<![CDATA[The bunker remnants from the Japanese occupation in Batu Bara represent a historical site that holds various educational and cultural values. This research aims to examine the role of the bunker as an effective medium for historical learning for students. The primary focus of this study is to explore the potential of the bunker as a learning medium that can enrich students' educational experiences. Through a qualitative approach, the research gathers data from literature reviews related to the history of the Japanese occupation in Indonesia. The findings indicate that the bunker not only serves as a silent witness to the past but also has the potential to become an interactive and engaging learning medium. The results show that the bunker can enhance students' awareness of the importance of cultural heritage and local history. Moreover, utilizing the bunker as a learning medium can increase students' motivation and interest in studying history, as well as develop their critical and analytical thinking skills. By leveraging the bunker as an educational tourist attraction, it is hoped that students' historical awareness will be heightened, fostering a sense of love for their homeland.]]>

<![CDATA[Perkembangan bahasa pada anak usia 6 hingga 7 tahun sangat penting, terutama pada kemampuan pemahaman kosakata. Penguasaan pemahaman kosakata yang baik akan mendukung kemampuan yang baik pada akademik dan sosial anak. Banyak faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi hal ini, salah satunya working memory. Working memory memiliki peran dalam memproses dan menyimpan informasi untuk memahami kosakata. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dianalisis dan dieksplor lebih lanjut mengenai sejauh mana hubungan antara working memory dengan pemahaman kosakata. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah multistage sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 84 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara working memory dengan pemahaman kosakata anak di Surakarta. Hasil dari uji statistik menggunakan spearman rank menunjukkan p-value atau nilai p 0.008 yang berarti nilai p < 0.05 sehingga hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif diterima (Ha) diterima. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kemampuan working memory dengan pemahaman kosakata anak di Surakarta. Adapun kekuatan korelasi yaitu r = 0.288 yang menunjukkan bahwa besar kekuatan korelasi antara working memory dengan pemahaman kosakata termasuk dalam kategori lemah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara working memory dengan pemahaman kosakata di Surakarta.]]>

<![CDATA[The Public Service Performance Evaluation was created by the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment (Menpan) which was implemented in 2022 Number 29 concerning Monitoring and Evaluation of the Performance of the Implementation of Public Services with online-based monitoring (PEKPPP). With this online-based monitoring, it will later make it easier to systematically measure a work unit in a certain time to obtain materials for the preparation of recommendations in service improvement. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of public services at the Sidodadi Health Center in Sidoarjo Regency. Starting from 2022 to 2024, in order to identify the level of service quality, obstacles faced, and necessary improvement steps. The evaluation was carried out using a qualitative-descriptive approach, namely observation techniques and document analysis. This research focuses on key aspects of services, including accessibility, efficiency, responsiveness, and community satisfaction. The results of the study show that the Sidodadi Health Center has not fully achieved several success indicators because there are several obstacles that need to be overcome, such as limited human resources, inadequate facilities, and slow administrative processes. Based on these findings, strategic measures such as increasing the capacity of health workers, modernizing facilities, and implementing a service digitalization system are recommended to improve service quality. This research is expected to be a reference for local governments and related parties in efforts to improve the quality of public services in the health sector, especially at the Puskesmas level.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini sebagai penjelas peran advokat yang tidak hanya sebagai penasihat hukum akan tetapi juga dapat menjadi seorang mediator. Masalah kepastian profesi advokat yang diperbolehkan memegang profesi lain masih terdapat kekosongan hukum antara peraturan dan kenyataan di lapangan. Peran advokat sebagai mediator diperbolehkan dengan syarat memiliki izin sebagai mediator dan tidak sedang memegang perkara dari salah satu pihak yang berperkara dengan tujuan untuk memenuhi syarat sebagai moderator yang bersifat netral. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif, kesimpulan yang didapatkan ialah seorang advokat yang berperan sebagai mediator juga harus tetap memenuhi syarat-syarat sebagai mediator dan tetap mematuhi kode etik sebagai advokat.]]>

