Abstract

Every business must respond quickly to keep up with developments and the development of various fields in the current and future eras of globalization. Companies in the fields of production, marketing, and sales must have effective strategies to handle the challenges that will come. This research aims to show how the marketing strategy at Mixue Golden City Outlets improves service quality based on SWOT analysis. This research uses qualitative analysis methods. Qualitative data consists of interview results, field notes, and original documents. The data used comes from two sources, namely, primary data sources and secondary data. In this research, it provides information that a company like Mixue Golden City not only has strengths and opportunities but also has weaknesses and threats, based on the results of the SWOT analysis that has been carried out and internal factors, namely strengths: Mixue has quite good production quality and a good taste. delicious, and the price is quite affordable. Weaknesses: Mixue has sometimes inconsistent human resource quality, the latest innovations are only available at certain times; and it does not provide or sell snacks. And from external factors, namely opportunities : mixing partnerships with local producers and creating new flavors and new ice cream models. Threats: having many competitors, decreasing people's purchasing power, and increasing raw material prices.

Abstract

Character education is an effort made by educators to help students develop good behavior. Therefore, to help students develop character at school, educators and curriculum components-which include teaching and learning activities and extracurricular activities-must collaborate. Descriptive qualitative research was used in this study. Interview, observation, and documentation were the methods used in data collection. To verify the accuracy of the data, researchers used source triangulation and procedure triangulation. The research findings show that the character education method of the Qur'an memorization program at Al-Azhar 29 Semarang Islamic Elementary School is by way of: Before reading and memorizing the Qur'an, students must: a) purify from hadats (wudhu); habits like this give birth to a clean character; b) develop a disciplined character by getting used to reading and memorizing the Qur'an before studying. c) Teachers get used to students reading and memorizing the Qur'an before studying; d) students must deposit at least 12 verses every week in order to reach the memorization target that has been set. d) The quality of honesty is born from the habit of reading and memorizing the Qur'an.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yang ingin dicapai yaitu  untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, untuk menentukan faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah dan untuk menentukan atribut pelayanan dan tata letak yang signifikan mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah di BSI KCP Meulaboh Nasional 2.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil perhitungan regresi dapat diketahui bahwa koefisien determinasi (adjusted R²) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,985. hal ini berarti 98,50%, Loyalitas Nasabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Meulaboh Nasional 2 (Y)sangat dipengaruhi oleh variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), yang terdiri dari indikator tangibles (X1.1),reliability (X1.2)responsivess (X1.3), assurance (X1.4), empathy (X1.5) dan variabel Tata Letak (X2), sedangkan sisanya yaitu 1,50% Loyalitas Nasabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Meulaboh Nasional 2  di pengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan adalah pada atribut Reliability (X1.2) yang paling dominan hal ini dilihat dari hasil nilai regresi linear berganda terbesar yaitu 0,572. Atribut kualitas pelayanandan tata letak yang signifikan mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah di BSI KCP Meulaboh Nasional 2.Hal ini ditunjukan dengan Nilai thitung terbesar pada atribut Reliability (X1.2) terhadap terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah sebesar 8,147 dan ttabel sebesar 1,673.Artinya nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Meulaboh Nasional 2 semakin merasa puas dengan tingkat kualitas pelayanan dan tata letak yang di berikan pihak Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Meulaboh Nasional 2.

Abstract

The research was conducted on Jl. SM Raja, Km. 5, 5, Harjosari 1 Village, Medan Amplas District. The aim is to describe what the management of incoming and outgoing mail looks like in improving the archival management of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Univa Medan. By conducting interviews with the Head of the Madrasah. Current developments in the field of technology are increasing, requiring an organization or educational institution to use a computerized system. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Univa Medan handles several letters every day from various parties such as research letters from students, letters from official offices, letters from foundations and other letters that are official and formal in nature. Research Methodology uses data collection methods and design methods to create and design information systems that are appropriate and effective as desired. The results achieved are the Administration Information System for Incoming and Outgoing Letters at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Univa Medan to simplify and improve the performance of employees who take care of mail management. In conclusion, managing incoming and outgoing mail is very important to improve performance and make it easier to find mail information. The data is presented and processed and presented using analytical methods

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of Google Sites learning media on Indonesian language learning. Describe the attraction of students in learning using Google Sites and describe the relationship between Google Sites and students' interest in studying Indonesian language subjects. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data obtained came from observations in online learning practices using Google Sites and online interviews. Then the data is interpreted with narrative. Based on the research results obtained, Google Sites media is an effective media for class VII middle school students. It is known that effective learning is learning that provides independent and active learning opportunities and carries out various activities according to their needs. This research has shown the effectiveness of learning media for students to be able to learn comfortably, happily and calmly because the material presented can be packaged as attractively and creatively as possible by educators so that students can understand the learning material easily. Apart from that, there are several other benefits from using Google Sites learning media, namely: 1) flexible learning, 2) learning that creates student independence, 3) increasing technological knowledge, 4) expanding learning materials, 5) saving costs, 6) Minimize boredom in learning activities.

