Kebijakan hutang adalah keputusan yang dibuat oleh manajemen untuk mendapatkan sumber pendanaan dari pihak ketiga guna mendanai kegiatan operasional perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara empiris dan signifikan struktur asset, profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kebijakan hutang pada perusahaan bumn yang terdaftar di bei tahun 2020-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 11 perusahaan yang diobservasi selama 4 tahun, sehingga menghasilkan jumlah data sebanyak 44 data. Data diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) https://www.idx.co.id/id. Pengolahan data menggunakan E-Views versi 9. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi adanya siswa yang kurang percaya diri dengan bentuk tubuh yang dimilikinya. Body image merupakan gambaran mental individu yang ditujukan pada ukuran dan bentuktubuh, penilaian individu lain, dan individu tersebut akan mempersepsikan dan memberikanpenampilan terhadap apa yang ia pikirkan dan rasakan terhadap ukuran dan bentuk tubuhnya. Makadari itu, peneliti tertarik untuk mengungkapkan hubungan body image terhadap kepercayaan diri. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan body image terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Ampek Angkek. Penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian kuantitatif korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar satu variabeldengan variabel lainnya. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Ampek Angekyang diketahui body image nya berhubungan dengan kepercayaan dirinya. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proportional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 79 orang. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa hasil signifikansi correlation diperoleh sebesar 0,00 yang berarti lebih kecildari alpha (0,05). Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa Ha diterima, hal ini juga dibuktikan dengan r hitungyaitu 0,867 besar dari r tabel yaitu 0,218 pada taraf signifikansi 0.05. Maka dapat dikatakan Ha diterimaartinya ada hubungan body image terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Ampek Angkek.

The purpose of this research is to examine the participation of female voters in the 2024 Regional Head Election in Ternate City, North Maluku Province. This study employs an empirical juridical research method. The empirical juridical research method is a legal research approach that aims to observe law in its practical sense, analyzing and examining how law operates within society. This method also encompasses research on legal identification and the effectiveness of law. The functioning of law in society can be analyzed through aspects such as the level of legal effectiveness, compliance with the law, the role of legal institutions in law enforcement, and the implementation of legal rules in addressing social issues. This research utilizes both primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained directly from the first-hand sources related to the issues under discussion, while secondary data is gathered through library research, including primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The findings of this research reveal that women’s participation in the era of globalization and modernization plays a significant role in various aspects of societal life. Women’s roles are increasingly recognized not only as voters but also as active participants in electoral contests. Efforts to foster awareness and encourage female voters to exercise their voting rights must be conducted consistently. Furthermore, socialization regarding the use of voting rights should be accompanied by education on the prohibition of involvement (both as candidates and voters) in money politics practices.

Research to find out the principal's policy in character formation at SMK N 1 Paguyaman Pantai, Boalemo Regency. This study uses a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach. The location of this research was conducted in Bubaa Village, Paguyaman Pantai District, Boalemo Regency, with data sources obtained from several informants such as the principal, vice principal for curriculum, subject teachers and students at SMK N Paguyaman Pantai. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview and documentation methods. The researcher acted as an information digger with the aim of obtaining both primary and secondary data sources. The results of this study explain that the policy of the principal of SMK N 1 Paguyaman Pantai in forming student character has been going well. This can be seen from his role in the aspects of adjustment, process aspects and function aspects. Before entering the new school year, the principal prepares a teaching and learning implementation plan at the school together with educators and education staff, parents and the school committee. In the discussion, the principal also emphasized the importance of internalizing character education in learning. The principal also evaluates the implementation of teaching and learning in the school to find out whether the agreed plan is implemented or not. The character building strategy carried out at SMK N 1 Paguyaman Pantai, namely by prioritizing exemplary attitudes, habituating the creation of conducive conditions, and integration and internalization. All of these attitudes have been implemented well in the school environment.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between self-esteem and the tendency of premarital sexual behavior among young adults. This study is based on the increasing prevalence of premarital sexual behavior in Indonesia, especially among young adults, and highlights the importance of understanding the psychological factors involved. This quantitative correlational study involved 402 active students aged 18–25 years at Satya Wacana Christian University who reported engaging in premarital sexual behavior. The instruments used included the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) and the premarital sexual behavior scale based on Walker's theory. Spearman's Rho analysis showed a very weak and insignificant negative correlation (r = -0.009; p > 0.05), indicating no significant relationship between self-esteem and premarital sexual behavior. These findings suggest that self-esteem is not a major determinant of premarital sexual behavior in young adults. This study provides theoretical implications for the development of literature in developmental and social psychology, and practical implications for educational interventions aimed at young adults.

