Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance at Balai Besar Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika Wilyah II Tangerang Selatan. The method used is quantitative. The population of this study were 80 employees at the South Tangerang Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency and 80 employees were taken as samples using saturated samples. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that reward has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 53.3% and the hypothesis test is obtained t value > t table or (9,440 > 1,990). Punishment has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 50.4% and the hypothesis test is obtained t count > t table or (8,905 > 1,990). Reward and punishmnet simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 16,695 + 0,333X1 + 0,230 X2. The correlation coefficient is 0,776 and the coefficient of determination is 60.2% while the remaining 39.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F value > F table or (58,255 > 3,115).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation and organizational culture, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance at CV. Mandiri Photo Kebayoran Lama Branch, South Jakarta with a sample of 52 employees. The method used is a quantitative method. The data analysis used in this research is the classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and F test. The results of this research are that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance in the Y regression = 17,100 + 0.721 Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 3,821 + 0.905 Work motivation and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 3,888 + 0.359 X1 + 0.623 X2. The coefficient of determination value is 72%, while the remaining 18% is caused by other variables not examined in this research. The test results for the first hypothesis obtained a calculated t value > t table or (7,880 > 2,008). Based on the results of testing the second hypothesis, the calculated t value > t table or (3.821 > 1.670) is obtained. Based on the results of testing the third hypothesis, the calculated F value was 62,883 > F table 3,190. This shows that simultaneously the variables of work motivation and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The research aims to find out the impact of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT  Panca Garda Ultima West Jakarta. The kind of research used in this research is quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests,  ulticollinearity tests and heterocadasthesis tests, double linear regression tests, correlation coefficients, determination cofficients and hypothetical tests that consist of partial t tests and simultaneous f tests. Thus, the results of the study based on the test t on the work motivation variable thitung 2,478 > ttable 1,997 with a significant rate of 0,000 < 0,05, means that the job motivation (X₁) has an influence on the performance of employees (Y) and the work discipline variable (X₂) has a calculation of 6,326 > tables 1,997, meaning that the working discipline (X₂) has an impact on employee performance (Y). whereas the result of the test F is obtained that the value of the calculation 63,729 > ftable 3,13 has a significant level of 0.000< 0,05. Work motivation and labour discipline against employee behavior regression Y = 1,621 + 0,260X₁ + 0,618X₂ The correlation value I is 0.685. With a determination coefficient of 65,5% while the remaining (100-65,5%) = 34.5% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the Influence of Work Safety and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at CV. Tri Mutiara Kirana South Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The Sampling Technique used is a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that Safety has a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 28.138 + 0.347 X1, the correlation coefficient is 0.644, meaning that both variables have a strong relationship with a determination value or contribution of influence of 0.360 or 36% while the remaining 64% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value> t table or (2.919> 1.672). Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between Safety on Employee Performance. Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 32.385 + 0.238 X2, the correlation coefficient is 0.680, meaning that both variables have a strong relationship with a determination value or influence contribution of 0.330 or 33% while the remaining 67% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value> t table or (2.396> 1.672). Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between Discipline and Employee Performance. Safety and Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 23.654 + 0.295 X1 + 0.349 X2. The correlation coefficient value or the level of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is obtained at 0.767, meaning that it has a strong relationship with a determination coefficient value or simultaneous influence contribution of 0.470 or 47% while the remaining 53% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis test obtained F count value > F table or (3.319 > 3.16). Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a significant simultaneous influence between safety and discipline on employee performance at CV. Tri Mutiara Kirana South Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of motivation and leadership on employee performance at PT Eksperta Priatna Sinergi South Tangerang. The method used is quantitative method. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with a research sample of 66 respondents. The results of this study are, Motivation (X1) affects employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 17.833 + 0.592 X1, the coefficient of determination is 0.433 or 43.3% and the correlation coefficient is 0.658. Hypothesis testing obtained a value (tcount 6.994> ttable 1.998), and a significance value (0.000 <0.05) then Ho1is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. This means that there is a significant effect of motivation (X1) on employee performance (Y) on the performance of employees of PT Eksperta Priatna Sinegi South Tangerang. Leadership (X2) affects employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 21.881 + 0.496 X2, the coefficient of determination is 0.334 or 33.4% and the correlation coefficient is 0.578. Hypothesis testing obtained a value (tcount 5.666 > ttable value 1.998), and a significance value (0.000 <0.05) then Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence of leadership (X2) on employee performance (Y) on the performance of employees of PT Eksperta Priatna Sinegi South Tangerang. Motivation (X1) and Leadership (X2) affect employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 17.493 + 0.531 X1 + 0.069 X2, the coefficient of determination is 0.435 or 43.5% and the correlation coefficient is 0.660. Hypothesis testing Fcount value 24.264 > Ftable 3.14. This proves that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant effect of motivation and leadership on employee performance at PT Eksperta Priatna Sinegi South Tangerang.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Astra International Tbk, which is a company operating in the automotive sector. