<![CDATA[Transportation tools such as trucks that play an important role in the distribution of goods, but trucks are often the cause of accidents in urban areas. One of the cases that occurred recently was a truck accident in Cipondoh, Tangerang. This study identifies the main causes of accidents and examines the legal responsibility of the parties involved. This study aims to provide an appeal to improve traffic safety and prevent similar incidents from happening again. The research method used is normative juridical with primary and secondary legal sources including a case study of the Case Study of Reckless Truck Accidents in Cipondoh. Library research is a technique used to obtain data in terms of techniques in data collection. The results of the study show that accidents often occur due to driver negligence, as well as in the case of a truck accident in Cipondoh, so strict action and socialization are needed about anticipating accidents to the public.]]>

Characterized by inspiring, motivating, and empowering organizational members, transformational leadership is considered a key factor in creating productive and sustainable work environments. Through a literature review and case analysis, this research identifies relevant dimensions of transformational leadership, such as a clear vision, effective communication, emotional support, and intellectual stimulation. Findings indicate that transformational leaders play a pivotal role in shaping positive norms, values, and behaviors within organizations. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang bertujuan untuk Meningkatkan Aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa melalui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Peer Teaching Pada Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 17 Makassar.Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 17 Makassar. pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini terdiri atas dua siklus dan data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aktivitas siswa pada siklus I dengan rata-rata adalah 33,3% dan pada siklus II adalah 90%, berarti adanya peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa.Dan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I yaitu 9 siswa atau 30% pada kategori sedang meningkat pada siklus II yaitu 17 siswa atau 56,6% pada kategori tinggi. Dengan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I yaitu 66,3 meningkat menjadi 81,6 padasiklus II dan peningkatan presentase ketuntasan siswa dari 33,3% menjadi 90%. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Pembelajaran Peer Teaching dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 17 Makassar.]]>

<![CDATA[The relationship between humans and the natural environment is a central theme in social geography, illustrating the reciprocal interaction between humanity and nature. Humans utilize and modify the environment to meet their needs, while the environment influences societal life patterns. This study employs a literature review approach to explore three main aspects: the interaction between humans and nature, the impacts of environmental changes on humans, and environmental management policies. The findings reveal that while humans possess the ability to alter nature, uncontrolled exploitation often leads to environmental degradation, such as pollution, deforestation, and climate change. Conversely, the environment shapes various aspects of human life, including settlement patterns, livelihoods, and culture. Sustainable environmental management policies are essential for achieving harmony between humans and nature. In this context, philosophical thought provides ethical and existential foundations to holistically address environmental challenges, emphasizing human responsibility as an integral part of the ecosystem. Collaborative efforts from various stakeholders are necessary to establish a balance that supports the sustainability of both human and natural life in the future. <![CDATA[This research examines the legal mechanism of encumbering Mortgage Rights on joint marital property, focusing on procedural and juridical implications. Employing a normative juridical research method, the study comprehensively analyzes legal dynamics related to property rights transfer within inheritance and credit guarantee contexts. The research aims to identify legal and procedural prerequisites for encumbering Mortgage Rights involving joint assets, considering the requirement of consent from all legal heirs. The study concentrates on registration mechanisms at the Land Office and their legal implications for creditor and debtor rights certainty. Research findings reveal the complexity of Mortgage Rights encumbrance, requiring multi-party coordination and consent. The findings emphasize the importance of formal documentation and systematic procedures to prevent potential future legal disputes, especially in asset execution scenarios where debtors fail to meet their obligations. This research provides significant contributions to understanding the legal framework governing asset transfer and rights encumbrance, offering a comprehensive perspective on the juridical complexities within inheritance and credit guarantee systems in Indonesia.]]>

PT Pedjoeang Batik seeks to introduce Batik Tulis to the international market by developing a web-based application. This study uses Waterfall's qualitative methods and systematic approach to understand how digital promotion strategies are implemented and design promotional applications. The results show that this application not only improves visibility and brand image, but also simplifies data management and improves operational efficiency. This finding is an important contribution for MSMEs, especially in marketing unique products such as batik in the global market. For further research, it is recommended that new technologies be explored to improve user interaction and experience.]]>

