Abstract

This research aims to investigate the handling of the Intelligence Result Note (NHI) case regarding imports of household furniture from China at PT. Ngupit Asasta Logistik. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with triangulation analysis. Primary data was obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation, while secondary data came from relevant literature sources. The results show that imports of household furniture from China are subject to NHI and are suspected of violating the traffic law so imported goods are blocked by Customs and Excise officials in the customs area. The obstacles faced are costs, time, and energy. The results of the research carried out provide recommendations for enforcing company SOPs in resolving NHI as well as developing special SOP for handling imports affected by NHI at PT. Ngupit Asasta Logistik.

Abstract

In the dynamic and technologically driven era of Society 5.0, digital leadership emerges as a pivotal force in steering organizational flexibility and success. This paper employs a bibliometric analysis to elucidate the evolution and trends in digital leadership research. By analyzing 338 articles from the Scopus database, focusing on 'digital leadership', we reveal significant insights into how digital transformation and leadership agility interplay to enhance organizational outcomes. Our study highlights the indispensable role of digital leadership in fostering innovation, driving sustainable business practices, and navigating the complexities of modern organizational environments. The findings underscore the necessity for leaders to adapt to digital paradigms and cultivate capabilities that align with the rapid changes in technology and society. This research not only maps the current landscape but also provides a valuable reference for practitioners and researchers interested in the intersection of leadership and digital transformation.

Leadership plays an increasingly critical role in organizational success, especially in today's rapidly evolving business landscape, where agility and adaptability are paramount. Various leadership styles have garnered considerable attention in management research, reflecting the quest to optimize organizational performance amidst dynamic challenges. Abstract

This research employs bibliometric analysis to explore the intersection of technology adoption and employee well-being. By systematically retrieving and examining scholarly articles from prominent academic databases, the study highlights the evolution of technology in workplaces and its significant impact on employee wellness. Key insights are drawn from a range of bibliometric metrics, including citation analysis and co-occurrence maps, revealing trends, gaps, and emerging themes within the literature. The study demonstrates a critical shift in scholarly focus from traditional employee management practices to the integration of sophisticated technologies aimed at enhancing well-being. The results underscore the potential of technological innovations to improve workplace environments and suggest areas for further exploration, particularly in the realms of big data, e-government, and cross-disciplinary applications.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of recruitment strategy, employee morale, and compensation package on talent acquisition in technology companies in Indonesia through a quantitative analysis. Data were collected from 150 employees using a structured questionnaire, and analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results indicate significant positive relationships between recruitment strategy, employee morale, compensation package, and talent acquisition. Effective recruitment strategies, positive employee morale, and competitive compensation packages are crucial for attracting and retaining top talent in the technology sector. The findings provide practical implications for organizations to optimize talent acquisition practices and enhance organizational performance in the digital age.

Abstract

Labuan Bajo is one of the tourist areas visited by many tourists, of course, competition between companies is very tight. Company management competes to offer the best service to please tourists. This research aims to analyze the influence of product design, price, and promotion on the decision to purchase Phinisi boat tour packages in Labuan Bajo and service recovery as mediation. The number used in this research was 36 through saturated samples. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Technique analysis data using SEM-PLS. The research results show that product design has a positive and significant effect on service recovery for phinisi boat tour packages in Labuan Bajo. Price has a positive and significant effect on service recovery for phinisi boat tour packages in Labuan Bajo. The promotion has a positive and significant effect on service recovery for Phinisi boat tour packages in Labuan Bajo. Product design has a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase a Phinisi boat tour package in Labuan Bajo. Price has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase a phinisi boat tour package in Labuan Bajo. The promotion has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase a phinisi boat tour package in Labuan Bajo. Service recovery partially mediates the influence of product design on the decision to purchase a Phinisi boat tour package in Labuan Bajo. Abstract

This research examines the relationship between organizational communication, participative leadership, work motivation, and employee creativity in the creative industries in Bali. A quantitative research design was adopted, and data was collected from 128 employees working in various creative sectors. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) was used for data analysis. The research results show a significant positive relationship between organizational communication, participative leadership, work motivation and employee creativity. Organizational communication, participative leadership, and work motivation together explain about 60.2% of the variance in employee creativity. These findings underscore the importance of fostering open communication channels, empowering leadership practices, and motivational strategies to foster a culture of creativity and innovation in Bali's creative industries. Despite the contributions of this study, several limitations must be acknowledged, the cross-sectional nature of the data limits causal conclusions about the relationships studied.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) on the level of interest in selecting Dhyana Pura University Bali, with brand image serving as a mediator. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data was gathered from students at the university and analyzed through SEM-PLS. The results highlight that both SMM and eWOM significantly enhance the university's brand image, which in turn positively affects students' interest in choosing the institution. The findings suggest that effective utilization of SMM and eWOM can be crucial strategies for educational institutions aiming to enhance their attractiveness and competitive edge in the educational sector.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of Digital Marketing, Word of Mouth Communication, and door-to-door advertising on the decision-making process of students while selecting Wira Harapan Badung Bali Vocational School. The research design used is quantitative causality. The sample that will be used in this research is 143.7 or 150 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. The research findings indicate that internet marketing, word of mouth, and door-to-door advertising have a substantial and favorable impact on students' decision-making process on their choosing. Digital marketing, WOM and door to door promotions simultaneously influence voting decisions. It is recommended to pay attention to the content shared in digital marketing, increase WOM by interacting more with consumers and consider door to door promotions which can increase the decision to choose Wira Harapan Vocational School.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of prices and promotions on consumer behaviour, and how consumers' behaviours influence consumer decisions in decision making choosing a study program at Universitas Dhyana Pura. The research methods used in this research are quantitative methods and associative research designs. The total sample in this study was 97 respondents. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, observations and interviews (Path analysis). Research results show that prices and promotions have a significant and positive influence on consumer behavior. Prices also have a significant positive influence on decision-making for the selection of study programmes at Universitas Dhyana Pura. Promotions have a positive but non-significant impact on the choice of study programme decisions at the University. In addition, prices and promotions have a positive and significant influence on the decision to choose a course of study through consumer behavior mediation, which suggests that competitive pricing strategies and effective promotions can influence consumers' behaviour in choosing a course at Universitas Dhyana Pura.
