Abstract

This article discusses how the death penalty for corruptors is based on Islamic law, what the theory of punishment in Islamic law is for criminal acts of corruption, and what the death penalty for corruptors is in Islamic law. The research method used is library research, namely by searching and collecting data from libraries such as history books. The results of this research are that according to the Islamic perspective, corruption is part of the study of jinayah fiqh and is included in the category of criminal acts. In Jinayah defines the meaning of corruption, namely Ghulul (embezzlement), Risywah (bribery), Ghasab (forcibly taking other people's rights), Sariqah (theft), Hirabah (robbery), and al-Maks (illegal levies). There are two theories of punishment in Islamic law regarding the death penalty for corruptors, namely zawajir (prevention) and jasar (coercion). In Islamic law, the death penalty can be applied in three forms, namely, qishàsh, hudud and ta`zìr.

Abstract

Bureaucracy in Indonesia is often used as a symbol of negligence, slowness, and corruption. inefficient, and partisan in nature, resulting in the emergence of a negative stigma towards the bureaucracy in society which causes further erosion of public trust in the bureaucracy itself. The mayor is a government institution in which there are officials who have different hierarchical positions and authorities. Max Weber explained that a good bureaucracy should be able to fulfill a number of characteristics or what is better known as Weber's ideal type of bureaucracy. In essence, Weber's ideal type of bureaucracy aims for the performance of government institutions to have the principles of efficiency and effectiveness or minimal structure rich in function. This research was conducted to examine the pattern of internal working relationships in the North Jakarta Mayor's Bureaucracy. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and document study methods that were relevant to the researcher's research topic. From the results of this research, it was found that the application of the basic principles of Max Weber's ideal type of bureaucracy which includes work specialization and hierarchy of authority, formalization, recruitment system, career path, and impersonal employee relationships is appropriate so that it can be said that the performance of the North Jakarta Mayor's bureaucrats has met the requirements. as a bureaucracy with minimal structure and rich functions.

Abstract

Setiap orang memiliki kemampuan berpikir sebagai suatu proses kognitif yang tertanam dalam diri mereka sendiri, dan proses ini menjadi semakin rumit seiring perkembangan mereka. Kemajuan ini memerlukan pemahaman tentang kemampuan berpikir kreatif, kritis, logis, dan struktural. Untuk mengumpulkan informasi dari berbagai sumber bacaan, seperti buku dan artikel akademis, ini melibatkan tinjauan literatur. Mengarahkan siswa untuk membuat peta pikiran dan merumuskan pertanyaan yang mendorong analisis adalah bagian dari membantu mereka menjadi pemikir yang terampil.  Penting bagi guru untuk aktif melibatkan siswa dalam semua aspek kegiatan pembelajaran, menciptakan lingkungan yang mendorong berpikir kreatif dan kritis. Guru juga memainkan peran sentral sebagai mentor dalam membentuk ide dan pemikiran.

Abstract

Every nation that upholds a democratic system holds general elections (elections) to choose leaders and enact laws. Indonesia is one such nation; elections are held there on a regular basis each year. five (five) years, chosen by popular vote. On voting day for the 2024 Election, voters under the age of 17 who do not yet own an e-KTP are guaranteed to be able to cast a ballot by the Indonesian General Election Commission (KPU). As long as the election is still going on, all they need to bring is a Family Card (KK) in order to vote concurrently. There were several anomalies, anomalies, and a dearth of public understanding on the significance.

