This research was motivated by the existence of problems at SMAN 2 Muaro Jambi, namely the low learning motivation of students in Class XI IPA 3 SMAN 2 Muaro Jambi. Then the teacher has difficulty in developing teaching materials that can make students interested in learning.The purpose of this research is to develop E-Module-based Civics Education teaching materials on human rights materials and to increase student motivation in class XI SMAN 2 Muaro Jambi.This research is a development research and uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. This study develops Civics teaching materials by giving tests to determine students' learning motivation. The instruments used in this study were a questionnaire on the assessment of material experts, media experts, and linguists, teacher and student responses and student learning motivation questionnaires.Based on the results of research conducted by providing a student learning motivation questionnaire at the end of the learning activity, 28 students were found whose learning motivation increased with a percentage of 81.7% KeywordS : Motivation, e-Module, Human Rights

Abstract: This research is motivated by the problems that exist in society that show the problem of bad morals of street children. Where street children do not behave in accordance with existing norms, and perform deviant behavior. The purpose of this study was to collect data on how the Social Service of Jambi City in implementing the moral development of street children, as well as the obstacles that hindered the implementation and the efficacy of moral counseling of street children in the Social Service of Jambi City. Using a combination of interviews and documentation, the qualitative data collection method of this study was considered reliable. A descriptive qualitative approach will be used in this study. Moral education for street children is still not well implemented, concludes this research conducted by the Jambi City Social Service. This is indicated by the existence of obstacles in the implementation of guidance both from facilities and infrastructure in the form of facilities, human resources, officers, or repetition of ignoring the rules on street children in the form of going down on the streets. The conclusion in this study is that the implementation of moral guidance for street children at the Jambi City Social Service is still less effective, which is indicated by the obstacles or problems found by researchers, namely the lack of human resources or officers, lack of facilities/facilities, ineffective time to provide guidance, and the lack of public awareness and attention of parents to their children.

This research was motivated by the problems at SMPN 30 Muaro Jambi, especially the low learning outcomes of class VII B students which only reached 32% of students who reached the KKM. In addition, teachers face challenges in producing learning materials that will excite students' interest as they learn, enabling them to improve student learning outcomes. This study aims to create an interactive learning media based on Lectora that inspires material on norms and justice to help grade VII B students of SMPN 30 Muaro Jambi improve Civics learning outcomes. The ADDIE development model is of this type (Analysis, Design Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This research makes interactive learning media by giving assessments to students to find out their learning outcomes. An assessment questionnaire filled out by a team of experts, teachers, and students was used in this study. Based on research on student learning outcomes tests at the end of the learning activity, there were 26 students who obtained complete scores and two students with incomplete scores from a total of 28 students whose learning outcomes increased by 93%.

Based on the results of initial observations that have been made by class VIIIstudents of SMP Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi, it shows several problems regarding studentmotivation in the medium category and student activities in the school environment whichcan be said to be regulations in the form of bringing motorbikes to school, hanging outoutside class when the teacher does not come in, the dishonesty of students whentransacting with traders at school and the class atmosphere is not conducive when theteacher is not in.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the character of the integrityvalue of students to the learning motivation of class VIII students in Civics subjects at SMPNegeri 1 Muaro Jambi.This study uses qualitative data collection methods in the form of observation,questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study weredescriptive and qualitative descriptive statistics. This research was carried out in 3 stages,namely the pre-field stage in October to November 2021, the field work stage in December2021 to January 2022 and the data analysis stage in February to month March 2022. Theinformants in this study consisted of 10 grade VIII students and 2 PPKn teachers.The results of this study indicate that out of 10 grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 MuaroJambi, only 2 people have the character of integrity values. These 2 people consist ofstudents with very high learning motivation and students with moderate learningmotivation. The 8 students who do not yet have the character of the complete integrityvalue consist of students who have very high learning motivation, high learning motivationand low learning motivation.The conclusion in this research is that students who have high or even very highmotivation do not rule out the possibility that these students have integrity withinthemselves. This is because students are only pegged to get good grades, so they justifyprohibited methods to get good grades. In addition, the lack of self-awareness of theimportance of a healthy process or struggle in order to get maximum results also makesstudents not care about what they are doing wrong or right.

