Abstract

This study aimed to examine and analyze the influence of e-wallet usage on consumptive behavior in the community of Mataram City, with self-control as a moderator. The population consists of Mataram City residents who use e-wallets and belong to the Zillennial or Gen Z generation, aged between 17 and 27 years old. The convenience sampling technique was employed to conduct the sampling. This study employed a quantitative research approach, collecting data via a questionnaire including statements that reflect the indicators of each construct. As the research variables were second-order, the approach used was the Embedded Two Stage Approach, involving two stages of testing: the first stage included an outer model test through validity and reliability tests on repeated indicators, while the second stage included an outer model test, inner model test, and hypothesis testing. The findings of this investigation demonstrated that consumer behavior was substantially and positively influenced by the use of e-wallets, while self-control did not significantly modulate the relationship between the two. Therefore, a good self-control should be enhanced, not only for long-term needs but also for short-term matters as well.

Abstract

This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the evolution of talent development research, mapping its key themes, influential authors, and geographic collaborations from 1952 to 2024. Using data from Google Scholar and VOSviewer, the analysis identifies central themes such as "development programs," "talent management," and "training," highlighting their sustained importance in both corporate and educational contexts. The study also reveals the increasing interdisciplinary nature of the field, with growing interest in youth sports and gifted education. Collaboration networks show the United States and United Kingdom as central hubs in global research, while countries like India and China are emerging contributors. However, geographic imbalances remain, particularly in regions like South America and Africa. The findings suggest future research opportunities in interdisciplinary approaches, the integration of emerging technologies, and expanding global collaboration. This study provides a roadmap for researchers and practitioners looking to understand and contribute to the future of talent development.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of behavioral theory on organizational culture at Tridinanti University of Palembang, focusing on the roles of transformational leadership, team dynamics, and employee motivation in driving cultural change. Behavioral theory offers a framework for understanding how psychological and social factors shape individual behaviors within organizations, ultimately influencing the overall culture. At Tridinanti University, transformational leadership plays a critical role in aligning the university's vision with the efforts of staff and faculty, inspiring them to exceed performance expectations and embrace new initiatives.