Abstract

Tradisi merupakan sebuah kebiasaan masyarakat yang telah dilakukan sejak lama dan menjadi bagian dari suatu kehidupan kelompok masyarkat, suatu negara, kebudayaan, waktu maupun agama. Terkait dengan prosesi pernikahan yang berlaku di masyarakat melayu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan normatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan adalah dengan cara observasi dan wawancara mendalam untuk data primer dan perpustakaan untuk mendapatkan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa prosesi upacara adat pernikahan Melayu terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yakni dimulai dari merisik-risik, menjarum-menjarum, melamar, mengantar tanda, menerima antaran, menggantung-gantung, mengukus (membuat tabak), berandam, bertomat (khatam alqur'an), akad nikah/ijab, cecah inai, berinai, hari langsung/ resepsi pernikahan, makan nasi hadap-hadapan, mandi dan main suruk-surukan, mengantar nasi, dan menyembah berkunjung.

Abstract

The application of the law to individuals addicted to alcohol in the context of sustainable development is a significant aspect of the legal system. This paper discusses the legal framework governing the treatment of alcoholics, especially from a criminal law perspective, with the aim of achieving Sustainable Development goals. This analysis covers various legal provisions, policies and practices relating to law enforcement against violations by individuals related to the Sustainable Development goals, especially those related to health and well-being (SDG No. 3) as well as building peaceful and inclusive societies (SDG No. 16). This article also links these issues to provisions in the Criminal Code, especially Article 492 of the Criminal Code. The research method used is normative juridical analysis.

Abstract

The examine proposes and tests performance research models influenced by emotional intelligence as well as mediated and moderated by transformational leadership. Coronavirus that has a global impact, very influential to the world of education. Especially in Indonesia, covid19 greatly affects the teaching and learning process, students learn with online systems, they learn from home, these conditions make teachers have to make sure the students understand the learning obtained. In addition, the emotional intelligence condition of teachers is also expected to play a role in maintaining work life balance between work and family. This study evaluated the relationship of the model using PLS through modelling of SEM structural equations through questionnaires given to 211 Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) teachers. The effects of the information analysis showed that emotional intelligence had a advantageous effect on teacher performance. The analysis indicated that emotional intelligence comprise a positive effect on transformational leadership. Information analysis shows that transformational leadership has no positive impact on performance. The information analysis showed that emotional intelligence had no a critical effect on the performance moderated by transformational leadership. Analysis the information revealed that emotional intelligence had no a significant effect on the performance moderated by transformational leadership. This study can be useful to enrich the scientific insights of management, especially related to the application and development of performance concepts.

Abstract

Beberapa tahun terakhir, wakaf uang menjadi salah satu wakaf yang paling populer di Indonesia. Banyak orang yang berkeinginan untuk berwakaf uang, tetapi masih banyak pula yang belum memahami konsep dan manfaat wakaf uang. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kemampuan masyarakat dalam melakukan wakaf uang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa Ekonomi Syariah Pascasarjana UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau terhadap wakaf uang dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana faktor-faktor seperti Religiusitas, Media Informasi, dan Persepsi Kemudahan mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa dalam melakukan wakaf uang. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam  penelitian ini adalah Total sampling. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan: 1) Variabel Religiusitas berpengaruh  signifikan terhadap minat berwaqaf uang; 2) Variabel Media Informasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat berwaqaf uang; 3.) Variabel Persepsi Kemudahan berpengaruh signifikan terhdap minat berwaqaf uang. Dapat disimpulkan perlunya upaya dari lembaga terkait untuk melakukan peningkatan dan perhatian khusus terhadap media informasi, pelayanan harus lebih ditingkatkan agar dapat memberikan kepuasan untuk setiap keraguan yang dirasakan masyarakat dimana hal ini akan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan minat masyarakat untuk berwaqaf uang. Selain itu perlu dilakukan edukasi secara langsung kepada masyarakat oleh lembaga terkait mengenai waqaf uang agar masyarakat dapat mengetahui sistematika, pengelolaan, dan manfaat dari waqaf uang.

Abstract

The research conducted by the researcher was classroom action research. This research aims to determine the improvement in student learning outcomes through think-pairshare on poetry writing material for class X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. The data collection techniques used in this research used observation, learning results, and documentation. The steps taken in this research are observation to determine students' initial abilities in the material used, then implementing the Think Pair Share type cooperative learning model with a continuous learning cycle, and ending with exercises at the end of each lesson. The results of the research show that implementing learning using the Think Pair Share type cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes in class X 10 poetry writing material at SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. In cycle I the average percentage of student learning outcomes was 58.3%, then in cycle II the average percentage of student learning outcomes was 86.1%, thus the application of the Think Pair Share learning model can be applied to improve student learning outcomes educate students on the material of writing poetry.
