Abstract

Penelian ini bertujuan  dalam melakukan pengujian pengaruh motivasi kerja serta kompensasi kerja terhadap sebuah kinerja dari karyawan pada UMKM yang ada dikota Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai ialah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling purposive, untuk mengambil sempel dengan menyebarkan angket google form. Jumlah responden adalah 100 sampel dan Penggunaan analisis regresi linier berganda sederhana. Teknik ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang digunakan untuk melihat adakah pengaruh dari motivasi kerja serta kompensasi kerja terhadap kinerja dari karyawan pada UMKM yang ada dikota Palembang. Pada hasil dari analisis yang memakai SPSS dengan versi 26 menurut hasil dari analisis data terhadap Pengujian t, dengan ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwasannya: Motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh  yang positif serta signifikan terkaitd dengan kinerja karyawan UMKM pada kota Palembang, tetapi Kompensasi kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terkait dengan kinerja karyawan terhadap UMKM pada kota Palembang.

Abstract

Increasing organizational effectiveness through management education and training (diklat). Training is an important instrument in human resource development which aims to increase employee competence, skills and knowledge. Through effective training management, organizations can ensure that the training programs held are relevant to the needs of the organization and employees, thereby increasing overall productivity and performance. This research highlights the importance of careful planning, structured implementation, and continuous evaluation in education and training management. Apart from that, active participation from top management and the use of information technology are also key factors in the success of training programs. Thus, good training management not only contributes to the individual development of employees, but also supports the achievement of the organization's strategic goals.

Abstract

The importance of managing information systems in every school is very important. The median benefit of the information used greatly influences the progress of promotions in schools that are being carried out. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the education management information system in Dayah Nurul Huda, Central Aceh. This research method is a phenomenological research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources in this research are Dayah leaders, school principals, educational staff and administrative staff. The data analysis technique in this research uses observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The analysis technique in this research is using the miles and Huberman analysis techniques. The research results show that the management of the information system at Dayah Nurul Huda has been carried out well. Which involves online digital media as a medium for providing information from schools. The implementation of management and monitoring at Dayah Nurul Huda has been carried out well by implementing a good planning system, good organization, and implementing monitoring and evaluation as a support for the progress of management at Dayah Nurul Huda, Central Aceh. Then the Administrative Management section at Dayah Nurul Huda begins with administrative management of new student admissions, financial administration management and also management of teacher wages and honorariums which have been adjusted to their respective criteria.

Abstract

Social media has become the primary platform for terrorist groups to disseminate propaganda and recruit new members. This study aims to analyze the impact of social media usage in terrorism propaganda from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh). Through a fiqh-based approach, this research identifies the principles underlying Islamic law concerning the use of social media in spreading terrorist messages. The research methodology involves analyzing relevant fiqh texts and studying literature on the role of social media in the dissemination of radical ideologies. The findings highlight the importance of involvement of religious scholars and leaders in deconstructing the narratives of terrorism disseminated through social media. Additionally, the research emphasizes the need for a holistic approach that encompasses legal, social, and technical aspects to address the influence of social media in terrorism propagation. Abstract

In Implementation of project-based learning to increase motivation to learn science : Light uses a research and development approach because it aims to produce products such as learning media that can be used effectively in the learning environment. The techniques used in data collection are direct practice and library research. Data analysis includes three elements, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. In this article we invite readers to create project-based learning media that can be used as a tool to facilitate the delivery of messages and learning materials to be achieved. In its understanding, light is an electromagnetic emission that can be seen by the human eye by hitting an object and the object reflects into the human eye. The nature of light from the research conducted is that light can propagate straight: Light directed at a hollow object can propagate straight towards the screen, refracted: In objects that are put into water the submerged part shifts, reflected:  When a flashlight is pointed at an object, the object's light is reflected back by the object, decomposed:  When pointing the flashlight at the mica, we can see the light through the mica, through the clear object: When pointing a flashlight at a CD, decomposition occurs which is characterized by the appearance of a colorful spectrum of light like a rainbow.