<![CDATA[Rumah sakit adalah suatu instansi yang menyediakan berbagai jenis pelayan baik itu rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan gawat darurat. Karyawan merupakan salah satu aspek beroperasinya rumah sakit. Sebagai organisasi yang kompleks membutuhkan kinerja karyawan yang optimal untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik. Budaya organisasi berperan penting dalam membangun lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, dan mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan. Loyalitas karyawan sangat penting dalam suatu organisasi. Organisasi harus menjaga agar karyawan dapat bertahan dan nyaman berkerja didalam rumah sakit lingkungan yang nyaman dan baik serta dapat memberikan pelayanan yang optimal, responsif dan berkualitas kepada pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis peran budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan di rumah sakit untuk mendorong rumah sakit untuk dapat memahami peran budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan literature review dengan menganalisis lima artikel ilmiah yang relevan dalam 5 tahun terakhir dengan menggunakan google scholar dengan kata kunci "Budaya Organisasi", "Loyalitas Karyawan" , “Komitmen Karyawan” dan “Rumah sakit”. Jika rumah sakit menerapkan budaya organisasi yang baik maka karyawan akan memiliki arah yang jelas dan memiliki rasa loyalitas bekerja dirumah sakit. Berdasarkan analisis pada artikel didapatkan dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang kuat berkontribusi pada komunikasi yang efektif, komitmen organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja karyawan, yang pada akhirnya berdampak positif pada kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Dengan menciptakan budaya kerja yang mendukung, sehingga rumah sakit dapat memastikan pelayanan yang optimal dan berorientasi pada pasien.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of accreditation and service quality on the interest in studying at the University of Eastern Indonesia. This research is motivated by the importance of these factors in improving accreditation and service quality. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data collection is conducted through the distribution of questionnaires to all students. Data analysis is performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that partially, accreditation and service quality have a positive and significant effect on the interest in studying. This means that the higher the level of accreditation and service quality, the higher the interest in studying among students. In addition, the analysis results also show that simultaneously, both independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the interest in studying. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that accreditation and service quality are very important factors in increasing the interest in studying at the University of Eastern Indonesia. Therefore, the University of Eastern Indonesia needs to pay more attention to these two factors so that the interest in studying can continue to be improved. <![CDATA[English class performance is an event that is held by the English Language Study Program at the Universitas Bhinneka PGRI. This event is held regularly every year, since 2018 initiated by a student of Universitas Bhinneka PGRI Tulungagung, Plosokandang - Tulungagung City itself, namely by (Siti Rochimah, 2020). This study aims to examine the perspective of students on the existence of English Class Performance. This type of research is Qualitative Research using data collection methods through a questionnaire to answer how the second, fourth and sixth semester students' perspectives on English Class Performance events. So that data will be obtained about their perspectives in depth and can be used as reference considerations both for the committee and for the English study program later. The instrument used in this study used a questionnaire method and direct interviews with the chairpersons of each class (session) as well as the creator of the idea of an English Class Performance event to obtain accurate information about history and how the origins of English class performance were formed. To obtain the validity of the data in this study carried out by triangulation of sources or easier matching between one source with another source or next researcher. Based on the results of the research analysis, it can be concluded that English Class Performance is an event that is very useful for students of English study programs, especially for implementing or applying knowledge gained while in class directly and this event is very useful for students to train their mentality to perform directly speak English both formal and informal in public.]]>

<![CDATA[Media sosial sangat mempengaruhi interaksi manusia salah satunya aplikasi Whatsapp,yang selalu digunakan generasi milenial dalam berinteraksi setiap harinya sehingga menjadi suatu hal yang menarik untuk dibahas tentang penggunaan bahasa Indonesia mengingat pesatnya perkembangan zaman yang mempengaruhi bahasa IndonesiaPenelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Melihat Bagaimana Eksistensi Penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia Dalam Interaksi Melalui Whatsapp Pada Generasi Milenial dengan menggunakan pendekatan library research atau penelitian kepustakaan. Pada penelitian ini data akan dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber literatur, seperti buku, artikel ilmiah, jurnal, dan dokumen-dokumen terkait untuk mengevaluasi perspektif yang berbeda, pendekatan yang digunakan, serta temuan dan rekomendasi yang muncul dari literatur-literatur yang relevan.
