<![CDATA[Mediation serves as a crucial mechanism in resolving breach of contract disputes by providing an alternative to litigation that emphasizes collaboration and mutual agreement. This study investigates the role and effectiveness of mediation in addressing disputes arising from contractual non-performance. Employing a qualitative approach, the research examines case studies and legal frameworks governing mediation in contract disputes. The findings reveal that mediation offers several advantages over litigation, including reduced costs, faster resolution times, and the preservation of business relationships. These benefits make mediation a preferred choice, especially for parties seeking to maintain ongoing partnerships. The study also highlights the role of mediators as impartial facilitators who guide parties toward creative and mutually beneficial solutions. Mediators assist in clarifying issues, addressing misunderstandings, and fostering open communication, which are essential in resolving complex contractual disputes. However, the success of mediation is contingent upon the willingness of both parties to engage in the process and their commitment to finding a resolution. This paper underscores the significance of promoting mediation as a primary dispute resolution method in breach of contract cases. It advocates for strengthening legal frameworks and increasing public awareness to enhance its accessibility and effectiveness. By doing so, mediation can be further integrated into the legal landscape, offering an efficient and harmonious approach to resolving disputes while alleviating the burden on courts.]]>

<![CDATA[Hypertension is also known as the silent killer because patients are often unaware that they have hypertension until they check their blood pressure. Hypertension is a disease that cannot be cured but must be controlled. Patient compliance in undergoing treatment is crucial to achieve optimal blood pressure control and prevent serious complications. However, several factors affect compliance, one of which is cost. The role of cost can impact various aspects, including access to care, adherence to medication, and the financial burden on patients. Purpose of this research is to understand the relationship between health financing and the adherence level of hypertensive patients in undergoing treatment. Method the research utilized a descriptive correlational study design with a cross-sectional approach. The population for this study consisted of hypertension patients undergoing treatment at RSUD Arifin Achmad, with a sample size of 85 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques. Based on the data analysis conducted using the chi-square test, a p-value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating that there is a significant relationship. The conclusion there is a relationship between health financing and the level of compliance of hypertension patients in undergoing.]]>

<![CDATA[Continuity of care is a consistent and interconnected service provided from time to time according to patient needs. This study aims to determine the relationship between the implementation of continuity of care and the quality of life of patients with cardiovascular problems. This study used a quantitative correlation design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study amounted to 87 respondents with a diagnosis of coronary heart disease 71 respondents and heart failure 16 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Continuity of care variables were measured using the Patient Continuity of Care Questionnaire (PCCQ) and quality of life was measured using the World Organization Quality of Life-BREF (WHOQOL-BREF) questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Chi Square test. Data on respondent characteristics showed that the majority of respondents were aged 56-65 years (46.1%), male gender (79.3%), high school education (66.7%). The results of this study showed that the continuity of care with high significant results (63.2%) and the quality of life of patients with good conditions (52.9%). The results of bivariate analysis showed a substantial relationship between continuity of care and patient quality of life with a coefficient value of p value (0.001). The results of this study indicate that health workers play an important role in ensuring the continuity of health services at all levels. With the continuity of services, it is expected that there will be a decrease in recurrence in patients with cardiovascular problems, especially patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.]]>

