<![CDATA[BRAIN GYM TRAINING FOR MAINTAINING BALANCE FUNCTION IN THE ELDERLY. The balance function needs to be maintained in the elderly so that he has the strength to carry out Daily Living Activities and good mobility independently. The large number of elderly people in the Adi Yuswo Purworejo Social Institution who experience disturbances in balance function, difficulty moving, mobility with the help of caregivers causes the elderly to become deficit self-care. To reduce self-care deficits in the elderly, do brain training exercises. The purpose of the Brain Training Motion Gymnastics training activity is to maximize sensory and motor coordination functions in the elderly. Brain Training Movement activities are carried out for 3 weeks with a frequency of 3 times and a duration of 30-45 minutes at the Adi Yuswo Purworejo Social Institution. The results achieved by as many as 12 elderly people can optimally gait and balance function from being mobility assisted now to being independent. Brain Exercise Movements have proven to be effective in optimizing gait balance in the elderly.]]>

<![CDATA[INCREASING CAPACITY OF FARMERS THROUGH PEST AND DISEASE CONTROL AND UTILIZATION OF HOME YARDS BASED ON LOCAL POTENTIAL IN CAMBO VILLAGE. Kambo Village is one of the agricultural and plantation commodities (durian, langsat, rambutan, cloves, cocoa, pepper, lemongrass, galangal and kecomrang). However, the problem experienced is the lack of guidance and assistance activities related to the types of commodities being cultivated, which impact the productivity of agricultural things that are relatively not optimal. The purpose of the activity is to produce capacity building activities through counselling and assistance in controlling pests and diseases of plantation crops (cloves and durian) and short-term crop cultivation (vegetables) in utilizing home yardland. The method used is lecture, discussion and direct practice. The preparation of activities was carried out by inviting community representatives who were members of farmer groups and women's farmer groups. The selected activity participants are then coordinated with the village government to facilitate the program's implementation. The benefits felt by the participants after participating in the activity were an increase in knowledge, understanding and skills both in terms of controlling clove and durian plant pests and vegetable cultivation techniques in the context of utilizing the gardens of the members of the farmers' houses.]]>

<![CDATA[TAX VOLUNTEERS AND ANNUAL TAX RETURN REPORTİNG OF PERSONAL INCOME TAX. Every taxpayer has the obligation to submit an annual tax return, including individual taxpayers. However, many taxpayers experience problems in reporting, so they need assistance in filling out their annual tax return for individual taxpayers. The tax volunteer program organized by the PKN STAN tax center assists the Banten Regional Tax Office in providing assistance to individual taxpayers at KPP Pratama Pondok Aren. Tax Volunteers Team 9 provides online and offline assistance to taxpayers for 6 (six) days and successfully assists 41 taxpayers until they successfully report their tax returns. Obstacles found included account problems at djponline, application or server problems that were down, and incomplete documents. In the future, it is better to implement this program entirely offline, because it is more effective in terms of communication, it is faster to find out problems that occur and provide solutions.]]>

<![CDATA[IMPROVING VIDEO EDITING CREATIVITY WITH CAMTASIA FOR YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS RW 07 OFFICERS, NORTH BEKASI, WEST JAVA. Utilization of technology has become a mandatory requirement for users who want to develop their knowledge. The application of technology is not only on hardware but software is also growing rapidly which is balanced with the varied needs of users. Video editing is a form of development of software technology that plays a role in managing and producing works in the form of videos. Many video works are used in providing material delivery in the form of education, distance learning, and the development of new knowledge that is manifested in practical applications. Processing Video editing can use the Camtasia application or other applications. The editing application with Camtasia can be applied to the training of young people groups in the RW 07 Perwira officer village with the aim that training participants are able to make video editing with good editing standards, as well as create professionals who are able to create editing works that are full of creativity and understanding. in using animations, transitions, and effects to bring scine video to life. This training activity is supported by all authorized parties, both from the RW 07 Perwira office and from the activity committee in the form of community service. The results obtained from the Camtasia application training activities are in the form of mastery of material from all menu elements in the Camtasia application and creating professional young people groups in RW 07 Perwira with a short time in the form of community service.]]>

<![CDATA[USİNG AN ‘PENTA-HELİX’ TO BRİDGE THE PUBLİC'S REACTİON TO THE COVİD-19 VACCİNE. The response to the SARS-CoV-2 disaster calls for worldwide attention. This paper creates attributes in the ‘Penta-Helix’ that reflect pandemic prevention procedures. In order to run optimally, the enterprise strategy model makes it easier for the government to move the vaccine program. We explained critical exploration and focus group discussions (GFD) by the roles of the other four parties, namely academics, business, media, and community (A-B-G-M-C). The cluster at the ‘Penta-Helix’ mapped out and shared responsibilities in solidarity. Initially, performing this concept was determined academically, where the talents of skilled scholars were tested by studying findings relevant to the pandemic. The second step is business. Their position influences the production of vaccines, their distribution, and the price of medical devices for the public. Then, the fourth partner is tasked with limiting and filtering misinformation, especially vaccines. The benchmark for ‘herd immunity’ is how enthusiastic the public is about the popularity of the vaccine. Provision of vaccines in sufficient quantities is clear evidence that the government is convincing the community to follow the vaccination directions. Critical analysis puts forward the front line, actually based on the public spirit. The ‘Penta-Helix’ mechanism indicates a sustainable action plan. Future scenarios consider tactical managerial decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[PREPARATION OF COMPANY PROFILE AS A FORM OF TOURISM BRANDING IN HARGOREJO VILLAGE. Tourism is one of the most affected sectors amid the Covid-19 Pandemic. The existence of a policy that requires limiting tourism activities, turns out to have an impact on the development of tourism nationally in villages. One of them is Kalurahan Hargorejo, Kokap District, Kulon Progo Regency which has a variety of natural beauty that is geographically located in the hills of Mount Menoreh. The beautiful and interesting natural potential was utilized by the community and the Kalurahan Hargorejo Government to form a tourist village. The community service team found several problems starting from the inadequate management of the Village Information System (SID), institutional strengthening, and making a company profile video that functions as a promotional medium and tourism branding. the method of implementation used in this devotion starts from observation and execution/ execution. The results of community service include strengthening institutions focused on SID management by making the Kalurahan Hargorejo Government a partner. Then continued with the creation of village profile books and company profile videos as one of the means of tourism promotion. The results of the company profile video were made and published through Kalurahan Hargorejo's official YouTube and Instagram channels and uploaded to one of the well-known Instagram accounts, namely @Visitingjogja. This community service activity concludes that partners then have skills in managing and integrating village tourism information and managing social media as a forum for branding and promotion. In its implementation, partners still have some obstacles related to the lack of supporting tools such as cameras, clip-on, video editing, and so on. However, overall community service programs to strengthen tourism villages in Kalurahan Hargorejo can run well and sustainably.]]>

