<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the application of media convergence by RRI Pro 2 Madiun in maintaining its existence in the digital era. The method used is qualitative descriptive with the main theories of Henry Jenkins, Terry Flew, and August Grant and Jeffrey Wilkinson. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of the institution's digital activities. The results of the study show that RRI Pro 2 has implemented economic, social, technological, cultural, and global convergence. This strategy can be seen in the integration of newsrooms, the use of platforms such as RRI Digital, YouTube, and Instagram, as well as cross-division collaboration. Key challenges include limited human resources, technological tools, and resistance to the old work culture. However, the opportunity to reach young audiences and expand public services is a key driver of digital transformation. This research is expected to contribute to the study of media communication and public broadcasting practices.]]>

<![CDATA[Interpersonal communication is an interaction between two people or a small group of people with some feedback effects. Self-disclosure has great benefits in improving self-understanding. Honest and open self-disclosure allows individuals to reflect on and evaluate their feelings and thoughts more clearly. This study aims to determine the effect of self-disclosure on interpersonal communication between parents and late adolescents in the city of Banjarmasin. This study employs a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The population was determined by the Central Statistics Agency to be 1,092,878, with the research sample consisting of 100 respondents aged 18–21 years. Data collection utilized a Likert scale with incidental sampling techniques, analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The analysis results indicate a significant positive influence between self-disclosure and interpersonal communication, with a result of 0.567. This means that the higher the self-disclosure, the better the quality of interpersonal communication. The frequency distribution of both variables resulted in a moderate category.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitan ini menyatakan bahwa siswa kurang berminat dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila, sehingga sebagian besar siswa memperoleh skor yang belum mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimum. Permasalahan tersebut dikarenakan masih menerapkan model pembelajaran hanya searah saja dan masih belum maksimal dalam mengimplikasikan suatu model pembelajaran yang mempunyai banyak variasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat ada atau tidaknya akibat dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran. kooperatif tipe scramble pada hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila Kelas IV SDN 15 Koto Baru Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang berbentuk yang Pre-Experimentas Design dan salah satu rancangannya yaitu One-Group Pretest-Posttest. populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kelas IV SDN 15 Koto Baru. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu Non-Probability Sample dengan teknik purposive sampel dan mengambil Kelas IV SDN 15 Koto Baru yang berjumlah 18 siswa. Instrument yang digunakan adalah instrument tes berupa soal pilihan ganda. Sebelum dilaksanakan penelitian soul dilakukan uji coba terlebih dahulu, soal tersebut sebanyak 20 soal dan setelah didapatkan datanya maka akan dilakukan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Daya Beda, dan Uji Tingkat Kesukaran soal. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan soal Pretest dan soal Posttest. Setelah didapatkannya data tersebut ternyata data Pretest mendapatkan nilai pertengahan sebanyak 64,1 dan nilai pertengahan yang didapatkan data Posttest sebanyak 86. Hasil data pretext din data posttest tadi dilakukannya uji normalitas dari data pretest yang mengatakan bahwa data Pretest tidak berdistribusi normal jika tong< Fabel dengan sigifikansi 0,157<0,05 yang berarti data tersebut tidak normal, pada data prosttest memperoleh nilai signifikansi sebanyak 0.127<0,05. Data tersebut dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis Non-Parametriks dan mendapatkan signifikansi 0,000<0,05. Dari data tersebut dapat diambil simpulannya bahwa adanya pengaruh dalam menerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe scramble di Kelas IV SDN 15 Koto Baru.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan video pembelajaran Pendididkan Agama Islam materi asma’ al-husna yang valid dan praktis. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop dan Disseminate). Pada tahap define didapatkan bahwa pendidik belum menggunakan media pembelajaran secara maksimal dan belum tersedianya media yang tidak hanya menekankan kognitif peserta didik namun juga bisa untuk memperbaiki karakter Islami peserta didik. Pada tahap design dilakukan dengan perumusan Tujuan Pembelajaran, perumusan materi, pemilihan format dan juga menyiapkan elemen pendukung. Tahap develop dilakukan dengan validasi produk yang dengan 5 orang dosen ahli dan memperoleh nilai 92% kategori “Sangat Valid”. Pada uji praktikalitas dilakukan dengan 24 peserta didik dan didapatkan nilai 90,62% kategori “Sangat Praktis”. Tahap disseminate dilakukan dengan menyebarkan produk di SMPN 1 Tiumang Dharmasraya. Berdasarkan hasil validitas dan praktikalitas yang diperoleh maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan video pembelajaran pada materi asma’ al-husna dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran.]]>

