Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of promotion, price and service quality on purchasing decisions with consumer trust as an intervening variable for Indihome customers in Malang City (empirical study at the Blimbing housing complex, Malang City). The method used is explanatory research which aims to explain the position of each variables and their influence between one variable and another variable, and the data source used is primary data by distributing Linkert scale questionnaires to Indihome customers in Malang City. The sample calculation in this study used the Malhotra formula which produced 100 respondents. The results of this research are that the promotion, price and service quality variables have a direct influence on consumer trust, the promotion, price and service quality variables have a direct influence on purchasing decisions, the consumer trust variable directly influences purchasing decisions, and the promotion, price and service quality variables have no influence. directly on purchasing decisions with consumer trust as the main factor, the intervening variable. Keywords: Promotion, Price, Service Quality, Purchasing Decisions and Customer Trust

Abstract

Abstract Most people think that fitness is only done by young people who want to gain weight. A fitness lifestyle is basically a way of life that involves doing things that make people healthier and fitter. At the Tiara Fitness center Sunan Drajat Lamongan, the average customer is high school and college students, quite a few are adults aged 30 years and over, because in adulthood many of them really care about health and fitness to maintain their body's immunity. The object of this research is the Tiara Fitness center Sunan Drajat Lamongan. The population in this study was 40 (members) fitness consumers. The sampling technique used in this research is a saturated sampling technique so that the sample in this research is 40 (members) fitness consumers. The data analysis method is through multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that service quality, price, location and motivation simultaneously influence consumer satisfaction at Tiara Fitness Center. Partially, service quality and location have an effect on consumer satisfaction, while price and motivation have no effect on consumer satisfaction. Keyword : Consumer Satisfaction, Service Quality, Price, Location, Motivation.

Abstract

Abstract This research is conducted with the aim of investigating how price factors, promotional activities, and the quality of service impact consumers' choices when making purchases. The research methodology employed in this study is quantitative, involving the collection of data through the distribution of questionnaires to 80 respondents, specifically individuals who have either already purchased or intend to purchase second-hand clothing products online from Barkley Malang. Subsequently, the gathered data is processed using the SPSS application. Prior to analysis, the data is meticulously assessed for validity and reliability. The research then proceeds with classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and a coefficient of determination examination. The variables under consideration in this study encompass promotional factors, pricing, and service quality as independent variables, while the dependent variable is the purchasing decision. The outcomes of this research reveal that promotion, pricing, and service quality all wield a significant influence on purchasing decisions, both individually and when considered collectively. Keywords: Purchase Decision, Promotion, Price And Service Quality