<![CDATA[The Revenue Management Technology Implementation Unit (UPT) Bagan Batu with the support of the Riau Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) has a strategic role. As one of the authorities tasked with managing regional revenue sources, the UPT is tasked with optimizing the collection of taxes, import duties, and other legitimate sources of revenue. Given the complexity of these tasks, aspects of public service and human resources (HR) are the keys to operational success. The purpose of this article is to determine the technical services and human resource management at the Bagan Batu Revenue Management UPT. This study uses a qualitative approach with the aim of deeply understanding the technical services and human resource management (HR) at the Bagan Batu Revenue Management UPT, Riau Province Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda). Human resource management (HR) and public services at the Bagan Batu Revenue Management UPT have a strategic role in supporting the optimization of regional revenue. <![CDATA[Kapal-kapal yang beroperasi di perairan Indonesia sangat bergantung pada upaya para awak kapal, yang terkadang disebut kru atau awak kapal. Ada risiko tinggi terhadap keselamatan awak kapal dalam pekerjaan mereka karena hal-hal seperti cuaca yang buruk dan tak terduga dan keadaan tak terduga lainnya. Setiap orang yang melakukan pekerjaan mereka di industri kelautan membutuhkan perlindungan hukum karena bahaya besar yang terlibat. Dari awal hubungan kerja hingga pemutusan hubungan kerja, perjanjian kerja kelautan mengatur keselamatan awak kapal. Selain itu, artikel ini berusaha untuk menjelaskan mekanisme hukum yang tersedia bagi para awak kapal jika hak-hak masa percobaan mereka tidak ditegakkan, yang dapat berdampak buruk bagi kesehatan mereka, dan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana mekanisme ini diterapkan untuk melindungi awak kapal sejak awal hubungan kerja hingga pemutusan hubungan kerja. Riset ini memakai pendekatan yuridis normatif dan menggunakan sumber informasi primer serta sekunder. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan awak kapal, faktor-faktor seperti upah, tunjangan, dan cara pemutusan hubungan kerja menjadi sangat penting, menurut penelitian ini. Menurut hasil penelitian, jika terjadi konflik yang melibatkan ABK, perselisihan dapat diselesaikan di Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui instrumen performance alternative dan authentic assessment berbasis keterampilan berpikir kreatif guna meningkatkan kualitas evaluasi dalam pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang melibatkan pengumpulan, pencatatan, dan pengelolaan referensi dari berbagai sumber literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui asesmen kinerja dan autentik yang dirancang secara kontekstual dan relevan dengan kehidupan nyata. Asesmen kinerja efektif melatih siswa dalam menerapkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan melalui tugas-tugas terbuka yang mendorong pemikiran kreatif dan analitis, sementara asesmen autentik memberikan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna dengan melibatkan siswa dalam proses evaluasi yang mencakup aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor secara terintegrasi. Kedua metode asesmen ini terbukti mampu mengembangkan kefasihan, fleksibilitas, orisinalitas, dan elaborasi dalam penyelesaian masalah, sehingga mendukung pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran sains secara optimal.]]>

In the era of increasingly intense global competition, companies are required to optimize all aspects of their operations, especially in the effective and efficient management of their supply chains. The research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis, involving a sample of 150 manufacturing companies. Data collection was conducted through structured questionnaires and direct observations of companies' supply chain processes. The variables studied include supply chain integration, partner coordination, inventory management, and supply chain information systems on production performance and the achievement of company targets.]]>

<![CDATA[Klasifikasi ras anjing merupakan tugas penting dalam mendukung identifikasi, pemahaman perilaku, serta kebutuhan kesehatan dan perawatan spesifik dari berbagai ras. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) untuk mengklasifikasikan gambar ras anjing, memanfaatkan dataset besar dengan teknik Transfer Learning dan augmentasi data. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akurasi klasifikasi serta efisiensi waktu pemrosesan. Hasil menunjukkan model CNN yang dikembangkan mampu mencapai akurasi 74,38% pada data uji, mencerminkan efektivitas metode ini meskipun terdapat tantangan terkait kondisi pencahayaan dan sudut pandang. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teknologi berbasis kecerdasan buatan untuk mendukung pemilik hewan peliharaan dan profesional dalam memahami kebutuhan spesifik ras anjing.]]>

<![CDATA[Menulis berperan penting dalam pembelajaran. Menulis membantu siswa EFL mengekspresikan ide dan pemikiran mereka, serta membangun hubungan dengan orang lain, bahkan berpikir lebih kritis. Sebagai salah satu keterampilan produktif, menulis telah menjadi tuntutan bagi siswa di Indonesia dimana Bahasa Inggris merupakan bahasa asing. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kesalahan sintaksis serta mengidentifikasi jenis kesalahan yang paling sering dilakukan oleh mahasiswa EFL dalam menulis teks deskriptif dengan mengadopsi teori yang dikemukakan oleh Politzer dan Romirez. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis-jenis kesalahan sintaksis yang ditemukan adalah 1) penggunaan kata ganti, 2) penggunaan kata depan, 3) penghilangan kata kerja, 4) persetujuan subjek dan kata kerja, 5) konstruksi kata kerja dan kata kerja, 6) transformasi pasif, 7) transformasi negatif, 8) dan urutan kata. Kemudian, kesalahan yang paling sering ditemukan adalah penggunaan preposisi dengan jumlah 24,17%. Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi guru bahasa Inggris lainnya dalam upaya untuk memperkuat siswa EFL dalam menyusun kalimat.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the project, and analyze the types of activities of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project in the Pancasila education subject at the BNKP Gunungsitoli Christian Private Vocational School. This study uses a descriptive approach, qualitative method. The research instrument is the researcher himself, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study and discussion concluded that: First, the Effectiveness of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in the Pancasila Education subject at the BNKP Gunungsitoli Christian Private Vocational School has been carried out effectively, starting from the design, implementation, to evaluation and reflection stages, with the theme "Voice of Democracy" with the topic "One Voice Determines the Future of the School" and the theme "Recognize My Potential" with the topic "Self-Potential Awareness". Second, the types of activities in the theme "Voice of Democracy" are making infographics about the history and types of democracy; and for the theme "Recognize My Potential", students describe and demonstrate their potential.]]>