Abstract

In pronouncing words correctly, people should consider the sound system inherent in a particular language. Studying pronunciation is essential for enhancing students' language abilities in English. It holds a significant position in English instruction. According to Candlin and Chrichton, pronunciation is not only necessary for speaking but also for effective communication and conveying meaning in a clear and comprehensible manner. In other words, when a speaker communicates a message, it should be received by the listener with clarity and understanding. However, there are instances where the listener may not comprehend or appear perplexed by what the speaker has said. The research encompasses the researcher's strategy for data collection and analysis. According to research design refers to the researcher's plan for proceeding within the specific context of the study. In this research, a descriptive study with a qualitative approach was employed. Qualitative research aims to describe phenomena using words as the primary means of analysis. as for the conclusion of the discussion These minimal pairs are important for illustrating the distinct vowel phonemes in the English language and their role in conveying meaning. and help explain sound variations, sound changes, and sound distribution patterns in the language. By studying phonological rules, we can understand the principles underlying the sound system of language and how it sounds-these sounds interact in different linguistic contexts.

Abstract

This research aims to help students improve their drama playing skills using the Oscar Brocket technique in class XI-2 students at SMA Negeri 6 Palembang. This research is classroom action research (PTK). The research subjects were students in class XI-2 SMA Negeri 6 Palembang, totaling 30 students. This research consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation or action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation of learning activities. Analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive techniques supported by quantitative data. The validity of the data obtained through validity (process, results and democratic). The results of this research show that the Oscar Brocket technique can improve drama playing skills in class XI-2 students at SMA Negeri 6 Palembang. This is based on the results of student observations from pre-action and Cycle I with a calculated average value of 4.33 (43.30%) and cycle II of 6.76 (67.60%). Students' drama playing abilities from the beginning to the second cycle increased to reach a calculated average of 2.43 (24.30%). Apart from that, progress in the drama learning process is also visible. Before the steps were implemented, students seemed to lack confidence in expressing themselves, were less active, often joked with classmates, and were less confident in playing the characters they played, so their performances were less than optimal. However, after these steps were implemented, students began to show improvements in expression, were more active, the learning atmosphere became more conducive, and students no longer hesitated in acting out the roles they took, and were even able to improvise in the characters they played and understand how to place their bodies in action.

In this our observation of research with title ‘English Syntax Effect Meaning Through Poetry” we are considering to observe the research of our topic above. This write goals to observe and attract students interest of poetry. This topic also direct students to ask students comprehension of English literary. This observation based on study on students tho teachers analyze from students ability on poetry then relate it to english syntax. Aim of this observation is students in school or university students with interpretation method as the research method. More or less this observation information depands on readers need with what they want to use or apply this information.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of land area, capital, labor and technology dummy on rice production in Paleleh sub-district, Buol district. The primary data used in this study was sourced from 92 respondents. This study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.The results of this study indicate that land area has a positive and significant effect on rice production in Paleleh Sub-district, Buol Regency, implying that any increase in land area can increase rice production. This condition can be explained in real terms. Conversely, capital has a positive and insignificant effect on rice production in Paleleh Sub-district, Buol Regency, indicating that any increase or decrease in capital cannot increase or decrease rice production. This can be explained significantly. 3). Labour positively and significantly affects rice production in Paleleh Sub-district, Buol Regency, indicating that any increase in labor can increase rice production. This can be explained significantly. 4). Technology dummy novely and affects rice production in Paleleh Sub-district, Buol Belu??c increase in technology dummy can decrease rice po significantly. significantly Mocating that any can be explained.

Abstract

Bahasa merupakan salah satu sarana untuk mencapai sasaran dan tujuan penelitian. Bagaimanapun baiknya sebuah penelitian, capaian dan sasaran tidak akan diperoleh jika tidak menerapkan unsur-unsur kebahasaan yang baik, benar, dan komunikatif. Penerapan kebahasaan yang baik dan peneliti yang andal salling menyokong dan mengukuhkan sehingga hasil penelitian akan optimal. Keselarasan data, logika, dan bahasa sebagai sarana komunikasi dibutuhkan agar keterbacaan teks lebih tinggi dan apa yang disajikan peneliti terpahami oleh pembaca. Karena hal tersebutlah, dilakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh bahasa Indonesia dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Dalam penelitian ini akan digunakan metode deskriptif karena dianggap relevan dengan penelitian sebab memiliki ciri 1) memusatkan diri pada pemecahan masalah-masalah yang aktual dan 2) data yang dikumpulkan mula-mula disusun, dijelaskan, dan kemudian dianalisis. Berkaitan dengan sifat data yang akan dianalisis, kajian ini menggunakan metode padan sebagai alat penentu. Dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat diidentifikasi kelemahan unsur bahasa Indonesia dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan, dipetakan unsur kebahasaan yang digunakan, dan dibuat pedoman baku kebahasaan untuk pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan.Bahasa Indonesia, Pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan.