<![CDATA[UTILIZATION OF PUTAT PLANTS AS FUNCTIONAL TEA IN SUPPORTING THE DANAU TANGKAS ECOTOURİSM VİLLAGE, TANJUNG LANJUT VILLAGE.Tangkas Lake has an area of 403 hectares and around the lake, there are thousands of putat trees (Planchonia valida) which have not been explored and utilized optimally by residents. Utilization of Putat which is still very minimal in the community, especially to encourage edutourism at Tangkas Lake. Putat's potential needs to be developed by providing education to the public so that they can process Putat as a functional product, as well as providing processing training. The activity began with socializing the potential of Putat Plants, training on processing Putat leaves into functional tea, and monitoring and evaluating the implementation of activities. The community gained a significant increase in knowledge related to the knowledge of potential of Putat leaf, its efficacy, bioactive compounds, and standard processing processes for the production of Putat leaves tea. In addition, the community also has the commitment to develop and continue as a creative business to support ecotourism villages.]]>

<![CDATA[INCREASİNG KNOWLEDGE ABOUT PMT FOR POSYANDU CADRE İN SENDANGSARİ VİLLAGE AS AN EFFORT TO PREVENT STUNTİNG THROUGH SELF HELP GROUP (SHG). The sustainable development goal in 2030 is to eliminate nutritional problems, one of which is by accelerating stunting. Posyandu cadres play an important role in the success of stunting in the community. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of toddler Posyandu cadres about providing additional food as an effort to prevent stunting in the Sendangsari Village. The method of activities carried out to increase the knowledge of posyandu cadres is a self help group with the topic of stunting and complementary feeding for toddlers. Data analysis uses frequency distribution and percentages to describe the level of knowledge of posyandu cadres. The results of community service activities carried out by the community service team showed the level of knowledge about stunting before an average of 97% increased to 100%. Meanwhile, the level of knowledge about supplementary feeding before 75% (n=31) was in a good category, increasing to 100% (n=41) in the good category. Conclusion Self help groups can increase the knowledge of posyandu cadres. Good knowledge will affect a person's behavior. Knowledge of posyandu cadres must always be increased to prevent or overcome stunting. Posyandu cadres become extensions of health workers to be able to reach the community in community health development.]]>

<![CDATA[KERERE' CADRE OF PEER TUTOR TRAINING. Pre-pregnancy health services are carried out since adolescence. Mambalan Village is one of the villages in the Penimbung sub-district which is in the working area of the Penimbung Health Center. Based on information, there were 12 cases of teenage pregnancy during 2019. The results of interviews with village cadres showed that youth posyandu activities had actually been carried out but few attended due to the irregular schedule of youth posyandu activities. The purpose of this service is to form a cadre of peer tutors through cadre training on adolescent reproductive health. Cadre training begins with data collection and problem information, identification of potential youth, coordination with groups of youth posyandu organizers, training, and inauguration. The partner of this service is the village head of Mambalan as the builder of the youth posyandu. The target of the training is as many as 20 teenagers. The results of this service show that adolescents' understanding and knowledge of reproductive health increases after training so that peer tutor cadres are able to provide knowledge to their peers about the dangers of early marriage. It is hoped that the government of Mambalan Village and Penimbung Health Center will increase awareness and awareness of adolescent reproductive health.]]>

<![CDATA[EMPOWERING STUDENT’S LITERACY CULTURE TROUGH INSTRUMENT WORKSHOP OF SCHOOL INTRODUCTION PROGRAM (PENGENALAN LAPANGAN PERSEKOLAHAN OR PLP) BASED ON UNITY OF SCIENCES. The development of instrument for the PLP program at UIN Walisongo Semarang and its socialization need to be done. The purpose of this service activity is to develop a Unity of Science-based PLP instrument and socialize it to students. The implementation of this service activity includes team formation, instrument design, instrument validation and instrument socialization workshops. The development of the instrument refers to the Research and Development (R & D) method. For socialization to students delivered through workshops. The achievement of strengthening literacy culture is measured through a questionnaire. The results of this activity were instrument for the PLP program at UIN Walisongo Semarang has developed. It has shared to the students. The students are familiar with the PLP program and its instruments based on Unity of Sciences. Students stated that they obtained the information from several sources, including from lecturers, seniors, friends, social media, guardianship books, informants from other universities, and articles. The strengthening of qur'an and hadith literacy of students also increased. The conclusion of this service was student’s literacy for Qur’an and Hadith have increase and student’s insight to PLP instrument escalated.]]>
