<![CDATA[Pendidikan Islam dimaksudkan membententuk individu tidak hanya cerdas secara akademis namun kompeten secara agama serta berjiwa sosial, dengan diupayakan oleh generasi terdahulu memberi pendidikan pada generasi berikutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan pendidikan Islam ditinjau menurut sumbernya yakni Al Quran, hadits, ulama dan ahli pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kepustaakaan, dengan menggali informasi dari buku, Al Quran, artikel serta website. Data direduksi, disajikan dan ditarik kesimpulannya. Penelitian menunjukkan penyelenggara pendidikan Islam perlu kembali kepada sumber utamanya sehingga menemukan beragam sistem serta konsep pendidikan seperti diajarkan nabi Muhammad. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi kepada penyelenggara pendidikan Islam supaya dapat menjawab beragam tantangan di era dunia yang terus berkembang, sehingga melahirkan generasi yang berkontribusi di masyarakat dengan mencerminkan ajaran Islam. <![CDATA[Prospective educators must have and master 21st century literacy that is centered on digital technology-based knowledge. It is necessary to improve digital quality and ways to improve digital-based teaching techniques. The purpose of this study was to analyze the digital literacy skills of prospective biology education teacher students at the FKIP, Timor University as a support in carrying out field experience practices. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire totaling 30 statements and structured interviews. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively descriptively. The results showed that respondents had a "Very Good" digital literacy profile. The communication aspect was 90.47%, the Ability to Find and Select Information aspect was 89.52%, the E-Safety aspect was 89.28%, the Cultural and Social Understanding aspect was 88.57%, the Critical Thinking and Evaluation aspect was 88.33%, the Collaboration aspect was 88.16%, the Creativity aspect was 86.9% and the Functional Skill and Beyond aspect was 85.71%. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that the digital literacy skills of students as prospective biology education teachers at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Timor University are in the category of "Very Good". This shows that students have adequate digital literacy competencies in carrying out field experience practice activities.]]>

<![CDATA[Companies that issue their shares on the stock market are required to submit annual reports; however, many businesses, primarily dominated by property companies, are delayed in publication due to audit postponements. The study aims to determine the influence of company size, profitability, solvency, and liquidity on audit delay and to identify the factor with the greatest impact. The results indicate that company size, profitability, solvency, and liquidity collectively have a significant effect on audit delay; however, company size and profitability do not have a significant partial effect on audit delay. On the other hand, solvency and liquidity significantly affect audit delay in companies within the property and real estate subsector. The most influential factor on audit delay is liquidity.]]>

<![CDATA[Hypertension in pregnancy is a broad term that includes groups of chronic hypertension, gestational hypertension, preeclampsia and eclampsia. Preeclampsia can be found in pregnancies >20 weeks with increased blood pressure and proteinuria. Eclampsia is preeclampsia with seizures (generalized tonic-clonic or focal) without other causes. The method applied is Literature Review with Narrative Review design including an in-depth study exploring the influence of maternal age, parity, history of hypertension, and obesity on the incidence of preeclampsia-eclampsia. The results of the analysis showed that age factors, both young and old, parity, together with a history of hypertension, and obesity significantly increase the risk of preeclampsia-eclampsia.]]>

<![CDATA[The success of the “All Eyes on Rafah” campaign which went viral globally, sparked mass movements in various places in Asia, Europe, and America. On the other hand, in Indonesia, a campaign emerged that accompanied the momentum of “All Eyes on Rafah”, namely the “All Eyes on Papua” campaign. The “All Eyes on Papua” campaign started from a hashtag on social media X which was then shared on Instagram using the “Add Yours” feature and went viral in Indonesia. “All Eyes on Papua” which has been around since May 2024 made researchers want to know how the public received the message contained in the campaign. Did the “All Eyes on Papua” campaign spark the same mass movement as the “All Eyes on Rafah” campaign or did it just stop on social media as a FoMO trend? This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method and took data sources from literature and informant interviews. The conclusion obtained is that the “All Eyes on Papua” campaign, until the researcher wrote this journal report, was still just a campaign that stopped on social media as a FoMO trend.]]>

