<![CDATA[This study is a qualitative descriptive study conducted at the Palm Restaurant, Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali. The purpose of this study was to identify the role of standard operating procedures that have a major role in increasing guest satisfaction. This study was conducted for four months with data collection methods, namely interviews, observations and documentation, which were samples in the interview process were assistant managers and food and beverage supervisors at the Palm Restaurant. The results of this study indicate that the role of standard operating procedures in increasing guest satisfaction has reached 92% with service satisfaction, but is still not optimal. The implementation of standard operating procedures has not been optimal due to several factors including the level of self-awareness (personal) so that there is a figure of 8% for service dissatisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of regional taxes and regional levies on local revenue (PAD) in Musi Rawas Regency. The data used are secondary data in the form of budget realization reports from 2019 to 2023 obtained from the Musi Rawas Regency Tax and Retribution Management Agency. The analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method with the help of IBM SPSS version 26 software. The results of the study indicate that regional taxes and regional levies have a significant effect on PAD both partially and simultaneously. Therefore, optimizing tax and retribution collection policies, as well as increasing efficiency in their management, are strategic steps in supporting regional fiscal independence.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap pelaku tindak pidana penipuan online dengan modus social engineering dan juga tantangan dalam pembuktiannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual, menggunakan data sekunder berupa bahan hukum primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan yang dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku penipuan online dengan modus social engineering dapat dimintai pertanggungjawaban pidana berdasarkan Pasal 378 KUHP dan Pasal 28 ayat (1) juncto Pasal 45A ayat (1) UU ITE. Selain itu, pelaku penipuan online dapat juga dijerat pasal lainnya dalam UU ITE tergantung modus operandi, kekuatan alat bukti, tingkat kerugian dan kompleksitas teknis dari kejahatan tersebut. Pertanggungjawaban pidana didasarkan pada prinsip geen straf zonder schuld (tiada pidana tanpa kesalahan) yang mensyaratkan adanya unsur objektif (perbuatan melawan hukum) dan subjektif (kesalahan). Namun, dalam pembuktiannya menghadapi tantangan signifikan berupa ancaman pidana yang tidak proporsional dengan kerugian yang ditimbulkan, kompleksitas bukti digital yang mudah hilang dan memerlukan keahlian forensik khusus, kesulitan identifikasi pelaku yang menggunakan teknologi penyembunyian seperti VPN dan nomor telepon virtual, serta sifat transnasional kejahatan tersebut yang memperumit proses penegakan hukum.]]>

<![CDATA[Fenomena Covid-19 menyebabkan perusahaan ritel mengalami penurunan pendapatan bahkan mengalami kerugian. Kondisi ini membuat perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor ritel mengalami gangguan terhadap persistensi labanya. Penelitian ini berujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh book tax difference, tingkat hutang, dan operating cash flow terhadap persistensi laba perusahaan ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan tekhnik purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa book tax difference berpengaruh negatif terhadap persistensi laba, tingkat hutang berpengaruh positif terhadap persistensi laba, dan arus kas operasi berpengaruh positif terhadap persistensi laba, oleh karena itu perusahaan dapat menjaga persistensi labanya dengan mengendalikan tingkat utang dan arus kas operasi perusahaan karena dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dalam memperoleh laba.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa, bagaimana fungsi pelatihan dan pengembangan mempengaruhi percepatan karir pelaut TB. MOMENTUM 07, dengan mengangkat perspektif praktis di lapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan telah rutin dilaksanakan dan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan kerja pelaut. Namun, akses terhadap program pengembangan karir belum merata. Pelatihan terbukti mendorong motivasi dan kesiapan promosi bagi sebagian perwira, tetapi belum terintegrasi secara menyeluruh bagi seluruh jenjang jabatan. Diperlukan kebijakan pengembangan SDM yang lebih inklusif dan terstruktur agar dampak pelatihan terhadap percepatan karir dapat dirasakan secara adil oleh seluruh awak kapal. ggunaan jargon teknis dan singkatan yang tidak umum. <![CDATA[This study aims to compile a systematic description of ecotourism development in the area by reviewing literature from seven relevant academic sources. Through the systematic review method, this study identified the main dimensions that support ecotourism development, namely: community empowerment based on local wisdom, branding and promotion strategies for tourist destinations, active community participation, quality of services and tourist attractions, and strengthening supporting infrastructure. The results of the analysis show that the development of the Cikuya Tea Plantation as an ecotourism destination is highly dependent on the synergy between environmental conservation and social involvement of the surrounding community. Educational activities such as local tea processing, preservation of endemic flora in the damar forest, and trekking to the Ciporolak Waterfall can be the main attractions that have ecological and economic value. The study also found that the lack of strong digital promotion and suboptimal access infrastructure were the main obstacles. However, with interpersonal communication strategies, strengthening local identity (local branding), and cross-actor collaboration, this area can be developed as a sustainable community-based ecotourism model. In addition, this study recommends the development of integrated tourism packages, local human resource training, and the integration of Cikuya Tea Plantation into the wider Lebak geopark and cultural tourism network. With an inclusive approach based on local wisdom, Cikuya Tea Plantation has the potential to become an icon of environmentally friendly tourism that also preserves Baduy cultural values and Banten's biodiversity.]]>