Analysis Of Low Student Participation In Osis Management As Civic Disposition Development In Sma Negeri 7 Kota Jambi Abstract: The background of this research is based on the problems that occured in SMA Negeri 7 in Jambi City related to the low participation of students in the management of Student Council, as one of the civic disposition developments in schools. The formulation of the problem in this research are: (1) how is student participation in Student Council management as a civic disposition, (2) what is the factor in the low participation of students in Student Council management at SMA Negeri 7 in Jambi City. The purpose of this study was to find out how student participation in OSIS management is a form of civic disposition development in the school environment and to find out what are the factors causing the low student participation in OSIS management at SMA N 7 Jambi City. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method. In this study, there were core informants and student informants who did not participate in the student council management. The main sources of data were an interview and documentation. The data was analyzed by using the data analysis technique of source triangulation. The findings showed that student participation in Student Council management at SMA Negeri 7 in Jambi City has decreased from previous years. The student council management is dominated by phase or class X students, the low participation of students is in the Social Sciences major. The factors that cause the low participation of students in the management of the Student Council, namely the low interest of students to participate in being the board of the Student Council because students feel they cannot be responsible for carrying out their duties as administrators of the Student Council, inadequate budget funds so that many activities in schools cannot be realized this is a factor causing the low interest of students in the Student Council organization, socialization that has not been maximized by coaches, teachers and old administrators about how the impact is obtained when becoming a member in an organization, and inappropriate recruitment of members by still using a system of appointments based on recommendations by teachers and related parties based on external character factors only. This research is motivated by the lack of teacher using learning media in the learning process of civic education so that students ecome less enthusiastic in learning.the purpose of this research is to develop Nearpod interactive multimedia on material threats to the state withing the ftamework of bhineka tunggal ika in order to improve the learning qulity of students in class X social science at senior high school 9 Muaro Jambi. The type of method used in this study is a research and development method that uses the ADDIE model as itâ€™s development model. The results of this research and development obtained the results of material expert validation with a score of 50 and a percentage of 89%, language validation obtained a score of 42 with a percentage of 89,5%, and validation by media experts obtained a score of 58 with a percentage of 96%. Based on this percentage, the media developed by the district is categorized as worthy to be tested. Then the results of individual trials with a score of 54 and a percentage of 90% were obtained in the very feasible category, small group trial abtained a score af 616 with a percentage of 91% and categorized as very good, and the large group trial obtained a score of 2.025 with a percentage of 90% and can be categorized as very good. Based on the results obtained in this research and development, it can be conclouded that Nearpod interactive multimedia can be used by teachers and students in learning civic education, material threats of bhineka tunggal ika in class X senior high school 9 Muaro jambi.

Based on the results of initial observations made by researchers at SMP N 47 Muaro Jambi, it showed problems related to the independence of students. The problem referred to in this research is the problem of independence that comes from the factors of parenting applied by parents and also the learning of democratic education that is received in the school environment. The purposes of this study was to determine the relationship of democratic parenting of parents and democratic education in schools to student independence. The data collection quantitative method used in this study is a quantitative method using a questionnaire. The analytical technique used is the analysis prerequisite test technique, namely normality and reability along with statistical hypothesis testing, namely statistical t test and F statistic test. The results of the research in this study are that individually both parenting democratic parents and democratic education in schools have a positive and significant relationship with the independence of students garde VII SMP N 47 Muaro Jambi. Then, together democratic education in schoos has a positive and significant relationship with student independence with a significance value of 0,0620 or in the strong category.Â Â Â

Community Participation Being an important thing in the life of the state, the fact in today's society is that participation is limited to the use of voting rights. but even then it is not good, from the results of the vote count carried out by the Muaro Jambi KPU in the 2020 Regional Head Election, it did not reach the KPU's target of 77.5%. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of political participation and the factors that influence the participation of novice voters in the implementation of the simultaneous regional elections in 2020. The informants of this study were the Chairperson of the KPU, the Head of the Technical Sub-section for Election Administration, Participation and Public Relations, and novice voters. is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques in research are interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique of this research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the forms of political participation were analyzed through the theory of political participation by rush and althoff which divided participation into 10 forms, in research on novice voters only optimal in several forms and factors that influence novice voters in participating include the stimuli received, social characteristics, characteristics personal, political situation and environment and political education. Seeing the importance of the purpose of participation in the life of the state, it is a must for the government, KPU, community and beginner voters themselves to play an active role in building a good habit for novice voters through preventive measures by socializing, counseling and building a conducive political environment for novice voters. in order to be comfortable to participate.

The formulation of the problem in this study are: 1) What are the factors of traffic violations committed by minors; 2) How are law enforcement efforts against traffic violations by minors; 3) What are the inhibiting factors in law enforcement against traffic violations by minors. This study aims to determine law enforcement against traffic violations by minors studying at SMP Negeri 7 Muaro Jambi based on Article 77 Paragraph 1 of Law no. 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this study concluded that there are factors that influence minors to commit traffic violations, namely internal and external factors. Law enforcement against traffic violations by minors is carried out with efforts in the form of policies, whether carried out in the form of a sympathetic warning or given sanctions, namely ticketing. And there are two countermeasures if there are traffic violations by minors, the first is preventive to prevent and repressive efforts to improve such as giving warnings and ticketing. Barriers to law enforcement against traffic violations by minors are law enforcement factors, public awareness factors and the lack of thorough socialization of law enforcers.

Based on the results of preliminary observations made by researchers at the Merangin Women's Alliance NGO, it shows that the level of cases of domestic violence experienced by women in the assisted areas of the Merangin Women's Alliance is still quite high and the role of assistance given from non-governmental organizations the Women's Alliance of Merangin to victims of domestic violence still not running optimally, due to various factors that exist within the institution. The purpose of this study is to find out the role of assistance provided by the Merangin Women's Alliance NGO for Victims of Domestic Physical Violence which focuses on women or gender as a form of implementing Law no. 23 of 2004. This research uses qualitative data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive qualitative with 3 stages of data analysis namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This research was carried out in 4 stages, namely the preparation stage, the field implementation stage, and the data analysis stage. The results of this study indicate that the Merangin Women's Alliance does not play a proper role as a companion, this can be seen from the 4 indicators in this study, namely 1) the accompaniment factor, APM does not fulfill four roles in the mentoring process, namely as an advocate, mediator, enabler, and motivator . 2) legal factors and laws, APM has not fulfilled the principles of victim protection and articles 22 and 23 concerning victims' rights. 3) the factor of public facilities and facilities, the facilities and facilities owned by APM have not been able to support assistance programs such as the unavailability of safe houses, transportation, and inadequate sources of funds. 4) the community awareness factor, the community is not yet aware of the existence of APM as a companion, the community has a bad view of APM which is considered the cause of divorce between husband and wife.