Rich dad poor dad is one of Robert Kiyosaki’s best seller book that has been translatd in many languages. This study aims to find out the financial literacy in Rich dad Poor dad book. The results of this study found that there are two financial literacy: First one to understand assets vs liabilties an the second one is the poor mindset vs the rich mindset.  This book is This book does not only give us knowledge about how money works but also open our perpective ho to manage our income as an individual.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine strategies to increase intentions to use sharia insurance. This research uses a literature study or library research method. The results of this research show that there are several ways that can be used to increase consumers' intention to use sharia insurance, namely, increasing human resources for sharia insurance agents, government regulatory support, and several factors that influence the intention to use sharia insurance, namely, among others, consumer trust and purchase intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efek dari penggunaan selebriti sebagai endorser dan strategi harga bundling terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Palembang dalam konteks produk The Originote di platform TikTok. Dalam era pemasaran modern yang didorong oleh teknologi, penting untuk mengedepankan inovasi dan memanfaatkan popularitas selebriti dalam mendukung produk. Dalam hal ini, bisnis menggunakan selebriti untuk mempromosikan produk mereka melalui media sosial, terutama TikTok. TikTok Shop memberikan pengalaman berbelanja yang menarik bagi pengguna, yang menggabungkan hiburan, e-commerce, dan pengaruh selebriti dalam pemasaran saat ini. Teori TPB (Theory of Planned Behavior) digunakan sebagai dasar teoritis dalam penelitian ini. Teori ini merupakan pengembangan dari teori tindakan yang rasional (TRA) yang dikemukakan oleh Fishbein dan Ajzen pada tahun 1991. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner. Data yang telah terkumpul akan dianalisis menggunakan program statistik SPSS. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan selebriti sebagai endorser dan strategi harga bundling memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Palembang terkait produk The Originote di TikTok. Disisi lain, penggunaan selebriti sebagai endorser dan strategi harga bundling berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk membeli produk The Originote di TikTok di Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to improve poetry writing skills using acrostic techniques among students of class XI Melati 1 at SMA Negeri 4 Palembang. The research is descriptive qualitative in nature. It falls under the category of Class Action Research. The study was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle being implemented three times. The research procedure includes planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this study were 34 students of class XI Melati 1 at SMA Negeri 4 Palembang. After conducting the research in the first cycle, 21 out of 34 students scored 72.35, qualifying as "low." Subsequently, the second cycle of the research was carried out, where 33 students obtained an average score of 80, qualifying as "high." Based on the results of the research in the first and second cycles, it can be concluded that the application of acrostic techniques in teaching poetry writing to students of class XI Melati 1 at SMA Negeri 4 Palembang is highly appropriate as it significantly improves students' learning outcomes in poetry writing.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of Good Corporate Governance at PT. Bank Muamalat KC Medan City Hall. This research aims to understand the phenomena experienced by research subjects, and by means of descriptions in the form of words and language in a special natural context and by utilizing various scientific methods, descriptive research is research that is intended to find out information about the status of symptoms. existing, namely the state of symptoms according to what they were at the time the research was carried out. The results of the research explain that the activities at Bank Muamalat KC Medan Balaikota are in accordance with the sharia principles of Good Corporate Governance. The application of Good Corporate Governance principles has also been implemented well in the field. Even though implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance sometimes there are still obstacles, they can still be overcome in a professional manner and to maintain development and maintain the quality and progress of Bank Muamalat KC Medan Balaikota.

Abstract

Study discipline is a crucial element in shaping students' character and academic abilities. The implementation of behaviorist theory serves as an effective strategy to enhance study discipline among lower class elementary school students by focusing on stimulus and response mechanisms. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing behaviorist theory in improving study discipline among lower class elementary school students and provide suggestions for a more efficient approach. Literature review methodology is employed to gather and analyze secondary data from relevant sources such as books, journals, and articles. Behaviorist theory emphasizes the role of stimulus and response in shaping student behavior. The application of this theory requires clear feedback, the use of reinforcement or rewards, and the measurement of behavioral changes. Challenges such as reinforcement limitations, measurement issues, adaptation, and the focus on character and creativity development need to be addressed. Implementing behaviorist theory requires appropriate strategies to tackle emerging challenges. Increasing student awareness, using interactive learning methods, and creating a structured learning environment are some suggestions to enhance study discipline among lower class elementary school students using a behaviorist approach.