<![CDATA[Perencanaan strategis di tingkat desa berperan penting dalam pembangunan sektoral, termasuk sektor pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi dalam RPJMDes dan RKPDes Desa Garoga, Kabupaten Samosir, dalam memberdayakan petani guna meningkatkan hasil padi dan jagung untuk mendukung ketahanan pangan. Penelitian menggunakan teori perencanaan strategis Fred R. David dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RPJMDes dan RKPDes telah memprioritaskan sektor pertanian secara partisipatif, namun implementasi program masih menghadapi tantangan seperti distribusi pupuk dan minimnya pelatihan. Tujuan jangka panjang telah dirumuskan, termasuk penguatan kelembagaan dan agrowisata, namun evaluasi program belum berbasis data lapangan. Simpulan penelitian menyatakan bahwa perencanaan strategis sudah mengarah pada pemberdayaan petani dan ketahanan pangan, tetapi perlu penguatan dalam aspek pelaksanaan dan evaluasi partisipatif. <![CDATA[Dry and chapped lips are a common problem caused by environmental factors such as extreme weather and UV exposure. The use of natural lip balm such as cucumber (Cucumis Sativus L.) which is rich in antioxidants and water content is a safe alternative to overcome this problem. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of making lip balm based on cucumber (Cucumis Sativus L.) fruit extract in terms of its physical characteristics and stability. This research method was experimental. Cucumber fruit was macerated with virgin coconut oil (VCO) for 7 days. The results of the homogeneity test showed that the lip balm preparation was homogeneous with a pH of 5.07–7.30 which met SNI 16-4399-1996. The lip balm formulation obtained a spreadability of 3.23–3.53 cm and an adhesive strength of more than 10 seconds which indicated that the results had met the test requirements. However, the melting point test did not meet the test requirements with results of 47°C–48.5°C. In the stability test, there was no change in color, texture, aroma, and form of the preparation during the 28-day storage period with two temperature conditions of 25°C and 40°C. The conclusion of the results of this study shows that the formulation of cucumber fruit extract-based lip balm preparations meets the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) for lip balm preparations, both in terms of organoleptics, homogeneity, pH, and stability. However, the evaluation results show that the melting point of the preparation is still below the expected range, so it is necessary to optimize the composition of ingredients or manufacturing methods in future studies to increase the overall melting point.]]>

<![CDATA[Electronic communication devices in the military environment are currently developing with DSD technology so that in its maintenance, the MRO capability of Bengpushub Pushubad is required to follow DSD technology. In reality, the MRO capability at Bengpushub Pushubad is still focused on the maintenance of analog Alkomlek, thus creating a gap in maintenance capability, which can hamper operational readiness. The constraints that occur are due to the lack of personnel and the limitations of workshop facilities and infrastructure that are not yet modern and are still based on old technology. So it is necessary to analyze in carrying out transformation in the organizational, personnel and infrastructure aspects at Bengpushub in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the MRO capability of Alkomlek which is the purpose of this study. For this purpose, this study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data obtained through in-depth interviews with related personnel, direct observation of the work process, and relevant literature studies. The results of the study require adjustments to the organizational structure in the Communication Unit in order to adapt to the demands of increasingly complex and dynamic MRO tasks. The quality of personnel is developed through new skills training in operating and maintaining DSD (Digital and Software Defined) technology equipment, while the existing workshop equipment facilities need to be equipped to create a supportive work environment. The conclusion of this study is from the organizational aspect through the validation of the Communication Unit Workshop organization that accommodates and adopts Alkomlek with Digital and Software Defined (DSD) technology, from the Personnel Aspect through Education and training in the use of Digital and Software Defined (DSD) technology in its maintenance and repair activities and from the Aspect of facilities and infrastructure through upgrading analog Alkomlek to Digital and Software Defined (DSD) technology tools to answer the needs and developments of the strategic environment faced.]]>

<![CDATA[The World Health Organization reports that every year there are more than 700,000 people who die due to suicide. In this regard, individual mental health is one of the factors that is usually closely associated with. To decrease the suicide rate of the public, many long-term management programs are needed, for example counseling and education. APDC Indonesia is a professional consulting agency in the field of psychology that actively shares education about mental health on Instagram. This study aims to analyze the communication strategy that is implemented on Instagram account @apdcindonesia to increase the awareness of its followers about mental health. Through the content shared, they hope to increase followers’ awareness about mental health so they will be the best version of themselves. This is a descriptive qualitative research using in-depth interview as the data collection technique. The results of this study are analyzed using the 4 C’s for a social operation system, which are important elements in operating social media which include context, communication, collaboration, and connection. APDC Indonesia can be considered successful in carrying out its communication strategy on Instagram as seen from the interactions that occur with the audience and their enthusiasm in participating in the programs and services provided by APDC Indonesia. However, APDC Indonesia still needs to increase the intensity of responding to the comments so the connection element can be entwined deeper with their followers.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to develop an emergency reporting website to enhance disaster response effectiveness and data accuracy in the watchroom at Yogyakarta International Airport. The system utilizes QR codes to enable first reporters to submit incident reports in real time, which are immediately received by watchroom officers and the ARFF unit. Key features include a reporting form, automatic notifications, location mapping, and an integrated monitoring dashboard. The research applies the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to ensure the system is responsive, secure, and user-friendly. <![CDATA[Pemberdayaan memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan mendorong kemandirian dalam mengelola sumber daya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk pemberdayaan serta hambatan dalam implementasi program yang bersumber dari dana desa di Desa Tanjung Beringin. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelibatan masyarakat masih rendah dan bersifat formalitas, terutama terbatas pada tahap pelaksanaan.
