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation, Organizational Culture and Employee Communication (Case study of employees of PT. Energi Lautan Nusantara Plant 1 Malang).  This type of research uses a quantitative approach and the data collection method used in this research is a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 41 respondents. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis with hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. Based on the results of this study indicate that Work Motivation, Organizational Culture and Employee Communication simultaneously affect Employee Performance while partially Work Motivation has no effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Culture affects Employee Performance and Employee Communication affects Employee performance. Keywords : Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, Employee Communication, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, online customer reviews, and celebrity endorsements on the purchasing decisions of the Facial Wash Kahf product among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at the Islamic University of Malang. The research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. The population of this study comprises FEB students who use Facial Wash Kahf, with a sample of 100 respondents obtained using purposive sampling based on the Malhotra formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the coefficient of determination test. The results show that brand image, online customer reviews, and celebrity endorsements simultaneously have a significant impact on purchasing decisions. Partially, online customer reviews and celebrity endorsements significantly influence purchasing decisions, while brand image does not. The Adjusted R Square of 68.8% indicates that the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions, can be explained by brand image, online customer reviews, and celebrity endorsements, while 31.2% is explained by other variables outside the research model. The conclusion of this study is that brand image, online customer reviews, and celebrity endorsements significantly influence the purchasing decisions of the Facial Wash Kahf product, with online customer reviews and celebrity endorsements having a stronger partial influence. Keywords: Brand Image, Online Customer Reviews, Celebrity Endorsements, Purchasing Decisions, Facial Wash Kahf.

Abstract

Abstract  This research aims to analyze the influence of transaction security, online customer reviews and ratings on purchasing interest. This research is a type of quantitative research. The sample in this study was 68 respondents, with sampling using purposing sampling. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that transaction security, while online customer reviews and ratings simultaneously have a significant effect on student purchasing interest in Malang City. Keywords: Transaction Security, Online Customer Review, Rating, and Buying  Interest.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was determine product quality and price on purchasing decisions partially or simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative research methods and the type of research is purposive sampling. The sample of this study were consumers of Kawipack Bag Stores in Malang City, totaling 55 respondents. To obtain accurate and detailed data, this study used a questionnaire data collection method. The data analysis used is instrument test, normality test, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that product quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Kawipack Bag Stores in Malang City. Furthermore, partially product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Kawipack Bag Stores in Malang City. Keywords : Product Quality, Price, Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze and explain the influence of Financial Socialization, Financial Knowledge and Financial Experience on Financial Management Behaviour among Students at the Islamic University of Malang. The sample used ini this research was 96 respondents obtained from the Slovin formula using probability sampling techniques. The data analysis method used ini this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linier regression analysis. The data testing used is partial hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that partially the Financial Socialization variable has a significant effect on the Financial Management Behaviour of Islamic University of Malang Students, the Financial Knowledge variable has a significant effect on the Financial Management Behaviour of Islamic University of Malang Students, and the Financial Experience variable has no significant effect on the Financial Management Behaviour of Islamic University of Malang Students. Keywords: Financial Socialization, Financial Knowledge, Financial Experience and Financial Management Behaviour.
