Abstract

This study explores the synergy between ecological awareness and the implementation of blue economy principles in achieving fisheries sustainability in Indramayu Regency, Indonesia. The coastal area of Indramayu is known for its abundant fisheries resources but faces various threats such as overfishing, marine pollution, and coastal environmental degradation. Using a descriptive and correlational quantitative approach, this research analyzes the influence of two main variables, ecological awareness and blue economy implementation, on fisheries sustainability. Multiple linear regression was employed as it enables the simultaneous testing of more than one independent variable on a dependent variable. Data were collected from 45 active fishers in Karangsong Village, selected based on their direct involvement in fisheries activities. The regression results indicate that ecological awareness has a significant influence on fisheries sustainability (coefficient = 0.633; p < 0.01), followed by blue economy implementation (coefficient = 0.253; p < 0.01), with a simultaneous contribution of 66.1% to the variation in fisheries sustainability. The practical implications of this study highlight the need to enhance environmental education, strengthen the capacity of coastal communities, and optimize supporting infrastructure to ensure more equitable implementation of blue economy principles. These findings underscore that the success of sustainable fisheries strategies requires a combination of ecological awareness and community-based policy support.

Abstract

This paper investigates the impact of financial distress on financial statement trustworthiness. State-owned holding companies from Indonesia were selected for diagnostic analysis on the basis that Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) could be implemented by Partial Least Squares(PLS). The result shows that financial distress is worsba than the confidence in financial reports based on. Companies under financial stress have more broken and less timely financial statements, causing confidence in their Financial information to diminish likewise. The findings underscore the importance of keeping the economy stable to protect the integrity of financial information. Because there are distinct regulatory and financial characteristics for state-owned businesses this analysis highlights how financial distress can imperil information disclosure. Research can take a case-study, official interview and incorporate methods of more qualitative nature in order to further explore the links between financial distress and stakeholder trust. In its significance to policy makers, service providers and managers in state-owned enterprises these conclusions remind us that greater financial discipline and risk management are needed for such against a backdrop of stiffer financial examination.

Abstract

This study is based on the impact of religiosity, data from social aspects, psychological factors influence how to make a purchase or what influences consumer perception and brand loyalty. In a competitive market, companies need to understand these various influences in order to draw up new marketing strategies.Religious motivation is also very important in buying decisions, for example this thing "ill-gotten gains" has nothing to do with me.Social factors, such as the use which the household makes of a product, or finder fees for finding suppliers, can also affect consumer evaluations.Meanwhile, psychological factors, such as motivation, perception and affect also run through consumer decisions. The results show that religiosity does have a significant positive effect on buying decisions purely speaking of purchase power However, psychological factors have a profound impact on consumer loyalty, from many variables but nevertheless through this wide array have an enormous impact relative to results for other study samples. The report concludes that social aspects significantly influence a firm's consumer loyalty; however they do not have this kind of impact on purchasing decisions. These findings shed new light on the way in which both internal and external factors can shape consumer behavior.Companies will find it easier then to devise solutions that more easily interest or satisfy the consumer, thus increasing customer loyalty while enabling them to maintain their footing in the market.

Abstract

This work aims to explore the roles of economic information and the information asymmetry in moderating relationship between credit risk (credit pricing determination) with comparative liability of banking area managers set themselves into making decisions themselves independent from this universe as if their own actions were not part of human or natural life at all events so long as they were only thinking about things from their perspective then there was no practical problem for them no end result would matter even less when we talk through it numerically through some parameter another language points like'0 in fact'. Credit risk is a major factor in monetary policy. In order to minimize their possible harm from defaults, banks generally raise interest rates. In an approach known as grounded theoretical analysis that again draws on the case of power and safety deposit treaties which must represent a singular subject upon which more than Leonard can gain information for his own account, external factors such as inflation or the imbalance in information between borrowing companies and lenders can indeed produce opposite results at different times. A quantitative approach is adopted in this study, using secondary data from 10 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over the period from 2018 to indicate three years following. The relationships between variables are analyzed Econometrics or financial time series analysis techniques mainly in overall study frame: panel regression model with a fixed effect approach was used; and moderation regression test is adopted to examine the impact of information asymmetry and inflation. Results show that credit risk has a significant impact on credit pricing. However, there is no significant difference at the 5% significance level in the interaction between credit risk and information asymmetry, as well as inflation on credit pricing. From these findings, it can be deduced that banks place greater emphasis on factors related to debtor risk in deciding interest rates compared with external elements. This article explores the reasons for interest rate policies and necessity of transparency it unprecedentedly raises Credit risk management into the realm of information transparency.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of the internal audit function and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on fraud prevention within an Islamic banking institution. Employing a quantitative research design with multiple linear regression analysis, data were collected from employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia Banda Aceh through structured questionnaires. The findings reveal that both internal audit and GCG have a positive and statistically significant effect on fraud prevention, both partially and simultaneously. Among the two variables, GCG demonstrates a more dominant contribution in strengthening fraud prevention mechanisms. These results indicate that effective governance structures, supported by risk-based internal audit practices, enhance the bank’s fraud risk management system. This study contributes to the growing body of literature on fraud prevention, particularly within the context of Islamic banking institutions.

Abstract

Land and Building Tax (PBB) is one of the main sources of Local Revenue (PAD), playing a significant role in supporting regional fiscal independence. The effectiveness of PBB collection is crucial in determining the ability of local governments to finance development and public services. This study aims to analyze the PBB collection process conducted by the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) of North Tapanuli Regency, identify the challenges faced, and evaluate efforts to improve taxpayer compliance. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with primary data obtained through direct observation during the Field Work Practice (PKL) activities, as well as secondary data in the form of agency documents and relevant literature. The results of the study show that PBB collection is carried out through administrative billing via the issuance and distribution of Tax Due Notice (SPPT) and field collection efforts targeting delinquent taxpayers. Major obstacles include low taxpayer awareness and understanding, geographical constraints, and limited resources. Improvement efforts include socialization activities, intensification of field collection, and the use of digital payment systems such as QRIS. This study is expected to contribute practically to improving the effectiveness of local tax management.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions of Erigo fashion products on the Shopee application, both partially and simultaneously. This research employed a survey approach using descriptive and quantitative methods. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 students of the Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Kosgoro 1957 and analyzed using SPSS version 26. The validity test results indicate that all questionnaire items have Corrected Item–Total Correlation (CITC) values above 0.30, while the reliability test results show that the Cronbach’s Alpha values for all variables are greater than 0.60, indicating that the research instruments are valid and reliable. Descriptive analysis results show that the price variable has the highest score of 211, reflected by the discount or promotion dimension with the indicator of discounted price and promotion. The product quality variable also records the highest score of 211, reflected by the feature dimension with the indicator of features that facilitate ease of use, while the lowest score is found in the durability indicator at 181. For the purchasing decision variable, the highest score of 218 is reflected by the information search dimension with the indicator of pre-purchase information-seeking activity. Hypothesis testing results reveal that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, as indicated by a t-value of 6.099, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.012. Product quality also shows a positive and significant effect with a t-value of 2.256, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.012. Simultaneously, price and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as indicated by an F-value of 112.410, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.20, and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.845, meaning that 84.5% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by price and product quality. Therefore, the purchasing decisions of students toward Erigo products on Shopee are primarily influenced by competitive pricing through promotional programs and product quality reflected in ease-of-use features, although product durability still needs improvement.