<![CDATA[The inability of children under 5 years of age to grow due to chronic malnutrition, especially in the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK), is also known as stunting. TPK as a cadre in providing additional food in posyandu activities and activities related to child health in the region should not only have knowledge related to balanced nutrition but also have knowledge related to food safety in the process of making food products that will later be given to mothers and toddlers who attend posyandu. to determine the level of knowledge of TPK Pejaten Village regarding knowledge of balanced nutrition and food safety. This study used a cross-sectional design. The respondents in this study numbered 30 respondents consisting of TPK and PKK cadres. The instrument used was a questionnaire on knowledge related to balanced nutrition and food safety. The results of the study showed that most TPK knowledge was moderate, 10 (50%). <![CDATA[Abstract This study aims to analyze the Influence of Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Productivity at Rylich Panorama Hotel, Sorong City. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the t-test, the independent variable partially, the t-value of Motivation has a positive/significant effect on the dependent variable, where the t-value of the Motivation variable is tcount 2.167> from ttable 1.6779, or the significance value is 0.000 less than 0.05. This means that because t-count> t-table, it can be concluded that the hypothesis (H1) is accepted, the Work Discipline variable is tcount 5.351> from ttable 1.6779, or the significance value is 0.000 less than 0.05. This means that the hypothesis (H2) is accepted. The results of the F test obtained an Fcount value of 37.106 with a significance of 0.000. indicating significance <0.05. means Motivation and Discipline simultaneously affect Employee Productivity at Rylich Panorama Hotel, Sorong City.]]>

<![CDATA[Advances in technology and the internet allow users to conduct transactions through mobile applications, including bill payments and product purchases. Koperasi XYZ has developed the Klik XYZ application to improve the efficiency and convenience of its members in shopping. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the use of Klik XYZ application by cooperative members using binary logistic regression method. The variables analyzed include age, gender, frequency of access, and customer satisfaction. The analysis results show that age, gender, and customer satisfaction have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The binary logistic regression model built has an overall accuracy rate of 89.3%, with a prediction accuracy of 90.7% for purchase behavior and 87.6% for non-purchase behavior. The findings can be used by XYZ to develop more effective marketing strategies by targeting members based on their age, gender, and satisfaction level. In addition, improving service quality and user experience can increase customer satisfaction, which in turn can increase purchase rates. By implementing the right marketing strategy, it is expected to improve XYZ's sales performance in the future and assist the cooperative in providing optimal service to its members.]]>

<![CDATA[This study analyzes the factors that influence Open University students' decision to choose Bank Mandiri payment channel for course registration. Using binary logistic regression method with Python, this study explores the influence of ease of use, administrative costs, and student preference on the probability of choosing Bank Mandiri. Data from 200 students were analyzed using variables such as age, gender, ease of use of mobile banking application, transaction fees, and student preference. Model evaluation using confusion matrix and ROC curve showed good performance with Area Under the Curve (AUC) 0.84. This study revealed that factors such as ease of use and transaction fees strongly influence students' decisions in choosing payment channels. The results show that the model has 78% accuracy with three significant variables with values below 5%: ease of use, transaction costs, and student preferences. Evaluation using ROC curves showed good model performance with an AUC of 0.84. This research aims to improve UT and Bank Mandiri payment services and provide insight into the adoption of financial technology in the education sector.]]>

<![CDATA[The digital era has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including in the world of literature. The emergence of digital technology has given rise to various new platforms for creating and enjoying literary works, such as social media, blogs, and e-book platforms. This raises questions about the future of literature in this digital era. This study aims to explore how digital technology influences the form, content, and way of enjoying literary works. This study uses a cybernetic literary approach to analyze the interaction between literature and digital technology. The results of the study show that digital technology has various positive and negative impacts on literature. On the one hand, digital technology opens up new opportunities for literary creators to reach a wider audience and interact with readers directly. On the other hand, digital technology also raises concerns about the potential for cultural homogenization and the loss of humanist values in literary works. This study has important implications for literary theory and practice in the digital era. The findings of this study can help literary creators to understand and utilize the opportunities offered by digital technology, as well as to overcome the challenges faced in this digital era.]]>
