Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study includes 1) work motivation, work loyalty, work commitment, and an overview of employee performance, 2) work motivation, work loyalty, and the effect of work commitment on employee performance, 3). The aim is to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance. 4) The effect of work loyalty on employee performance. Employee performance, 5) Impact of work commitment on employee performance.This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive analysis and inference. The number of samples used were 39 respondents from ULP Kangean Islands, Sumenep Regency. Sources of data used are primary and secondary sources. Using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement while the analysis used is an instrumental test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination (R2) using SPSS 16.0 tools and data collection. The results of this survey show that 1) work motivation, work loyalty, and commitment affect employee performance simultaneously, 2) work motivation affects employee performance, and 3) work shows that loyalty affects employee performance, 4). Abstract

Abstract   This study aims to determine the effect of Price, Promotion and Product Quality on Consumer Loyalty on Xiaomi smartphone users in Garum District, Blitar Regency. The population used in this study is an unknown number of Xiaomi smartphone users. The sample consists of 107 samples of respondents. The method of data collection in this study used the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and processing using SPSS 22. The results of this study simultaneously show that Price, Promotion and Product Quality have a positive and simultaneous effect on Consumer Loyalty. Partially, Price and Promotion have no effect on Consumer Loyalty, while Product Quality has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty. Keywords: Price, Promotion, Product Quality, Consumer Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract This reseach aims to determine the influence of Good Corporate Governance on Banking Firm Value listed Indonesian Stock Exchange in the year 2014-2016. The population in this research is Banking Company listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in period 2014-2016 as many as 43 companies. The sample in this research purposive sampling method as many as 32 companies.Data analysis method used is Goodness Of Fit test to show the influence of independent variable to dependent variable, with classical assumption test. From the result of this study shows that the Board size (BS) and Board Of Independent Commissioners (INDP) not significant to Firm Value. But CEO Duality (CD) have a significant influence on Firm Value.Keywords: Board Size (BS), Board Of Independent Commissioners (INDP), CEO Duality (CD) and Firm Value.

Abstract

Abstract The internet is a big leap that has occurred in the industrial,technology, information and communication sectors that move dynamically which can be processed to provide faster and more useful information. The internet has been used in various fields, one of which is the world of work, the use of the internet whose initial function is to speed up and simplify an employee's performance also has a negative impact which gives free access to the world of social media. In the world of work, the phenomenon of internet use that has nothing to do with work becomes the focus of a problem called Cyberloafing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on the cyberloafing behavior of employees at the Surabaya Headquarters Infaq Management Institute.This research method uses a quantitative approach, namely the process of finding knowledge using numbers as a tool to analyze information about what you want to know, the results of this study are that the work stress variable does not have a significant influence on cyberloafing behavior with a significant value of 0.557 while the job satisfaction variable has a significant effect. significant to cyberloafing behavior with a significant value of 0.031. Keywords: Job stress, Job Satisfaction, Cyberloafing, Internet

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to identify and explain about career development, giving incentive, and employee loyalty. Moreover, this study is identify about the influence of career development, giving incentive toward employee loyalty parsially or simultaneously.            The sample of this research is all Radar Bromo Prolinggo Jawa Timur’s employee that contain 59 employee using census method. In this method, all the data was collected by using questionnaire and statistically analyzed using multiple linier regressions with applying SPSS 22.0 for Windows. The research method that used in this research is quantitative research method with the explanatory type of research.            The result of this research showed that career development have significant influence toward employee loyalty and incentive awarding parsially as well as career development and giving incentives significantly influence simultaneously toward employee loyalty.Keywords: employee loyalty, career development, and gIving incentive.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how the effect of skills, the use of information technology, and the level of education on employee performance at PDAM Malang City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the data sample obtained were 77 employees. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variable human resource skills had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The level of education has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Taken together, the variables of skills, the use of information technology, and the level of education have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Skills, utilization of information technology, level of education, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of institutional ownership, funding decisions and debt policies on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018-2019 (Case study of manufacturing companies in the real estate & construction and financial property sectors). This sampling method was purposive sampling and obtained 49 samples that met the criteria from 170 companies that were observed. Technical analysis of this research data is descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that the influence of institutional ownership structure as measured by the number of shares of institutional parties divided by total outstanding shares, funding decisions are measured by LDR (Long Term To Debt Ratio) and debt policy is measured by DER (Debt To Equity Ratio) shows that there is no significant effect on firm value as measured by PBV (Price Book Value). Keywords : Institutional Ownership, Funding Decisions, Debt Policies

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out and analyze whether online promotion and price perception affect purchasing decisions at Rubylicious for 2018-2020 FEB Management Study Program students, Islamic University of Malang. This type of research is explanatory research or explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The theory used is Malhotra theory with the number of samples in this study there are 21 question items. So the number of samples taken in this study were 105 samples (21 question items x 5) which were Rubylicious online shop consumers. Sampling technique used in this research is by using purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the independent variables Online Promotion and Price Perception have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Purchase Decision. Partially, it can be seen from the t-test results which show that the Online Promotion variable has a significance level of 0.005 <0.05. While the price perception variable has a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Based on these calculations, it can be concluded that partially Online Promotion and Price Perception have a significant influence on Purchase Decisions. Meanwhile, descriptive analysis shows that by doing online promotions well, it will increase someone's interest in making purchasing decisions and also create price perceptions that are in accordance with the products offered. Keywords: Online Promotion, Price Perception, and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract The studied aiming to be determining serviced qualitied, producted qualitied and promotional mixing on purchased decisioning for Waroeng Om products, Malang College. Goods quality can attract customer's special interest. In order to face the competition, a company implements a marketing strategy for the goods produced. In a position to try to increase competition for similar goods and the behavior of customers who prefer new variants of goods issued by competitor issuers for satisfaction, more benefits & curiosity (Purwita, 2019). The company must also show that product quality must be in Barangsi because as well as growing the reputation quality of the issuer, it will increase so that the issuer gets a good reputation in the eyes of customers. On the other hand, customers will always remember by definition the quality of the goods is good, even customers will decide to buy the same goods again. In deciding a transaction, one of the factors that will be reviewed by the customer is price. Award Determination Strategy is a fundamental function that must be carried out by a company in responding to the market. Awards are also by definition one of the points taken into consideration by customers in determining transaction policies on goods (Kotler, 2005:18). Where the award is the amount of money that the customer must give fish in order to obtain or use an item or service. In addition, awards will be an important consideration for customers in deciding their transactions, customers will compare the goods awards of their choice, then whether such awards are appropriate or not with the value of the goods and the amount of money that must be spent, so of course, customers choose other customer awards (awards). Keywords: Purchase Decision, Service Quality, Product Quality, Promotional mix

Abstract

Abstract This research purposed to analyze the effect of liquidity (current ratio), leverage (debt to asset ratio) and profitability (return on assets) to financial distress on transportation company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2011-2015. This research data used secondary data that getting from financial report of transportation company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The total of sample 110 transportation company. The method of research is logistic regression with the program SPSS 14. The results of this research showed that regression coefficient of current ratio variable was -0,295; regression coeffisient of debt to asset ratio was 3,086 and; regression coefficient return on assets variabel was -1,988, it means liquidity ratio (current ratio) and profitability (return on assets) negatively affected to condition of company financial distress and leverage ratio positively affected to condition of company financial distress.Keywords: liquidity (current ratio), leverage (debt to asset ratio) profitability(return on asset), financial distress