Pengelolaan limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun (B3) merupakan aspek vital dalam upaya menjaga kelestarian lingkungan hidup, khususnya di wilayah industri seperti Kabupaten Karawang. Dalam konteks ini, perjanjian antara pelaku usaha dengan pengelola limbah B3 harus memenuhi prinsip kepastian hukum sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana asas kepastian hukum ditegakkan dalam praktik perjanjian pengelolaan limbah B3 serta menggali upaya yuridis yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan hukum dalam pengelolaan limbah industri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan konseptual dan perundang-undangan. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif-analitis terhadap ketentuan hukum positif seperti Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009, PP Nomor 22 Tahun 2021, Permen LHK Nomor 6 Tahun 2021 serta dikaitkan dengan teori kepastian hukum Gustav Radbruch dan praktik hukum kontrak di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi prinsip kepastian hukum dalam perjanjian pengelolaan limbah B3 di Kabupaten Karawang masih belum optimal dan menimbulkan sejumlah persoalan hukum. Penelitian ini memberikan saran untuk Pemerintah daerah yang perlu memperketat pengawasan dan verifikasi legalitas pihak yang terlibat dalam perjanjian pengelolaan limbah B3 untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009. Selain itu, pelaku usaha harus diberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam hal regulasi lingkungan agar setiap perjanjian disusun berdasarkan prinsip kehati-hatian dan menghindari risiko hukum.

Kualitas air minum menjadi aspek penting yang harus diperhatikan untuk menjaga kesehatan masyarakat. Salah satu teknologi yang umum digunakan dalam penyaringan air adalah Reverse Osmosis (RO), yang mampu menyaring berbagai zat kontaminan. Namun, tantangan utama dalam sistem RO adalah pemantauan kualitas air secara real-time, otomatisasi dalam pengendalian pompa air, serta penggantian filter yang sering kali tidak terjadwal dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pemantauan dan kontrol kualitas air RO berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dengan pendekatan logika fuzzy metode Sugeno untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan air RO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu membaca parameter air dengan akurasi tinggi setelah dilakukan kalibrasi sensor, dengan akurasi sensor pH mencapai 97%, sensor TDS 97,21%, dan sensor kekeruhan 95%. Implementasi metode fuzzy Sugeno berhasil meningkatkan akurasi penentuan kualitas air hingga 97%, dibandingkan dengan metode pemantauan manual yang lebih subjektif. Selain itu, sistem IoT berbasis Blynk memungkinkan pengguna untuk memantau kualitas air secara jarak jauh dan real-time, serta memberikan notifikasi otomatis jika kualitas air turun di bawah ambang batas yang telah ditentukan.. Penerapan sistem ini sangat sesuai untuk lingkungan seperti Pondok Pesantren Durrotu Aswaja, yang membutuhkan akses terhadap air minum berkualitas secara berkelanjutan.

Information and communication technology development has driven significant transformation in various aspects of human resource management, now known as Digital Human Resource Management (Digital HRM). Digital HRM refers to using digital technology to support and enhance key HR functions such as recruitment, training, performance management and employee relations. This transformation not only improves operational efficiency, but also enables a more strategic and data-driven approach to HR decision-making. This article discusses the basic concepts of Digital HRM, the benefits and challenges of its implementation, and its impact on the role of HR in the digital era. The findings show that HR digitalization provides opportunities for innovation in HR management, but also requires organizational readiness in terms of infrastructure, digital competencies, and changes in work culture. Thus, Digital HRM is a key element in creating an adaptive and highly competitive organization amidst the dynamics of the modern business environment.

Digital transformation has revolutionized the way organizations operate, shifting human resource (HR) skills needs from traditional to digital. Skills such as digital literacy, data analysis, virtual communication and adaptive leadership are key to maintaining organizational competitiveness in industry 4.0 and towards society 5.0 (Schwas, 2016). This research aims to identify the HR skills most needed in the digital industry and their development strategies in organizations. This research used a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach and in-depth interviews with HR managers in the technology and manufacturing sectors (Crewel, 2013). The results showed that digital competence, continuous learning, and cross-platform collaboration skills are the three main pillars of HR development in the digital era (World Economic Forum, 2020). These findings provide a foundation for organizations to formulate training and recruitment policies based on the needs of the digital industry. In conclusion, organizations must adapt quickly to develop HR competencies to avoid being left behind in the increasingly technology-based global competition.