Abstract

Abstract This study was made to determine the effect of Promotional Strategy, Social Media, through Electronic Word Of Mouth, on the Decision to Visit Educational Tourism Dadaprejo Batu City, the method used in this study is the quantitative method. Sampling in this study used the slovin formula with a total sample of 134 respondents. The data used is primary data through a questionnaire. This study used instrument tests including: validity and reliability tests, normality tests, path analysis tests, t tests, Sobel tests and Coefficient of Determination  tests.From the results of the research partially obtained results where the Promotion Strategy has a significant effect on the decision to visit, Social Media has a significant effect on the decision to visit, Electronic Word Of Mouth has a significant effect on the decision to visit, Promotion Strategy has a significant effect on the decision to visit through Electronic Word Of Mouth and lastly Social The media has a significant influence on the decision to visit through the Electronic Word Of Mouth. Keywords: Promotion Strategy, Social Media, Electronic Word Of Mouth and Visiting Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of location, price, and promotion on the decision to purchase plots in Puri Amartya Pandaan. The population in this study is all customers of Puri Amartya Pandaan plots. The sample in this study was a saturated sample with a sample of 66 respondents. The research method in this study uses quantitative research. Based on testing using simultaneous Test F analysis, the results showed a significant influence between variable X (Location, Price, and Promotion) simultaneously on variable Y (Purchase Decision) on customers of Puri Amartya Pandaan plot. Partial Test Analysis shows that location, price, and promotion variables each have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase plots in Puri Amartya Pandaan. Keywords: Location, Price, Promotion, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the impact of Advertising Attractiveness, Influencer Marketing, and Online Customer Reviews on the Purchase Decision of Somethinc products. The research employs a quantitative method with a population of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Islam Malang, class of 2020, who have previously purchased Somethinc products. Purposive sampling was used to determine the sample, with a total of 87 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to the respondents.The results indicate that, simultaneously, Advertising Attractiveness, Influencer Marketing, and Online Customer Reviews have a significant impact on the Purchase Decision of Somethinc products. Partially, Advertising Attractiveness has an impact but is not significant in influencing the Purchase Decision of Somethinc, whereas Influencer Marketing and Online Customer Reviews significantly affect the Purchase Decision of Somethinc. The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that 60% of the variation in Purchase Decisions can be explained by Advertising Attractiveness, Influencer Marketing, and Online Customer Reviews, while the remaining 40% is explained by factors outside this model. Keywords: Advertising Attractiveness, Influencer Marketing, Online Customer Reviews and  Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the impact of work support and discipline on the work performance of PT employees. PLN (Persero) UPT Malang. This type of research is quantitative research where information is obtained through interviews with individuals who are respondents in the research. This research started from September 2023 to December 2023 with the population in this study is all employees of PT PLN (Persero) UPT Malang, a total of 191 people. The test used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Test. The result of this research is that work motivation and work discipline simultaneously affect the work performance of PT PLN (Persero) UPT Malang employees, part of work empowerment has an impact on the work of PT PLN (Persero) UPT Malang employees. Labor discipline affects the work of PT PLN (Persero) UPT Malang employees.” Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract The decline in the automotive industry's performance since 2019 may have an impact on the risk of financial distress. This research aims to analyze the effect of financial ratios and internal funding sources on the potential of financial distress in automotive sub-sector and component companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The dataused in this research is annual financial reports of automotive sub-sector and component companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period of 2018-2021. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 29.0. The results show that profitability, liquidity, activity, and internal funding sources has no effect on the potential of financial distress. Meanwhile, leverage ratio has a positive and significant effect on the potential of financial distress. Keywords: Financial Distress, Finantial Ratios, Internal Funding Sources, Automotive Sector Company

Abstract

Abstract The study aims to find out the impact of the facilities, ticket prices, and quality of the film on the interest of the Movimax Cinema Audiences in Purchasing Poor Cities. The location of the research was carried out Movimax Dinoyo, Dinoyo Mall Lt. 4, M.T. Haryono Road No. 195, Lowokwaru, Lowokvaru district, Malang City. Phone number (0341) 5022949. This research is quantitative. In this study, the non-probability sampling technique is used with the judgmental samplings category, which means that visitors who fill in the questionnaire must meet the existing criteria. The number of samples was determined using Roscoe's formula and resulted in 40 respondents. The data was analyzed using a double linear regression test and a determination test. Based on the data analysis, the test results showed that facilities, ticket prices, and movie quality partially had a significant positive influence on the audience's interest in Movimax Poor City Cinema purchases. The determination test results indicated that a percentage of 66.4% indicates that audience purchasing interest was influenced by the facility, ticket price, and film quality. Keywords: Facilities, Ticket Price, Film Quality, Audience Interest

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to explain the characteristics of entrepreneurship, business capital and marketing strategies as well as knowing and partially explaining the characteristics of entrepreneurship, business capital and marketing strategies. This research method uses quantitative methods and the type of research is probability sampling using purposive sampling techniques. The sample for this research was 94 SMEs in Sangkapura Regency. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, using SPSS 25 for Windows. The results of the research show that entrepreneurial characteristics, business capital and marketing strategies influence the development of SMEs among SMEs in Sangkapura Bawean Regency Keywords : Entrepreneurial Characteristics, Business Capital, Marketing Strategy, Development of SMEs