<![CDATA[Correctional Institutions (Lapas) are institutions that not only function as a place for carrying out criminal acts, but also as a place for fostering prisoners. However, the heterogeneity of social, cultural, and character backgrounds of prisoners often triggers conflicts within the prison environment. Conflicts between prisoners can disrupt security stability and hinder the fostering process that should run conducively. Therefore, the role of Correctional Institution officers is very important in preventing, handling, and resolving conflicts that occur. This article aims to analyze the role of prison officers in handling conflicts between prisoners and formulate strategies to optimize these roles. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study approach and interviews with a number of prison officers. The results of the study indicate that optimizing the role of officers can be done by improving communication competencies, mediation, and understanding of the psychological dynamics of prisoners, as well as the formation of a conflict management team in the prison environment. Thus, it is hoped that a safer and more conducive atmosphere will be created to support the fostering process within the prison.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to understand the construction of self-identity of female supporters of the Indonesian National Team, especially among female students of FISIP Unsika. Using Alfred Schutz's phenomenological approach, this study examines the motives, meanings, communication experiences, and interactions of female supporters while watching live matches of the Indonesian National Team at the stadium. The results of the study indicate that the self-identity of female supporters is formed through direct experience, social interaction, and the process of constructing meaning that is closely related to their collective and individual experiences as part of the national football supporter community.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the contribution of the PBB training (PBB) in the Scouting activities to the formation of self-discipline and character of students at the Junior High School (SMP) level. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of PBB is able to instill the values of discipline, responsibility, leadership, cooperation, and self-regulation in students. This activity also has a positive impact on student behavior outside of Scouting activities, including in academics and socially. This finding strengthens that PBB training is not just a physical activity, but an effective and contextual character education strategy in supporting the goals of the Merdeka Curriculum and the formation of the Pancasila Student Profile. Therefore, this activity needs to be continuously developed and supported as an integral part of the character building program in schools.]]>

<![CDATA[The construction of the airport will be built in Mbay, Regency Nagekeo will be called Surabaya II Airport which is located in Tonggurambang Village. In addition, Mbay occupies a strategic position because it is located in the middle of Flores Island and has been designated as the center of the National Strategy Area. The airport was planned to be built on the land of a former Japanese military base in 1944 and then designated as a pioneer airport in 1975. This qualitative research uses a case study approach, data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation. It aims to find out the main causes of conflict in the form of differences in interests in determining the location of the airport, land ownership status and community land acquisition. Conflicts in airport development have a complicated and complex nature involving three main actors, namely the local government, the Indonesian national army, and the local community. Although the construction of this airport is seen as strategic for economic development and regional tourism, the construction of Surabaya II airport in Nagekeo district has not yet been realized.]]>