<![CDATA[Kasus yang melibatkan Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital dalam skandal judi online menjadi perhatian publik dan diliput oleh media. Kasus ini menunjukkan masalah integritas di antara lembaga pemerintah. Kasus judi online yang melibatkan pegawai Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital (Kemkomdigi) terungkap pada tanggal 4 November 2024. Polda Metro Jaya mengumumkan penangkapan lima tersangka baru, sehingga total tersangka dalam kasus ini menjadi 16 orang, termasuk 12 pegawai dari Komdigi dan 4 tersangka lainnya merupakan pihak swasta. Berdasarkan analisis media sosial dari bulan Oktober-November 2024, terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam sentiment negative public terhadap Kemkomdigi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun kepercayaan publik dengan strategi manajemen krisis kehumasan Kemkomdigi dalam menangani kasus pegawai yang terlibat kasus judi online, serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap kepercayaan publik dan reputasi Institusi. Melalui jenis penelitian metode kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data, wawancara, penelurusan dokumen penulis, media monitoring, observasi di lapangan. Pemberitaan pegawai Kemkomdigi terlibat kasus judi online menyebabkan krisis reputasi Insititusi dan hasil wawancara dari salah satu ahli konsultan Public Relations. Hasil dan pembahasan pada penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi yang dilakukan oleh Public Relations Kemkomdigi dalam menangani manajemen krisis dan penurunan reputasi dengan menunjukkan ketegasan dalam penanganan kasus, mengevaluasi dan perbaikan sistem, serta melakukan kerja sama dengan aparat kepolisian.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of unmet need in couples of childbearing age in Wangga Village, Passi Barat District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency in 2023. This research method uses quantitative research and descriptive correlation design with a cross-sectional approach, namely conducting research at one time. The sampling technique in this study was Total sampling with a sample size of 68 respondents and data collection using a questionnaire sheet. The results showed that age (p-value 0.004 (<0.05), Education (p-value 0.004 (<0.05), Knowledge of KB (p-value 0.001 (<0.05), and husband's support p-value 0.001 (<0.05) are related to the occurrence of Unmet need. The results of the study found that there was a relationship between age factors, Education, knowledge of KB and husband's support with the occurrence of Unmet need. The results of the Mantel-Haenszel Common Odds Ratio Estimate Estimate showed that among several factors the most influential was husband's support with an odds ratio value of 3,500.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the impact of tourism development on the economic, social and cultural aspects of the community in Detusoko Barat Village, Ende Regency. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants used in this research consisted of the village head, village secretary, chairman of the Pokdarwis, community, tourists, head of the agriculture department, secretary of the tourism department and employees of the trade department. The research results show that the development of tourist villages has a positive impact on the community's economy, by increasing income, opening business opportunities and creating jobs. The tourism sector encourages the development of local businesses and infrastructure. However, tourism development is also faced with supporting and inhibiting factors. With good planning, tourism development in West Detusoko can have a positive long-term impact on community welfare.]]>

<![CDATA[Background: Pneumoperitoneum is a serious medical condition characterized by the presence of air or gas in the peritoneal cavity. This phenomenon often requires immediate surgical intervention, although some cases can be non-surgical. In the context of COVID-19, pneumoperitoneum may emerge as an unusual complication that requires in-depth understanding of its mechanisms for appropriate management. Case Presentation: The case of a 63-year-old man with COVID-19 and spontaneous pneumoperitoneum without evidence of visceral perforation is reported. Patients underwent radiological examinations including X-ray and CT scan for diagnosis and monitoring, while management was carried out conservatively without surgical intervention. The examination revealed pneumoperitoneum with signs of Macklin effect without evidence of organ perforation. The patient was maintained with oxygen via nasal cannula, and recovery was marked by resorption of the pneumoperitoneum and clinical improvement within seven days. No further complications were found, and the patient was successfully removed.Conclusion: Pneumoperitoneum in COVID-19 patients can occur without organ perforation, known as non-surgical spontaneous pneumoperitoneum. Mechanisms involving the Macklin effect and high oxygen pressure are the main factors. Conservative management can be a safe and effective approach in cases without surgical indications. Further studies are needed to understand these complications in depth, especially in relation to COVID-19.]]>

<![CDATA[Background: Appendicitis is inflammation of the vermiform appendix which can develop into serious complications if not treated immediately. The prevalence of appendicitis in Indonesia is relatively high, with an incidence rate of 0.05%. The most common treatment for appendicitis is appendectomy, which can be performed using open or laparoscopic surgical techniques. Methods This case involved a 20 year old man who came in with complaints of lower right abdominal pain, which had become increasingly severe in the last two days. Physical examination shows tenderness and typical signs of appendicitis such as positive McBurny Sign and Rovsing Sign. The diagnosis of perforated appendicitis was confirmed after an ultrasound examination. The surgical procedure was carried out by appendectomy laparotomy. Results: The patient underwent a perforated appendectomy procedure. During the surgical process, the appendix is found to be perforated, which can cause peritonitis or abscess if not treated immediately. After the sanitation procedure, the patient is intensively treated with antibiotics and intravenous fluids. Conclusion: Appendicitis perforation is a condition that requires quick treatment to avoid more serious complications such as peritonitis and abscess. Correct diagnosis and prompt treatment are essential to reduce the risk of complications and speed up the patient's recovery process.]]>
