Abstract

Abstract Along with economic growth and technological developments, the business world is experiencing rapid development with the emergence of various companies trying to create products and quality offered at competitive prices, which are potential producers to consider purchasing decisions of consumers. This study aims to investigate the impact of product quality, price, and digital marketing on consumer interest in purchasing Roughneck 1991 goods. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire through the Google form and measured using a Likert scale. The sample in this study were 95 respondents who were taken from the technique using the Malhotra formula. Furthermore, after the data is collected, to test the hypothesis using SPSS software. The results of the study show that digital marketing, product quality, and price have a significant effect on the intention to buy Roughneck 1991 products. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Product Quality, Price, Purchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out and analyze how much influence entrepreneurial motivation, family environment and entrepreneurial orientation have on entrepreneurial interest. The population in this study were youth entering late adolescence and early adulthood in Kebobang Village. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire with a sample size determined using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 83 respondents. Data testing techniques used in this research include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this research simultaneously show that the influence of entrepreneurial motivation, family environment and entrepreneurial orientation influences entrepreneurial interest. Partially, Entrepreneurial Motivation and Entrepreneurial Orientation influence Entrepreneurial Interest, while the Family Environment has no influence on Entrepreneurial Interest. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Motivation, Family Environment, Entrepreneurial Orientation and Entrepreneurial Interest.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze leadership style, work environment and compensation on employee loyalty. The type of approach used is explanatory research. The sample used in this research used a saturated sample formula, with a total of 46 samples and used 14 statement indicators. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The data testing used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) and partial hypothesis testing (t test). The results of the research show that leadership style, work environment and compensation have a positive and significant influence simultaneously on employee loyalty at PT Jawara Properti Indonesia. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT Jawara Properti Indonesia. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT Jawara Properti Indonesia. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT Jawara Properti Indonesia. Keywords: Analyze Leadership Style, Work Environment, Compensation And Employee Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out the impact of Word of Mouth, Brand Image, and Product Quality on Purchase Decision OMG Matte Kiss Lip Cream Case Study Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Islamic University of Armed Forces 2020. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a Slovene formula of 87 respondents. The study used SPSS data analysis methods in analyzing of normality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, double linear regression tests and adjusted R2 coefficient tests. The results showed that Word of Mouth does not significantly influence purchase decisions, Brand Image had significant influence on purchasing decisions, and Product Quality had significant impact on purchase decisions Keywords: Word of Mouth, Brand Image, Product Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of job characteristics, organizational characteristics and employee job satisfaction variables in the Malang City Population and Civil Registration Service case study. The sample used was 80 employees of the Malang City Population and Civil Registration Service. The data collection methods used in this research were questionnaires and Google Form.Based on the research results, it is known that job characteristics, organizational characteristics and individual characteristics simultaneously influence the job satisfaction variable of Malang City Population and Civil Registration Service employees. Job characteristics have a significant influence on job satisfaction. Malang City Population and Civil Registration Service employee variables, organizational characteristics have a significant effect on the job satisfaction variable of Malang City Population and Civil Registration Service employees, individual characteristics have a significant effect on the job satisfaction variable of Malang City Population and Civil Registration Service employees, individual characteristics have a significant effect on variables job satisfaction of employees of the Malang City Population and Civil Registration Service, individual characteristics have a significant effect on the variable Job satisfaction of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Malang City, individual characteristics have a significant effect on the variable Job satisfaction of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Malang City. Keywords : Job Characteristics, Organizational Characteristics, Individual Characteristics And Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

 Abstract This research aims to identifying and analyze the influence between financial knowledge, hedonism lifestyle and self control on financial behavior. This research uses studies on gen Z in Ketapang sub-district, Sampang district, east java. A total of 80 participants in this research. The analytical method used in this research was intstrument test that is validity test and realibility test, mormality test, classic assumption test analysis that is multicolinearity test and heteroskedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test that is F test, t test and coefficient of determination test using SPSS data processing. This research states the results that financial knowledge has a significantly positive effect on financial behavior, hedonism lifestyle has a significantly positive effect on financial behaviorand self control has a significantly positive effect on financial behavior. Keywords: financial knowledge, hedonism lifestyle, self control and financial behavior

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of human relations, work stress and work motivation on the performance of production employees at PT. Cimory. This type of research focuses on explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were production employees of PT. Cimory, Pasuruan Regency. A sample of 68 employees was determined using the Slovin formula. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS, including validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of the research show that human relations and work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of PT production employees. Cimory. Meanwhile, work stress does not have a significant influence on the performance of PT production employees. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze and explain the influence of discounts, service quality and customer experience on repurchase intention among shopeefood service users. The population of this study were students from the Faculty of Business Economics, Malang Islamic University, majoring in management, class of 2020. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the Slovin formula and 82 respondents were obtained. The data analysis method in this research is quantitative data analysis using SPSS. The research results show that the discount variable has a significant effect on repurchase intention among shopeefood service users, the service quality variable has no significant effect on repurchase intention among shopeefood service users, and customer experience has a significant effect on repurchase intention among shopeefood service users. Keywords: Discount, Service Quality, Customer Experience and Repurchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to analyze the effects of Impulse Buying, Product Quality and E-WOM on the purchase of K-pop music albums by online. This research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data sources of this reseacrh are primary data from questionnaire distribution to treasure maker fanbase at onlycsuyon_shop and secondary data from documents, journals, previous researchers and other. The population used in the research is unknown. Therefore, the sampling technique in this research used maholtra formula and purposive sampling wich obtained a total of 95 samples with a questionnaire distribution method using a likert scale. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression measured using SPSS. Test the hypothesis using the t-test and F-test. The result show that Impulse Buying, Product Quality and E-WOM had a simultaneously effects on purchasing decisions. Impulse Buying partly has a positive and significant on purchasing decisions. Product Quality partly has a positive and significant on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, E-WOM doesn’t have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Impulse Buying, Product Quality, E-wom and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract  This study is to determine the effect of product quality, location and price on purchasing decisions, a case study on customer Resident Jaya Farm. The population in this study are customers who have made transactions or purchases at the Resident Jaya Farm. The sampling method is non-probability sampling with an accidental sampling technique. Data collection method by providing questionnaires filled out by 75 respondents. The results showed that simultaneously product quality, location and price had a significant effect on purchasing decisions in case studies on customer Resident Jaya Farm. Variable of product quality does not effect on purchasing decisions, variable of location shows a significant effect on purchasing decisions and variable of price shows a significant effect on purchasing decisions in case studies on customer Resident Jaya Farm. Keywords : Product Quality, Location, Price, Purchasing Decisions, and Resident Jaya Farm Customer.
