Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of mudharabah, murabahah, musyarakah, ijarah financing on the profitability of case studies at PT. Bank BRI Syariah Malang 2015-2019 period. In this study, there are 4 (four) independent variables, namely mudharabah, murabahah, musyarakah, ijarah financing. And the dependent variable in this study is profitability which is calculated using the return on asset ratio. Population and sample in this study PT. Bank BRI Syariah Malang. The data collection method used is documentation with reference to the bank's annual financial statements. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the research simultaneously state that the financing of mudharabah, murabahah, musyarakah, ijarah has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, partially mudharabah financing has a negative and significant effect on profitability. Murabahah and musyarakah financing has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Ijarah financing has a positive and insignificant effect on profitability.  Keywords: mudharabah, murabahah, musyarakah, ijarah financing, profitability

Abstract

abstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of visual merchandising on impulse buying through positive emotion in fashion businesses in the city of Malang. The population used is all Distro & Cloting Inspired27 customers. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method obtained a sample of 96 respondents. The data collection method in this study used the questionnaire method, the data analysis technique in this study used path analysis.Through this research, it can be concluded that visual merchandising (window display, mannequin display, floor merchandising and promotional signage) has a direct and significant effect on positive emotion, visual merchandising indirectly has a significant effect on impulse buying through positive emotion as an intervening variable on the customer of fashion distribution business. and clotting inspired 27. keywords : visual merchandising, positive emotion, impulse buying

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of promotion, product quality, and brand image on consumer buying interest in the Koperasi SAE Pujon. This research uses explanatory research and quantitative approach. Maholtra's theory was used to take samples, namely the number of items x 5 so that a total sample of 80 people was found. To solve the problem in this research, using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classical assumption test. The study used multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS 25.0 The results of this study are the variables Promotion, Product Quality, and Brand Image affect consumer buying interest simultaneously, partially Promotion, Product Quality, and Brand Image variables affect consumer buying interest in the Koperasi SAE Pujon. Keywords: Promotion, Product Quality, Brand Image

Abstract

Abstract The retail industry is a growing industry in Indonesia, one of the retail industries in Indonesia is the Distribution Outlet or commonly known as Distro. In this increasingly competitive market condition, the retail industry needs to implement a strategy that must be properly designed, so that it will become a competitive advantage for retailers in winning the competition. One of the strategies used today is that the seller is the owner of the brand (brand) meaning the store sells and distributes its own brand of products. It is intended that consumers can only buy the store's brand. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of price, store image, on perceived value and purchase intention of consumers of Persebaya Store Sidoarjo. The sampling technique used the Malhotra formula by purposive sampling. The sample used as many as 85 respondents who live in Sidoarjo. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Survey Program. The results of this study show the results directly and indirectly, namely Store Image has a direct effect on Perceived Value, while indirectly or through the Moderation variable Purchase Intention has no effect on Perceived Value. Keywords: Price, Store Image, Perceived Value, Purchase Intention

Abstract

AbstractThe research aims to determine the effect of leadership style, communication and work discipline on the performance of organizational management (Case study of the Sampang Student Forum, Islamic University of Malang Period 2022). The variables used in this study are: the performance of organizational management (the dependent variable), while the independent variables are: leadership style, communication and work discipline.The results of this study partially conclude that the variables of leadership style, communication and work discipline have a significant influence on the performance of organizational management, and simultaneously conclude that there is an influence between the variables of leadership style, communication and work discipline on the performance of organizational management. Keywords: The Influence Of Leadership Style, Communication, Work Discipline, Performance Of Organizational Management

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine effect of occupational safety and health on work productivity employee CV production. Sari Alam Lenteng Sumenep and which variable has a dominant influence on work productivity of CV production employee. Sari Alam Lenteng Sumenep. Data analysis method that used in this research is doubled linear regression. The results of this study concluded that the salvation of work has a significant effect on employee productivity CV. Sari Alam Lenteng Sumenep. The higher level of employee health and safety hence employee productivity in CV. Sari Alam Lenteng Sumenep. R square value of 42.1% means changes in employee productivity change caused by the level of safety and health of employees. The remaining 57.9% was caused by other variables not included in this study. The independent variable that has the highest beta value is work safety variable that is 62.6% sehungga occupational health factor is the dominant factor affecting employee work productivity compared with health work with beta value equal to -26,4%.Keywords: work safety, work healthy, work productivity

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to: a) know the partial influence Motivation (X1) and Quality (X2) on Performance (Y). B) to know and analyze simultaneously Motivation and Quality to the Performance of teachers in SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari Malang. This research is a descriptive research with quantitative approach.Sources of data of this research is the distribution of questionnaires (questionnaires and questionnaires) to teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari Malang. The data used is primary data. This analysis was performed using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of motivation and quality partially influence on the performance, while for the motivation variable has no partial influence on performance and for simultaneous test shows that the quality effect simultaneously on the performance.Keywords: Motivation, Quality and Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions of online shop consumers on the Buk netbook of 2016 FEB students, Islamic University of Malang. This research uses explanatory research and a quantitative approach. This study uses a population of 700 based on the number of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business class 2016, Malhotra Theory is used to take a sample consisting of 17 question items so the samples obtained in this research are 85 respondents (17 question items x 5).To solve the problem in this study, using the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classical assumption test. The research uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16. The results of this study are that the variables of product quality, price and promotion influence purchasing decisions simultaneously, while partially the variables of product quality, price and promotion affect purchasing decisions at the online shop Bukalapak on FEB students class 2016 University Islam Malang. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Promotion and purchase decisions

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of reward, punishment, and job satisfaction on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono, Pasuruan, East Java. The samples used in this study were 90 nurses in the non-covid internal room, children's room, operating room, and pavilion room. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that simultaneously the variables of reward, punishment and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan and based on the results of the partial test (t test) the reward variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan, punishment variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan and job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD Dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan.Keywords: Reward, Punishment, Job Satisfaction and Nurse Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to test whether the variables of Liquidity, Solvency, Activity on Profitability with Firm Size as Moderating Variables in Food and Beverage Subsector Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. The population in this study amounted to 32 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and obtained as many as 12 companies as research samples. The research method used in this study is the normality test and the MRA test. The results showed that liquidity had a significant effect on profitability and solvency and activity had no significant effect on profitability. Firm size is not able to moderate the effect of Liquidity and Activity and is able to moderate the effect of Solvency. Keywords: Liquidity, Solvability, Activity, Profitability, Firm Size