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) on Net Profit Margin (NPM) at PT Astra International, Tbk for the 2014-2023 period, both individually and simultaneously. This type of research is descriptive and the research method used is a quantitative method with the sample used in this research coming from annual financial reports for the last 10 years, namely from 2014 to 2023. This will explain the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. . Data analysis used includes: Curren Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio and Net Profit Margin, descriptive test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test (t test and F test) with a significance level of 0.05 (5%) and The data source used is secondary data. The results of this research show that the Current Ratio (CR) has a significant effect on Net Profit Margin (NPM), this is proven by (t test) that the value of tcount (6.144) > ttable (2.36462) with a significance value of (0.000) < ( 0.05). The results of this research show that the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) has a significant effect on Net Profit Margin (NPM), this is proven by (t test) that the value of tcount (7.891) > ttable (2.36462) and the significance value (0.000) < (0.05). Simultaneous testing shows that the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) simultaneously have a significant effect on Net Profit Margin (NPM), this is proven by (F test) that the Fcount value is 31.361 > Ftable 4.74 with a significant level 0.000 > 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to influence product quality and price on purchasing decisions at Sate Taichan Bang Sate Ciputat Branch, South Tangerang. The method used is quantitative methods. The population in this study were consumers of Sate Taichan Bang Sate Pamulang Branch with a total of 6490 people. The sampling technique used is probability sampling, namely a sampling method using the Slovin formula. The research sample was 98 respondents. Data analysis methods used in research include instrument tests consisting of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficients, hypothesis tests consisting of t tests. partially and simultaneously f test, and coefficient of determination test. From the results of this research it can be concluded that product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a value of T_count > T_table or (15.512> 1.985) and is strengthened by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, 〖Ho〗_1 is rejected and H_1 is accepted. Price has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a value of T_count > T_table or (15.702 > 1.985) and is strengthened by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, 〖Ho〗_2 is rejected and H_2 is accepted. Product quality and price have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a value of F_count > F_table or (153.190 > 3.090) and is strengthened by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, 〖Ho〗_3 is rejected and H_3 is accepted. Product quality and price on purchasing decisions influence regression Y = 4.710 + 0.437 X1 + 0.462 X2 + α. The resulting R-square value (coefficient of determination) is 0.763, so it can be concluded that the product quality (X1) and price (X2) variables together have an influential contribution to the purchasing decision variable (Y) of 76.3% while the remaining is 23 , 7% is influenced by other factors or variables not studied.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Law and Human Rights, Depok City. The data collection method in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to a population of 80 employees. The research method used is the quantitative method of primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, correlation coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, determination coefficient, and hypothesis test. Hypothesis testing partially physical work environment variable (X1) obtained t count value> t table (2.307> 1.99125) This is reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that the physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Statistical test of work discipline variable (X2) obtained t count value> t table (5.496> 1.99125) this is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained a calculated f value > f table or (52.587 > 3.12) this is also strengthened by a significant probability value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be said that the physical work environment and work discipline have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. The coefficient of determination obtained an R Square value of 0.577, meaning that the variables of the physical work environment and work discipline together have a contribution of 57.7 to employee performance. While the remaining 42.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much product quality and service quality affect customer satisfaction at PT Botanical Decor Sentosa in Tangerang Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The data collection method in this study is by manually and online questionnaires to customers of PT Botanical  Decor  Sentosa  in  Tangerang  Regency.The  research  population  is 165,647 respondents. The test results and samples in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The results of the partial test (t-test) between product quality and customer satisfaction showed a t-value of 7.799 > t table 1.985, for the variable of service quality on customer satisfaction showed a t-value of 4.223 > t table 1.985, while the two variables were tested simultaneously (F test) and obtained the result of the F value of 111.134  > F table 4.83.Simple linear regression obtained the regression equation of the product quality variable is Y=11.674 + 0.712X1. The simple regression service quality variable is Y=11.706 + 0.712X2. Meanwhile, multiple linear regression yields the equation Y=6.445 + 0.523X1 + 0.319X2. The results of the partial correlation of the product quality variable were 0.800, the quality of service was 0.711. The result of simultaneous correlation was 0.834. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination (R) obtained as a result of product quality and service quality affecting customer satisfaction by 0.696 or 69.6%. While the remaining (100-69.6) 30.4% is influenced by other factors or variables that are not studied in this study. From these results, it can be concluded that product quality and service quality have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty at the Cappucino Mix Kebab Jendral Cisauk Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling used is non-probability sampling, a purposive sampling type with the Slovin formula. While to obtain data, questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents. The results of the study showed that service quality had a significant effect on customer loyalty partially, as evidenced by the regression equation Y = 4.793 + 0.876 X1, a correlation coefficient of 0.918, meaning that the two variables have a very strong relationship. The determination value is 84.3%. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value> t table or (22.903> 1.984) and was strengthened by a significance value (0.000 <0.05). Price has a significant effect on customer loyalty partially proven by the results of the regression equation Y = 1.910 + 0.934 X2, the correlation coefficient of 0.935 means that the two variables have a very strong relationship. The determination value is 87.4%. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value> t table or (26.023> 1.984) and is strengthened by a significance value (0.000 <0.05). The results of the study of service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions proven by the results of the regression equation Y = 1.109 + 0.391 X1 + 0.568 X2. The correlation coefficient value between the independent variable and the dependent variable is obtained at 0.953, meaning that it has a very strong relationship. The simultaneous determination coefficient value is 90.7%. Hypothesis testing simultaneously obtained a calculated F value> F table or (474.828> 2.700) and is strengthened by a significance value (0.000 <0.05). Thus H0 is rejected H3 is accepted. Thus H0 is rejected H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence simultaneously between service quality and price on customer loyalty.
