Currently Indonesia continues to strive to increase productivity in the agricultural sector, one of the efforts to increase the productivity of agricultural products is to optimize agriculture based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology using sensor devices and databases. The application of technology has advantages in terms of control systems for the irrigation process and plant nutrition. Furthermore, this research uses Research and Development (R&D) research methods or research and development methods , namely research conducted to solve problems through the development of applied technology. It is hoped that through the implementation of this innovation the process of controlling and supervising agriculture can be easily carried out so that agricultural productivity can increase and the welfare of farmers.

Abstract

Humans as social beings have their own goals and interests. However, humans cannot fulfill their needs alone, so other humans are needed to help each other, interact and have mutual dependence on one another in order to fulfill both physical and mental needs. Basically, the continuity of marriage cannot always be established, this is due to death. This death has consequences for the heirs, such as his family related to the assets left by the heir but also for other parties who still have a legal relationship with the person who died, such as creditors.

Abstract

In this study the model used is the waterfall model in designing and building new student admissions information systems, the waterfall model is a model that is part of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) design model, where the design begins with the process of requirements, design, implementation, integration & testing, operations & maintenance. Data collection techniques through field observations, interviews, and literature studies. The new student admission application is designed based on a website using the PHP programming language with a MySQL database, and SublimeText3 as an editor. This application has two levels of access rights, namely admin, and prospective students. Admin has the highest access rights and can perform user management, form data for prospective students, as well as management of the number of prospective students who have passed, and prospective students have the lowest access rights in the application. The purpose of making this research is to develop new student acceptance applications that are able to manage the implementation of new student admissions. Applications for accepting new students can help admins and prospective students in accepting new students so that PPDB can run more effectively and efficiently. The result of making this final project is a Website-Based New Student Acceptance Application at SMP Negeri 1 Ledo.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia carries out the bank's function as a place to store and channel funds from the public to assist development in Indonesia. The existence of a bank is also very dependent on public trust. The higher the public trust, the higher the public awareness to save their money in the bank and use other services from the bank. Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are one of the main driving forces in the development of the manufacturing industry. The movement of the UMKM sector is very important to create economic growth and employment. This study aims to determine the role of Islamic banking in UMKM during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and the data used is primary data. The instrument used in primary data is interviews. Abstract

This article aims to identify and analyze the role of banks in financing small and medium enterprises in Indonesia North Sumatra Province (SUMUT). The analytical tool used is a quantitative approach. The results of this study are that the role of banking in the development of small and medium enterprises in the province of North Sumatra is very important. Abstract

The reliability of the network in energy services in the distribution system can be seen from the frequency of blackouts and the length of time outages occur. The Reliability Network Equivalent Approach (RNEA) method is used to analyze the reliability of a large and complex distribution system into a simple form, with elements of an equivalent approach. From this reliability, the load point reliability index and system reliability index values are obtained. Parang Banoa feeders using the RNEA method in 2021 with a SAIFI value of 4.813 [failure/customer/year] and SAIDI of 12.003 [hours/customer/year], while RRI feeders have a SAIFI value of 1.827 [failure/customer/year and SAIDI of 4,619 [hours/customers/year]. Based on the calculation results, the Parang Banoa feeder is categorized as unreliable because its value exceeds the 1986 SPLN 68-2 standard, while the RRI feeder is said to be reliable because its value is below the 1986 SPLN 68-2 standard.
